1:No Nation can have more than 10% of its population drafted into the war effort at one time.
2:Every nation can have all of its troops ready troops ready for combat at one time.
3:NO GODMODDING!
4:Nukes are not allowed WHATSOEVER.
5:If it isn't a nuke,but its a WMD,It's allowed.
6:Your actions must be at least 3 lines unless I say otherwise.
7:Small Superweapons are allowed unless I say.
8:PLEASE,FOR THE LOVE OF GOD,DO NOT BREAK THE NS RULES.
9:I am the only host unless I am away for a bit.

11:A armoured force is capped at 5,000,unless I say otherwise.
12:If you are invading a nation,your initial landing force is capped at 1m.

It had been a while for many of the Newark Aristocracy's military had seen combat,however,a brand spanking new war was brewing. One with the potential to go nuclear.

Any public officials or private citizens of the Newark Aristocracy and her allies who are promoting the slave trade are hereby sanctioned and condemned by the North American Union, and are subject to the following:
- Non-exportation of any goods, services, and monies produced by the North American Union to any member of this group and non-importation of any goods, services, and monies into the North American Union from the Aristocracy and her allies; this shall apply to all individuals, governments, organizations, corporations, and affiliated non-state actors that conduct business with the Aristocracy and her allies,
- Physical, financial, and digital assets of the Aristocracy and her allies shall be frozen and seized, and that these assets be given to the emancipated as compensation for physical, emotional, and psychological harm done unto them,
- Any foreign national (including governmental officials, civil servants, and enlisted and officers of armed forces or equivalent armed group, including mercenaries in service to any member) of the Aristocracy or her allies, or any foreign national who is affiliated or conducting business with the Aristocracy and her allies, who are discovered to have engaged in the slave trade or the institution of slavery on North American soil or in territorial waters, United Commonwealth realms' soils or waters, or on the soils or in the waters of the Declaration's allies, shall be arrested and indicted with the relevant international and domestic laws against slavery, the slave trade, human trafficking, and human rights,
- Any vessel or form of transportation found to be in engaging in the slave trade, slavery, and human trafficking shall be impounded and any slaver and any individuals and materials supporting the slaver shall be detained, and any enslaved persons shall be freed and offered protection by the Crown of the North American Union and the United British Commonwealth of Nations,
- Any enslavement of any North American subject or protected person, United Commonwealth citizen, or of any citizen or protected persons of the Amistad Declaration signatories, shall be considered an act of aggression against the North American Union, United Commonwealth, and the Amistad signatories and will be dealt with proportionally and swiftly, and any armed action against the North American Union, a member of the United Commonwealth, and Amistad signatories by any allied or affiliated individuals and organizations in support of the Aristocracy and her allies shall be subject to the response and the justice of the North American Union, the United Commonwealth, and any Amistad Declaration signatory,
- Letters of marque may be issued by the general government if deemed appropriate, as well as reprisals,
- And in accordance with international law and the Amistad Declaration, individuals and organizations connected to this Alliance shall be considered hostis humani generis (enemy of all mankind), and subject to the justice of the nation against the slaver,
- Further action may be taken upon recommendation by the Standing Committee with further Orders-in-Council.

OOC: The only problem with that is Newark is blatantly violating the second rule on the list of rules he made. Rule #2 explicitly states that no nation can have more than 40 million troops ready for combat at one time. I'm pretty sure drafting 30 BILLION for war is way too much for any player, including Newark.

[The Disorder]

The Order of Disorder, as always, congratulates all those participating in open & armed conflict. While we may or may not share differences of political opinion with the combatants, the act of waging war is an inherently noble one. May the incineration-flare of the wicked & corrupt burn brightly - for the good of all chaos.

As the Disorder Fleet is an autonomous entity, whether or not the Disorder engages in direct military intervention will ultimately be up to individual operators.
