Andreyev: Comrades, well the war in Syria was a bust we were just fucked over by Syria. Now we have Lacienians nearing our coasts. and what should we do about the Oseans.
Nikitin: They have a Zumwalt class destroyer on patrols near the Forster Bay. We could have Naval Infantry board the ship and take it keeping anyone who surrenders as a POW.
Andreyev: Good, have a few Hood class battleships and a carrier group to take the ship.
Steele: Isn't that a bit much?
Andreyev: No they will be joining the rest of our forces to fight there way to Oured.
Nikitin: Then its settled we will have naval infantry board the ship and take it.

Our group is headed towards the destroyers patrol path to intercept it.

The 3 hood class battleships,carrier group, prison ship and 40 Romeo class submarines reached the ship and were right up next to it with all guns and missiles aimed at it. The lead ship the JNS Angelina fired 8 missiles that severely damaged the ship. Next we sent 1 message to the ship;
"Hello, my commander requests the presence of your captain aboard our ship, come via helicopter so that we may discuss a ceasefire, your refusal would be unwise."
Next a HH-60 began towards the ship. Once it landed 3 naval infantryman escorted the captain to the captains office. The Joyeans wanted no ceasefire, they wanted information on the Osean military.

The Joyean officer showed the captain an image of the OFS Galeth a command ship suspected of being a spy ship.
"Look at the ship, do you recognize this craft?"
"What gives you the right to attack an Osean naval vessel"
"Do you know the location of mister Nikitin."
"I am unfamiliar with Mister Nikitin."
After the captain received no reply he took a dagger and threw it at his head, killing him.
One other message was sent to the ship "This ends now".
Naval infantryman were sent to the ship and began either taking the crew as prisoners or killing them. After almost all of the ship was secured naval personnel boarded the vessel and began repairs along with a Royal class repair and salvage ship, which is helping the repairs. Almost 120 prisoners are on board our prison ship and is on its way escorted by 12 frigates, 78 destroyers, 3 carriers, and a landing ship. We have successfully captured a Zumwalt class destroyer.

After a long wait and a huge naval battle Joyean forces began their assault on Oured. It was around 7 AM and thousands of troops, tanks, and other weapons were loaded onto their landing craft. It was a foggy morning and was difficult to see though the Joyean troops would try to storm Oureds beaches while the Oseans attempted to hold them off. A large naval battle was still occurring in the bay but it was surprisingly quiet when the troops were landing, most likely because nobody could see where they were. Though their have been a few incidents where ships collided. The naval battle caused huge casualties on both sides, even some civilians in the city have reportedly been injured but this cannot be comfirmed.

7:00 AM
Our troops have begun toward the beaches and while in the water they met little resistance. It takes 5-20 minutes to reach the shores. Thousands of landing craft left there landing ships and some were hit by missiles and other weapons.

7:05 AM
The first troops reached the shore and many were shot dead immediately though a few were able to push forward. The injured were taken back to our landing craft while the dead were left their until we have taken the beaches. Fighter jets from aircraft escort carriers with Air Corp jets, and Naval aircraft carriers with fighters, attack, and reconnaissance jets. A large air battle began above the troops and citizens.

7:15
More troops have reached the shores and have made little to no progress in taking the beaches. We only have one hospital ship in our group and it is filling up fast. Our landing ships have limited medical personnel and does not have enough room to handle our casualties.

7:45
Our troops have made some progress in taking the beaches and have still been taking heavy casualties. Our hospital shop is full though more injured soldiers have been sent to it to avoid having to be sent to the landing ships hospital area.

8:30
Small trenches have been dug so that troops may take cover and so that medics can take care of the injured. A-4s have been bombarding the cities beaches so that Joyean troops can make it into the city. Our battleships have also been bombarding the beaches for our troops.

8:45
We have temporarily stopped sending troops to the beaches because the entire 1st wave had landed a and the second wave was being loaded onto there landing crafts. Though we do have some ZBD 2000 and Type 63 amphibious tanks headed to the shore. ATGMs have been fired at the tanks destroying many if them.

9:30
All of our troops hace been loaded for the second wave while the first wave troops are pinned down. Heavy losses have been reported with at least 190,300 casualties and 847,800 injured.

9:33
The second wave has begun landing on the beaches of Oured. They have been having a hell of a lot more luck .owing into the beaches than the first wave did, though the first wave made quite a bit of progress. And the fog has begun clearing.

10:40
The first and second wave have almost taken the beaches. While the third wave was loaded and began landing. As soon as the landing of the third wave began 4th wave troops were entering their landing crafts causing some confusion among the troops. Unluckily the fog has completely cleared giving the enemy a clear sight as to where our troops are.

11:00
The fourth wave began landing while the 3rd wave was still landing causing even more confusion. Our troops have been met by additional Osean reinforcements that were just starting to push the troops back when the 4th wave landed and pushed them back. We had taken most of the beaches. The fifth wave was not informed that we had taken the beaches and were confused when they were meeted by our troops.

12:00PM Our forces have begun pushing into the city while medical troosp collect the dead. Our hospital ship was full and they began putting troops throughout the ship on the floor in stretchers or on a towel or blanket. The injured filled the ship and there weren't enough medical staff there to tend to everyone. They even had troosp as far into the ship as the engineering area. We have been met by fierce resistance in Oured from the Oseans. The Oseans have taken around 3200 prisoners so far.

2:40
Attack gelicopters have begun to support our troops making it easier to fight in the city. We believe most of the Osean government has left the city. The over flow of injured soldiers prevents us from caring for injured civilians.

4:30
After hours of fighting in the city our troops have set up facilities for the injured soldiers and have been able to start helping the civilians. But we have place our artillery near these areas so that taking our our artillery would be extremely difficult. The fighting overall has died down for the day because most of the Osean forces have been pushed back though we have observed more Osean troops near the city.

5:00
Our troops have set up tents for themselves and are being fed 3 meals a day. We estimate up to 1,000,000 injured civilians and around 300,000 dead but we are unsure if our sources can be trusted. Civilians that are found by our soldiers are brought back to the medical facilities but anyone else must find their way to us. So far our invasion has been a success but the Osean military is extremely strong.

The Langenien special operations forces that had been inserted into Erusea, Nacrad, and Lacienia returned to the beaches to rendezvous with the midget submarines that would pick them up. They had attacked all targets and rigged any and all basic, material, economic, military and core infrastructure that they could find with explosives: factories, power plants, sewage treatment plants, dams, railways, airports, hospitals, freeways, bridges, and military bases. They also placed IEDs along roads frequented by local military forces. Once they were a safe distance away, using remote triggers, they activated the explosives to destroy the infrastructure. The damage inflicted remained unknown, but the General Staff Bureau had hoped to cause at least 5 trillion Langenien pesos in damages. After picking up their cargo of special forces troops, the midget subs in turn met up with the larger attack submarines at sea. The larger submarines all arrived at their respective naval bases in Langenia with the troops.

When Nicolas Furia heard that the Joyeans had invaded Osea, he decided to join the frenzy and ordered Operation Cobra Venom. Paratroopers were to be deployed into north Osea and take the city of Onslow. The paratroopers were drawn from the Special Commando Battalion, Commando Brigade and Parachute Regiment of the Republican Guard, and the best troops of the Langenia's airborne forces (indicated by the guards designation), including the 21st Guards Airborne Division, 35th Guards Airborne Division, 42nd Guards Airborne Division, and 58th Guards Airborne Division. The paratrooper forces of Langenia where unlike those of other militaries. Instead of light infantry with rifles, the troops of Langenia's airborne forces were more like mechanized infantry with tanks (except for the special forces), except, that they could be airdropped anywhere in the world. The other force of marines from the Langenian Revolutionary Marine Corps would embark aboard the ships of 1st Expeditionary Battle Group and 2nd Expeditionary Battle Group of the Langenian Revolutionary Navy, in addition to air support from the 3rd Carrier Battle Group and 4th Carrier Battle Group and assorted surface escorts, thus meaning that the full might of two flotillas of the LRN's Southern Fleet would head to Osea. The element of surprise was essential. The marines were to capture the Osean port cities of Fairwether and Hollister in western Osea.

Erusea
The Langenians would run into a very, very, major issue.

Basically every part of their plan had an Erusean counter already in place. The attack submarines would find that they would have to run the gauntlet of automated sensors and patrols by the Royal Navy. Major factories were guarded by militamen, and hospitals were generally located in large, urban areas where the Langenians, who did not speak, look, or act Erusean, stuck out like sore thumbs and were immediately picked up and arrested as vagrants by the Erusean police. They would be subsequently detained, and if their identity was found out, they would be immediately handed over to the Erusean military for interrogation and execution.

Final damage? One machine-gun destroyed, a few roads destroyed, a few tanks blown up, and maybe a dozen Erusean infantrymen dead, in return for the entire force dispatched to Erusea captured and later executed.

The Erusean military response?

It involved the traditional pastime of the REAF- flying RC planes. Well, their militarized cousins, but you get the idea.
A seemingly-innocuous cargo-ship suddenly stopped off of Langenia, and began releasing hundreds upon hundreds of MQ-99 unmanned aerial vehicles. Over 30 minutes, an entire air-force's worth of extremely agile, hypersonic stealth drones would be within Langenian airspace, with armament consisting of a single internal single-barrel 30mm autocannon and two AMRAAMs. Dozens of targets would be struck without more than a few minute's warning; hospitals, naval bases, airfields, radar sites, and major landmarks, and most importantly, above all, communications centers. Upon expending their munitions load, the MQ-99s would immediately slam into the nearest target of value, causing massive amounts of damage on top of what they had already dealt.

To add insult to injury, for the entire duration of the attack, the drones blasted music across international and public radio-waves.

As for the diplomatic response...
The Langenian Foreign Ministry would recieve a single message from their Erusean counterparts, 30 seconds before the attack began.

You fool. You absolute buffoon. you think you can challenge me in my own realm? you think you can rebel against my authority? you dare come into my house and upturn my dining chairs and spill coffee grounds in my Keurig? you thought you were safe in your chain mail armor behind that screen of yours. I will take these laminate wood floor boards and destroy you. I didn’t want a war, but I didn’t start it.

Of course, an operation like the one carried out by the Langenian commandos can't go through without some losses. This was most evident in Erusea. Some of the midget subs made it out to sea. Others weren't so lucky. The commandos that raided the major Erusean cities were the ones that didn't make it. This was because apparently the Eruseans had set up the most defenses there.

Farbanti, Erusea

The commandos who had been tasked with attacking Farbanti were boarding their midget subs. These subs then ran into the Erusean ships near Farbanti. Of course. Being the capital, Farbanti would be heavily defended. They were forced to turn back to avoid detection. The ships were everywhere, blocking escape. The decision was made to abandon the subs on the beach and make a run for it overland, heading into the countryside. Surely the Eruseans didn't defend the coastline of the rural areas. From here, they would contact the Langenian Revolutionary Navy to provide more midget subs to make their escape. Once on the beach, they switched out of their military fatigues into civilian clothing of the area, destroyed all sensitive items, took only those arms that they could carry and essentials, and headed into Farbanti to steal civilian vehicles, with which they would drive away. After procuring the vehicles, they drove away. On the journey, they secretly poisoned the water sources to major Erusean cities with waterborne diseases made by Langenian military labs.

0000 Hours, Somewhere in Joyea

A team of Osean Navy SEALs snuck into Joyea by boat for one mission. Rescue and extract Osean Navy pilot, LT. Mark "Tex" Walker. The four SEALs had to sneak in using the back entrance witch was lightly guarded. "Two guards, armed with AK's." "On my pull." Two Silenced shots went out and killed the two guards. "On me." They went into the security office and disable the alarm system then looked for "Tex". "What do you want, asshole? You come here to kill me?" "We're here to get you out of here." "You're SEALs, am I glad to see you!" "We got you some weapons, I'm assuming you can use a AK?" They then snuck back to the boat and exfiltrate with the pilot and got picked up by a helicopter back to the OFS Sea Dragon.

The Erusean ship managed to make it into Langenian waters because it provided proper identification. However, the moment that message came from the Eruseans via diplomatic channels at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it became clear that something was up. The Eruseans were possibly going to retaliate for the previous Langenian special forces raids. The Langenian response was simple: NO U. Military readiness was heightened to the highest level. Supreme Leader Nicolas Furia was alerted. Naval forces operating off the coast of Langenia and the coast guard reported that one of the cargo ships in Langenian waters was launching what appeared to be drones into the air. Immediately, the Supreme Leader in Aragon gave the order to fire at the ship. A coastal shore battery fired at the Erusean ship with Flecha 3 hypersonic anti-ship missile. Air defenses fired on the Erusean drones, but there were many. People that were listening to the radio at the moment the Erusean drones attacked suddenly found a strange music coming from the radio. AA fire and SAMs lit up the sky. The Langenian Revolutionary Air Force scrambled air superiority fighters and drones armed for air-to-air combat into the air, flown by Langenia's most experienced pilots. These planes fired missiles from their hardpoints and bullets from their rotary cannons.

Fighting in Oured has come to a standstill as we are not advancing. We attempted to take a small area in the city. A group of 1000 Joyean troops tries to push into a small section and were all killed. They were over powered and only had 2 T-62s and 1 T-54 from the reserve forces as support. The commander yelled "Enemy tanks and troops we will raze to the ground"! The crowd of troops roared with excitement and were loaded into APCs and lorries. When the arrived the began pushing into the area with no problems then the mortar fire began. Next the machine gun fire began. The tanks were ripped apart by Osean ATGMs. After about 45 minutes all of our troops were dead. Later a T-64 went in to help but was to late and and ATGM destroyed the tank.

With a boom an artillery shell streaked into a machine gun nest and obliterated it and everything around it. The invasion of Joyea had come to a stalemate as both sides were forced to dig into trenches when an unexpectedly large Joyean force was encountered on the outskirts of Joyea City. Now there are many tens of thousands of Lacienian men and women in trenches able to see Joyea City on the horizon and being taunted by their nearness too their target but with so much in the way.

Moving through the cramped tunnels was as hot and miserable as ever but the soldiers needed to get in one more offensive before the Joyeans could reinforce their positions again. In a few minutes the signal would come through their bombs would explode a hole from the tunnels into the Joyean trenches. From. there soldiers would stream through and take the trenches. Then the alert came through and the bombs blew up a hole in the trenches.

General Secretary Andreyev: who's in Pankow?
Joyean Presidential Guard: The Lacienians they've begun their landing! If they make it into the city you're going to have to be taken to Norivgrad or Beltzin Science Center.
Their is a large bunker in Norivgrad for the Joyean leader, cabinet, and other government and military personnel. The Joseph Beltzin Center for Military Science is a massive facility that is spread throughout Joyea with multiple sections. The largest is made for the Joyean Military Science initiative there is a medium sized area for the Air corp where aircraft can land and take off. A relatively large area was made for the Nuclear Command it is situated near our nuclear testing area a small area has been made for our navy with 2 Oquendo class corvettes ready for deployment and a large area for our Cyber Guard was established.

The underground levels of Joyea City were closed off over 2 months ago. The above ground are has not been evacuated yet but we will if enemy troops enter the city. We are concerned that if troops enter Joyea City that they will use the sewers and service roads directly under the above ground area of the city as a means to take the city as the stretch throughout the city.

Fighting had broken out in the State of Dorado but Osean forces were ready to take on the enemy head on. The returning 25th Cav.,13th Aviation Batt. "Lucky 13" Destroyed an Mechanized Joyean Army Platoon and an Joyean small air strip they established to strike further inland on bases in the west coast. The Atlantic Fleet are still fighting Joyean and Langenian Naval forces keeping them out of Oured Bay wile the Pacific Fleet regroups itself.

Lacienian forces have taken the small town of pankow and have been advancing toward Joyea City. We have not yet evacuated citizens from the above ground level (lower ones are sealed), but we will if troops reach the city. More and more Joyean naval vessels have been called back to Joyea city to help defend the city. 2s7 Pion, BM 21, BM 14, XA 34 and 36 artillery pieces have been set up and are firing at enemy forces. Additional troops have been sent to Joyea City we have been trying to make the city impenetrable.

The Langenian intelligence services have been setting up contacts within the Leasathian and Wellowian governments and militaries. The objective is to set up factions that will overthrew the current governments within these countries and form pro-Langenian regimes to surround Osea on the Osean continent and facilitate an invasion of Osea by Langenia and its allies. Through offers of bribery, land, and support Langenia has managed to build a large network of moles and spies within these nations. Leasath
Recruitment within the Leasathian government and military has been especially easy due to the resentment by many of Leasath's defeat by Aurelia in the Aurelian War. A strong faction supportive of Diego Gaspar Navarro (who, as you know, is in exile in southern Langenia) has developed, ready to take back control of the country and expand through conquest of Aurelian and Osean land. Those important targets that were hard to turn over were bribed. We have moles in the Leasath Armed Forces and Government of Leasath. Despite being tired and war weary, the Leasathian soldiers are driven by anger and nationalistic fervor, which is motivation enough. We believe that the pro-Langenian/pro-Navarro Leasath faction is strong enough to stage a successful coup.

Wellow
Recruitment within the Wellowian government and military, though not as easy as that of Leasath, was easy enough to create a strong pro-Langenian faction. This is because of a nationalistic movement within the armed forces that has spread to the government that resents Osean domination of the continent and Wellow's relative unimportance. We have moles in the Wellow Armed Forces and Government of Wellow. Those important targets that were hard to turn over were bribed. These plotters are eager for Wellowian expansion into Osean land. We believe that the pro-Langenian Wellow faction is strong enough to stage a successful coup.

At around 7:50 today Lacienian troops have begun moving into the city, Joyean troops have been putting up quite the fight. We have been holding the line against them as we have police officers and even gangs have been fighting to push the Lacienians back if there's one thing the police and Joyea City gangs will fight together for it is there territory. Evacuations have begun to protect our citizens. Large naval battles in the Joyea City bay have begun to attempt to take the bay back and have naval superiority. A single EC-135 Airborne Command Post was shot down by SAM systems when it was leaving Joyea city luckily a Il 80 Aiborne National Command post aircraft was leaving the the General Secretary on it. The Air Corp 1 left and has landed in Beltzin Science Center Air corp landing area. The General Secretary is going to be taken to Beltzin as the facility is built to be impenetrable and has personnel from every branch of the armed forces their somewhere.

All of them head to the presidential limo and head to Joyea City Air Corp base and board there Il 80 while there limo and a stash of other things were loaded onto 2 Il 76s, 1 An 22, and 1 C-5. They took off and began there way out of Joyea city escorted by 16 MiG 29s. The entire nation is scared for their capital as many of their family members live there along with the leader...

Davis Not good, the Lacienians are advancing at an alarming rate and evacuations are relatively slow.
Andreyev: What about the bay?
Davis: They ripped a Joyea class dreadnaught apart, destroyed the round storage for all the main guns causing it to sink.
Andreyev: How about air superiority?
Davis: We had the upper hand until around 4:00 AM we have one B-36 up there call sign "Goliath".
Andreyev: Thats the best news all day.
They were walking to the command area for about 5 minutes and they reached there to discuss the next course of action.
Andreyev: So Lawson what the fuck do we do now?
Lawson: I don't know, the Lacienians are advancing fast and we can't hold the line very long, reinforcements would take to long to get there.
Andreyev: Well we need to get some more guys down there. No matter how long it takes, shut down the roads if you have to,only allow military vehicles.
Lawson: You got it.
Nikitin: What about my dreadnaught we need more ships in that bay and fast!
Lawson: I'll get you your ships can you hold out for much longer.
Nikitin: Maybe a few days, maybe a week.
Wilson: I think we are doing ok but we sustained heavy losses. But we have observed more and more Lacienian fighters coming towards the city. So I think I'll need more aircraft.
Lawson: Got it.
Davis: Sir troops on the ground have reported taking heavy losses by bombers what should we do?
Andreyev: Get as many fighter and Interceptors up there as possible and scramble the Strategic Air Command have them bomb the hell out of Lacienian military bases.
The Strategic Air Command was scrambled and sent to bomb enemy bases and all available fighter aircraft were sent into battle to help defend the city.

OOC: I'm going to make this post from the perspective of a civilian for a change.

The air battle was raging and the citizens in the suburbs could hear gun fire. A B-36 peacemaker began bombing enemy troops. The EAS began broadcasting an alert stating that trucks will come by everyone's homes in the suburban area and in parts of the urban are and pick people up and evacuate them or they could go to the many evacuation centers be evacuated that way they were told not to take our cars as that would cause traffic jams and other problems, though many people disobeyed that. Sirens and horns from GaZ 66 lorry were sounded letting people know to get ready to leave
Davies: Bring only essentials food, water, clothing documents such as ID, drivers license, and voter registration information. Nothing more, pets are allowed as long as they don't take up to much space on the truck. Get you stuff and get in the truck.

She leaves her home and sees 1 Joyean fighter shoot down a Lacienian fighter with its cannon and then in turn get shot down by a Lacienian fighter after a short period of time the damaged Joyean fighter hits a skyscraper in the distance.

After about 2 hours Sgt. Davies got in the back and the truck began to leave the city she saw troops in vehicles entering the city a huge bomber over the city. She also observed injured and maimed troops being taken to a field hospital. She left the city she grew up in thinking about the soldiers and innocent people that will die in the conflict.

Artillery fire pounded the platoon killing many of the troops.
Shwartz: We have enemy troops moving in. We need air support
Macintosh: Wilcox, get me some air support!
Wilcox: Yes sir. This is Delta squad we need air support now we are on 2nd west avenue.
Red Rider 1: Copy that, we will be their soon.
Wilcox: They should be here soon, return fire.
Macintosh: Ok, in the meantime skewer the rotten Lacienian invader filth.
5 minutes later
Red rider 3: Were coming in.
The Ah-1s ripped the enemy troops to shreds but reinforcements were on there way. The Joyean troops were waving and cheering on the pilots.
Macintosh: Thanks for the assist Red Rider.
Red Rider 3: Your welcome have a nice day Delta squadq
Red Rider 2: We have to refuel and rearm we will be available in about 20 minutes.
Macintosh: We need to advance Wilcox, Daniels, Kozin, and Shwartz your with me the rest of you meet us here in 20 minutes we need to hunt down any survivors. Take no prisoners.
Afted 20 minutes of hunting down the survivors they had all returned they all believed some of the troops made it back to there bases.
Dwight: Sir their in the tunnels we saw some of them entering the sewers I believe they are using them as transit ways through the city. They can take the entire city using those.
Macintosh: Dammit we need to set up a base here Nd inform command.
They set up a small base and alerted command to help them find the squad they fired a flare. Defensive positions have been set up around there to prevent troops from getting past. We are extremely worried that if more Lacienian trooos enter the sewers and tunnels the they can surround us.

Wilson: Sir they have surrounded us and we need to push through or the Oseans will kill us all.
Sokolov: We must push through the city and reach the paratroopers or we have lost this war.
Wilson: And how do you think we're gonna do that?
Sokolov: We need to create a thin convoy of all of our vehicles with our troops on the outside to defend the convoy.
Wilson: You really think that will work?
Sokolov: It has to. Our paratroopers will not survive if we do not reach them.
We are preparing to spearhead their way through the city, they need to get anywhere but the city.

Joyean troops along with tanks, APCs, IFVs, and other vehicles. Being supported by 4 YaK 27 bombers and 20 Su-25 and 20 Q-5 attack jets. Our troops have began fighting there way out of the city and to our paratroopers we will try to take the city later but it is clear we are underpowered. Our troops with there vehicles began changing through the street, many were killed instantly by machine gun fire others injured, others perfectly fine. Our aircraft bombed the roads to clear out the resistance and did a relatively good job. It will take up to 3 days to completely leave the city as long as we keep moving and we don't run into complications, once we reach the paratroopers we will establish another better defended airbase to bring in many more troops. We will stay in Oured Bay and continue fighting. The bay is now littered with the remains of annihilated ships.
