Ok I’m 100% giving the cards tonight, while I was looking through the nations and sorting through my cards I realized that a couple of the nations were inactive, including one which hasn’t been on for more than 20 days so I’m taking the Time now to say if you aren’t on for more than 15 days by the time I give the cards then you will not be receiving them since I do not want to give out cards and waste my resources to someone who might not ever be on NS again. I will also be making another rule, you must have at least 150 million population to enter.
