Quick question: is the Gabha Motorworks showroom going to be open all day, and just for the purposes of writing descriptions of them, what would IRL equivalents be for the Starrcailann & Sealsaill? I was thinking the V8 Bentley Bentayga and a 2-door version of the Mercedes-Benz G63 6x6 , judging by the descriptions in your wiki.

EDM as in Electronic Dance Music? Then he should have fun especially with Leannáin and Aibleog. Viola, not so much.
Be aware, though, that you can have the two of them jump right in - quick travel by tram. ; )

"Participate" as in, for example, "compete in a tournament"? If you mean that, I am afraid, that I'll have to sorely disappoint you. After bad experiences a few years ago, I do not let PC from other Players participate in any of the tournaments (for a reason, see OP of the OOC).
If you mean, however, for example, watch a tournament, then you're of course welcome to. There's a time table attached to the invitation in the OOC's OP. ; )
Jacob in particular sounds to me like someone, who might appreciate the Mobile Forces Command's stationary displays. There are a lot of firearms presented as well (though they won't work, the firing pins were removed). ; )

Can't compete in a tournament? Quel dommage. But I guess, this is for the better. Can't have an agrument, that can grow into a flame war, right?

Still, I guess there are many places and things, cowboy/viking fella can interact with. Maybe he would comment on guns and tell stories of his past adventures... or maybe get into some trouble... because of rowdy nature of Skyhookedian people. I sense a potential for an adventure, and looking for a way to uncover it.
