Her Imperial Majesty the Empress is well-pleased to extend Her invitation to the leaders and governments of sovereign states and multinational organizations to establish diplomatic ties with, in order to strengthen existing diplomatic relations, establish new ones, and advance the interest of the Imperial Gothic State towards the highest peak of international influence.

The Greater Gothic Empire, a sovereign state encompassing almost all of Afro-Eurasia and the Pacific Northwest, is a unitary absolute monarchy both led and ruled over by the incumbent Sovereign and Most Sublime Pantocrat, Victoria II Caesar. The Empire is a claimant to the legacy of the ancient Gothic movement of the past millennia, of which it continues to prevail to the present day.
