Basically the same as the real life Swiss President, many issues are voted on by the people, but he makes big decisions, and has control over the army and such.

3. How much power does Bodie hold over the people (for example, you could say he rules and the people have no say, etc.)?

1. Lord Bodie likes Megistos, and admires it's values and capabilities.
2. I do not know much about The Emperor, but as long as he is not a selfish tyrant, I'm mainly fine with him.
3. He is in no way a tyrant, he has just as much power as any other Swiss president, the people elect him and still vote on big matters, but he makes many large executive, policy, and foreign decisions.
