President Trump is allowed under the US Constitution the right to name and try to confirm any US Supreme Court Justice he nominates, before the elections. Of course he is going to pick a conservative US Supreme Court Justice as a Republican which he is, a Democrat President would nominate a Liberal US Supreme Court Justice as a Democrat which they are.
