To Vote or Not Vote

Postby United Engiresco » Sat Sep 12, 2020 7:11 pm

Is it mandatory? No.
Is it voluntary? Yes.

So the idea of abstaining from voting in the World Assembly is not a new thing, and I'm sure many people already do so. But is there a point in time where it simply becomes redundant and it's just better to leave entirely? I mean, we all know that the W.A can be quite corrupt, given the right circumstances; so why should you be restricted by any right to not vote? I mean, this isn't y'know; compulsory voting or anything.

I leave this up for you all to decide between voting and not voting.

What are we supposed to write on here? There is no real question.

The question is whether to vote or not vote in the W.A.

Are you advocating for the right to not vote or the right to leave the WA? Both of which are voluntary btw.

That's not something that needs a discussion topic, and this forum isn't for generic questions like this either. We discuss proposals and resolutions here.
