Context
Caparia has a long and complicated history. For many years Caparia had been settled by ethnic Chernarussians since the 8th Century. It remained independent for many years as a small duchy off the cost of Takistan. In the 638 the Island was annexed by the emerging Takistani Kingdom yet the kingdom never really bothered with it considering it a backwater and left the local population relatively undisturbed. Following the Collapse of the 1st Kingdom of Takistan to the Mongol Empire. Caparia received independence and kept it until the restoration of the takistani monarchy in the 18th Century Caparia was annexed again but still left relatively undisturbed. until 1929 When the Kingdom of Takistan discovered crude oil in the area. with the Takistani government forcefully resettling and deporting the Chernarussian population and settling caparia. This caused Caparia to revolt in 1930
which resulted in the Caparian Genocide when Takistani royal forces killed 1000 Chernarussians after this even caparia remained under the rule of the Takistani monarchy untill the coup of 1988 which saw socialist forces occupy the nation. After The 1991 Civil war Caparia started to seek autonomy from Takistan Citing Orgal's granted autonomy in 1992. Caparia contunied to apply for autonomy over many years its First application for autonomy was rejected in 1995. its second application for autonomous status was rejected in 2004. and its 3rd application was rejected in 2013. Caparia than applied again in 2018 which was again rejected. Causing Rioting in Capri. The Rioting escalated causing several Caparian Protestors to be shot and killed in an incident which sparked rebellion from a group calling themselves The Caparian National Front a Gurellia Group dedicated to throwing Takistani Armed Forces out of Caparia and giving independence to the island.
