Which of the two above nations would you prefer to exist and why?

Example:

Nation 1: User Control Panel, there is no other option.

Nation 2: Nation 1 as they are the only nation.

Nation 3: Nation 2 as they are freer and more pacifistic than nation 1.

Edit: Actually, if the policies about computers and cars being banned in Doge Land are correct, then maybe Takistani may be a better place to live.
