Hello!

Welcome to the WorldVision Song Contest, based on the Eurovision Song Contest, aiming to provide and unite nations from different parts of the World through music. The WorldVision Song contest is an outlet to showcase the popular or native music of your nation. As with every contest, there are a few simple rules and regulations that you'll need to follow. If you're new, continue on to the FAQ/Guide To WorldVision! If you are simply looking for the rules, look no further than the box below:

As it was introduced prior to the start of '79, the same strike system for punishments will be in effect, where players breaking certain contest rules will receive strikes depending on the severity.

• One Strike: No immediate consequences;
• Two Strikes: One-contest ban;
• Three Strikes: Two-contest ban.
• Strikes expire after five editions; however, a strike expiring during a ban does not edit or shorten it.
• Bans stack; that is, a nation reaching three strikes within one edition is immediately banned for the following three editions.
• Bans erase strikes once they are completed.

Here are the following issues that can net you a strike:

One strike:
• Not voting in the contest (will also disqualify a contestant from competing)
• Changing votes without Worldvision Committee supervision.
• Posting halftime results when not the host or WVC & refusing to remove results (which also results in disqualification)
• Posting an incomplete entry.
• Not declaring a new puppet, or when transferring ownership of a puppet.

Two strikes:
• Engaging in tactical voting.
• Intentionally refusing to vote.
• Attempts to evade a ban.
• Entering more than one puppet in the contest.

FAQ / Guide To WorldVision

I'm new here, how does this all work?

Welcome! Here at WorldVision, we write our own lyrics to existing songs, then vote on them! Many of us write performances and background information on the performer as well. This contest is based heavily on the Eurovision Song Contest, so it helps a lot if you're familiar with it! One major difference from it is that the winner doesn't host the next contest- here we have people bid each edition to host the next contest.

That sounds fun! How do I sign up?

Signing up is simple! You can fill out and post the application below, or simply state your interest in joining. If you do use the application, you don't need to fill everything in.

Code: Select all
Nation Name: Your nation's name goes here.
Official Broadcaster: Your official broadcaster for WV goes here.
Song Title: The IC Song title goes here.
Artist(s) Name(s): The name of your act goes here.

Tune: The real-life tune you're basing your song on goes here.

This is all so exciting! I want to host!

In order to host, you need to have fully participated once, especially to get the feel of how the contest runs. While you wait, you can look at current bids to learn how good bids look like. If you've signed up before host voting has begun, then you can vote for the host! Once you've finished a contest, you can bid and even vote for host, as long as you don't vote for your own.

How do I write an entry?

Writing an entry is just a bit more work than Alexander Rybak makes it seem. Most of us use an existing song as a tune, which we usually link through YouTube, and rewrite the lyrics so that they are original- which means that we wrote them ourselves and did not copy the real lyrics (at least 80% should be your own, which is generally easy if you write your own). Translating real lyrics does not count!

To do well, it's best to write a performance and choose a tune that hasn't been used before - don't be afraid to ask us if you're unsure! In addition, it's always good to look at past contests and learn from the winners and highest placed entries.

If you do post a reservation/placeholder post for your entry, please make sure that you finish it with a completed set of lyrics. If you don't finish, or if you don't withdraw on the OOC thread, you will receive a strike, which is explained in the spoiler below this section.

So what comes next? Voting?

Yes, that's right! After the entry deadline, you cannot edit your entry without permission from the Committee. After the host posts the interval act and opens voting, you may post your votes. Just like in Eurovision, you give 12 points to your favorite entry, then 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and finally 1 point to your next favorite. Please vote on time!! The host may choose to close voting after the deadline, but if you do not vote on time you will be disqualified.

Next, you do the televote. Here, it means that you open the form that is linked by the host, and rank each entry from 1 to 10, with 1 being worst and 10 being best. Ever since the official implementation of the televote in WV83, everyone's televotes will be revealed by the Committee, so you can see the full breakdown after the contest ends. We use a weighting system to calculate the televotes - this will be changed at the discretion of the committee if the number of 0's exceeds 10% of participating nations (this will be done only for those nations with a score of above -10).

This sounds awesome! I want to enter a puppet nation and write more entries!

You can do that! You may enter a second nation, but make sure you confirm that it is yours in the signups! However with great power comes great responsibility: you can only give a maximum of 5 points to yourself, and together with your main nation you can only give a maximum of 18 points to another nation.

I do not feel safe or welcome here. What do I do?

If you are bullied, harassed, intimidated/etc by someone within the contest, please contact the Committee or one of its members, and we will ensure confidentiality and analyze the situation. We will deal punishment as deemed appropriate depending on the severity of the offense.

I have more questions! Who do I ask?

If you have more questions you can ask in the thread, join the Discord server linked at the top of this post, or TG the WorldVision Committee. The Discord server is probably where you are going to get the fastest reply.

So basically, be original, try to be fair, don't be a jerk, and have fun. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to TG the Committee - it helps if you add the Committee's individual member names (Axuva, Besen, Ertzei Kishim, Izmedu, Todlichebujoku) in the "To:" box along with "WorldVision Committee" for a faster response. DM on Discord also works!

Even if you've missed the deadline or aren't participating, feel free to discuss the contest in this thread or post commentary in the IC. You'll find that we all greatly appreciate some good commentary.

With all that said, welcome to WorldVision!

North Alezia is definitely going to return once again!

Ladies and gentlemen...

Click the banner above to listen to the entire playlist!

Image
Tune: Patricia Kaas- Et S'il Fallait La Faire
Prepared with elegance, Decked out with shiny short dress and stilletos, OPAL makes her way to the Worldvision stage with the first ever song in Alezimania using the French language. Will she win for Bristol? Or will she continue Lisa's legacy continuing Bristol's position as a World Hit Festival Singer exporter? We'll see!

Image
Tune: Meghan Trainor- Nice To Meet Ya (ft. Nicki Minaj)
Please welcome the debutante of North Alezia, IMARA SYAFANI! She might earned 17th back in 82, but she's more than ready to slay with a non-operatic modern pop and rap about a strange topic of ordering a taxi ride! Zafi has sent their singers 3 times to Worldvision. Will she bring that number to four? We'll see!

Image
Tune: Whitney Houston- I Wanna Dance With Somebody
TARA NURSAID is a fairly popular singer in her home region of Basna singing songs usually in Indonesian. Basna has been known for being North Alezia's musical underbelly. Will this Alezimania change all of that? We'll see!

Image
Tune: Mor Ve Otesi- Deli
Employees of Petrolezia Pyalivostok sure knows how to rock! RIGA RIGS will represent their region with a very rocking chair rock song! Pyalivostok is a very well known place to get your favorite Alezian Rock. Will they prove the truth of the fact? We'll see!

Image
Tune: Alexander Rybak- Leave Me Alone
From Biretz Oyen-Ayon to Andi Robi Idris Novogrody, Tel Hadiv is a very super well known region of making beautiful violin tunes! This edition, DANIEL RITZANNUL of Teshnamaim will represent the region fusing upbeat and violin! People usually have a soft spot for violin. Will he win the hearts of ladies? We'll see!

Image
Tune: Rick Astley- Together Forever
The Aramnans strike again! Once again with their lovely although hard and confusing language of Aramnan, Aramna sent out MORDAN ZAL-SEIN for Alezimania! Will the song attract the fans of 80s music and maybe attract the international fans? We'll see!

That's the six participants! Please vote and help us select the next North Alezian star!

Actually, new addition:
The winner of this Alezimania won't necessarily go straight jump to Worldvision. He/She must win more support against the public favorite... But we don't know against who and with what song.

OOC:
Hello guys, Lez here.

Thank you for your support last edition. Thank you for the 11th! It's a bit far from the position I expected (I kinda expect I'll have top 10), but it's great and Alezimania is still a fairly succesful national final. Like usual, the Worldvision Glory is still far away. And thus, time to have another season of Alezimania! :)

Other than these 6 regions voting, I need your lovely help to vote for who is the best to represent North Alezia in both Worldvision and World Hit Festival. And there's no denying that some tunes might make it later on the long future.

This time and later on, North Alezia will pick BOTH the entries for both Worldvision and World Hit Festival using this NF. The winner will go to Worldvision, and the runner up will go to World Hit Festival.

In order to cast your vote:

Vote 5,6,7,8,10,and 12 to your favorites. 12 to your most favorite, 5 for your least favorite.
After you decide, vote by TG or by DM on my discord, HowDidIGetHere?#5211
Cast your vote by writing your points, then write the region you want to give your points to. For example
XX pts-Basna
XX pts-Zafizamarrah
etc.
You can also vote with the artists name, or songs name, or using all of them!
You're more than free to use various methods of ranking, as long as I can understand how you rank.

You can vote until next week (16th of September 2020) around 17:00 PM WITA or around 10:30 AM BST on the same day. If the number of voters are not enough, the deadline will be lengthened by a day.

Thank you, and have a nice day/night
Don't Stop Nooting (sorry Llalta I like that phrase)

MCG1 confirms Malta Comino Gozo's participation after a phenomenal win in the last contest. Not only did they smash both votes this is the countries FIRST victory and MCG1 is ready to fight. Talks (and the odd party) were carried out through the night, and MCG1 are pleased to announce their next entry. This artist is no stranger to the Contest stages and some of you may recognise him from the last WHF.

World please welcome Malta Comino Gozo's next artist...

After countless times promising and not delivering, the rumours are indeed true, and A85OLUTION is here. Nekoni have finally opened the doors for a national final for the first proper time. It was a long, gruelling process to get this far, and for ten acts, there's still so much more to go. For the last three months the lines at the NTR offices have been molten hot, with artist after artist attempting to send their songs in, all of them hoping to repeat the feat set by Les Dahlias Noires way back in WVSC 70...and win!

From over 2000 songs, the staff here have somehow, by hook or by crook, narrowed it down to just ten, and, with a little bit of help from our international friends, we will find our one absolute star for Nekoni! But...how are we going to do it?

Image
There are 10 songs in the running to win Absolution. In the interests of fairness, only the song and the artist will be available, the actual song title will be hidden by the artist until they are announced as a winner. On Thursday (tbc), the semi-finals will be made available, pitting 5 artists against each other. A week later, two from each heat will be qualifying to the final, as well as a wildcard of the Nekoni jury's favourite runner-up, to make a 5-song final. A week after that, we will have a winner.

The voting for nations is a fair bit different from how you'd expect:
- An applying nation may vote in one semi-final or both.
- Each nation voting in a semi-final has a bank of 20 points per semi-final they vote in.
- All 20 points must be used in a semi-final for the vote to be valid.
- A nation cannot give more than 8 points to a single entry, and all entries must receive at least one point.

So...here are the ten artists that could potentially be Nekoni's absolution (click the headers to view):

Artist: Autopilot | Genre: Pop-Rock

"Unfortunately, ENTV was unable to enter the 84th WorldVision Song Contest. The winner of Shine A Light unfortunately was in a serious incident just before they were announced winner, and required surgery. Because of this, and to respect their contribution, we decided to postpone Shine A Light, and withdraw from the 84th WorldVision. Now, we are pleased to announce that the winner has recovered and is with us today. They are in, and will be performing in a wheelchair while they recover from their surgery, but have already stated they will be able to perform in the contest.

It was a close vote, but in the end there could only be one winner. And that winner is...

Kdam WorldVision 85 קדם וורלדוויזיון

PLAYLIST

01. Yair Dayan
Original Position: 2nd (Kdam 77)
Yair Dayan had entered Kdam-WorldVision a total of three times, finishing second in two of these attempts. In this special edition of Kdam-WorldVision, Yair was the first to be invited back, and given the choice to enter with any of his previous songs. In the end, he chose his Kdam 77 entry, an upbeat dance-pop song which was pipped narrowly in its original run.
Mergui - Plus Ehad

02. Hanna Semilyova
Original Position: New Entry
Our first new entry of the night comes from Soviet Olah, Hanna Semilyova. An upbeat dance song with Middle-Eastern elements, it talks of moving on with ones life, facing challenges, and of course overcoming them. Upon its release, the Kishraeli gay scene has adopted this song has an unofficial anthem, allowing Hanna to capitalise on the pink pound early in her career.
Nune Yesayan - Es u Du

03. Luna Shaldit
Original Position: 3rd (Kdam 84)
The second returning song comes courtesy of 3rd place in Kdam 84, Luna Shaldit. Those with a good memory will also remember her 10th place finish in WorldVision 50. Her offering this time is much more mature, and looks to capitalise on the wave of rock-themed entries, following Malta's victory in the previous edition.
Delia - Arunca-ma

04. Karmella
Original Position: New Entry
The second new song harks back to a previous era perhaps in WorldVision, and also in Kishraeli entries, much closer to the Kishraeli winners of the 20's. This of course may be its strength, as Karmella (real name Karmella Khamgat) is a convincing performer, and firmly secured as a staple vocal feature in many successful Kishraeli dance productions. This will be her first solo venture.
Loreen - My Heart is Refusing Me

05. Lihi Litvi
Original Position: 2nd (Kdam 83)
WorldVision: The Teams winner Lihi Litvi narrowly missed out on the Kishraeli ticket in Kdam 83, and was invited back by HARESHET as a continuing rising star. Eager to add to her trophy cabinet, and quite bored of her remote learning schedule, Lihi is seizing the opportunity to be on the stage again. The young singer is planning an energetic performance for Kdam 85.
Ella Eyre - L.O.V.E.

06. Miriam Boushakke
Original Position: New Entry
Miriam Boushakke from Rakaphy is a totally new face on the music scene with this first entry into Kdam. Only 17 years old, she will be taking to the stage for the first time when she performs live. The song which is a firmly poppy upbeat song is juxtaposed with somewhat forlorn and sad lyrics. This works seamlessly though, and many are excited by this young performer.
Alexia - Pentru Tine

07. Kamilla Karkatan
Original Position: 2nd (Kdam 75)
Kamilla Karkatan was invited back from a rather obscure edition of Kdam, after finishing second to Tatyana Shapsugh who went on to finish 5th. Kamilla's song gives much needed flavour and diversity to the lineup this edition, with it's slow ballad-like quality. The lyrics are equally dripping with emotion, and Kamilla is ready to once again sell her song to the audiences at home and abroad.
Iona Ignat X Tudor Monroe - Lacrima

08. Ahavah Haza
Original Position: New Entry
Kishraeli legend Ahavah Haza, famous for her second place in WHF13 has returned after a prolonged absence with another dancey banger to entice her fans back. The song has a thumping chorus, and his replete with Ahavah's sexy, but clever lyrics. While used more to promote her comeback, Ahavah is certainly not above returning to the international stage and achieving another good result for her home country.
İrem Derici - Yanlış Alarm

09. Gal Attia
Original Position: 2nd (Kdam 79)
Gal Attia finished 2nd in Kdam 79, a much reduced and smaller version of the contest, due to budgetary cuts. The result at WorldVision was also somewhat lacklustre, but the hope that Gal's boppy song has a timelessness which supersedes that of the song she lost against. With a more positive lyrical content, this feel-good pop tune will get people dancing.
Sofi Mkheyan - Hamadzayn Em

10. Yasmin Sheyfi
Original Position: New Entry
Sensual and sexy, Yasmin Sheyfi has been breaking barriers for Arab singers across Ertzei Kishim, and she has taken her brand of pop to a wider audience with this dancey club-banger. Performed completely in Arabic as is typical of Yasmin, she has reportedly bought a bejewelled dress that reveals all of her best assets for this performance. An excellent closer to the show.
Miriam Fares - Nifsi Aoulhalak

To vote, please rank the songs using a 12,10,8-1 scoring system AND give each song a rating out of 10.

STERBLICHENGOKAI - The latest news in from TÖBUK regarding WorldVision and the unforeseen freefall in the results: TÖBUK's WV head, Tsidra Kavasaki, has confirmed that the broadcaster will take a much different direction after the "subpar", or shall we say disastrous, performance of our last two entries in the WorldVision Song Contest. "I think what we need to do is think outside of the box a little bit, and step out of the pop and ballad zone for an edition or two. Clearly our direction over the past two editions hasn't worked, and we need to follow a different star." Whether or not TÖBUK has made a good choice in its different direction is up in the air, but we do have to admit it is a sound not often encountered in the international song contest arena. How will a heavily electronic collaboration do in the international voting? TÖBUK and Ms. Kavasaki certainly do seem to have high hopes for it. Listen to the track here.

Après le déluge, the band the SRNP have chosen/decided to let represent Normandy and Picardy at the 85th WorldVision Song Contest

Normandy and Picardy's last two results, including a remarkable second place last contest, the country's best result in a very long time (ignore the very long time gaps somewhat involved there), which have shown the country can compete and can do so in the worlds of rock and metal, it is no surprise that SRNP have decided to send reknowned Normand group Après la déluge to the 85th WorldVision Song Contest. The band, whose career started in metalcore but has been all over the place ever since, them being known for their more experimental side, is arguably the broadcaster's biggest risk yet, given perhaps they have less of an ability to tap into a more mainstream appeal in the way the last two entries have been. Furthermore, unlike the last two entries, which seem to show that SRNP have a good thing going with their internal selection processes, they instead have decided to open it up to a televised competition to choose the song that the group will perform at the contest. Evidently someone has gone mad at SRNP headquarters, but anyway...

The whole process is very simple. There will be 3 songs, all written by in some capacity, and all to be performed by Après le déluge; some of them are collaborations with other artists, which was seen by SRNP as perhaps a way to also allow other talent to be shown too, plus the group went ahead and did it anyway. We simply ask you to give 6pts to your favourite, 4pts to 2nd, and 2pts for your least favourite, which you can do via Discord or NS telegram. Anyway, to the tunes...

1 | À la recherche du paradis
Tune: BMTH - Parasite Eve
This entry, whose title translates to "Searching for Paradise", recently was a top 10 hit for the group, despite its definitely unorthodox nature, opening with choral chanting and veering into a mixture of electronic and metalcore influences, all to tell a story about becoming obsessed with trying to improve yourself, constantly trying to reach perfection and destroying yourself in the process. (ps. I promise the title is a coincidence)

2 | L'énigme (en collaboration avec Crasseuse)
Tune: BMTH ft. Grimes - nihilist blues
This entry is a collaboration with very well-respected Picard electronic producer Crasseuse, and is clearly unlike either of the other two entries, and would amount to a sudden swerve to the trance side for the country. The title of the song translates, unsurprisingly, as "Engima", and perhaps fitting with its electronic themes, is an exploration of the nature of humanity and its interaction with its technologies. Sounds dull, but a lot better than it sounds, I promise.

3 | J'en ai marre (en collaboration avec Versaunaute)
Tune: BMTH ft. YUNGBLUD - Obey
Big, brash, and bold, this collaboration with up and coming artist Versaunaute is certainly in your face, a reflection almost of the 'best bits' of the band's sound in its purest rock/metal form. As the title, which might be translated as "I'm fed up" or "I've had enough" might suggest, it's the usual sort of angst-ridden, frustration-driven song of rebellion and resistance, the sort of thing that will always exist and be popular, but popular enough to win even this nf?

Kalosia confirms! We shall be reserving the tune Lyubov-Karusel by Yaseniya, just for the record. We'll be launching our annual competition Festival dëla Kanžu Kalosianë soon!

Also pre-confirming Saviera. I believe the tune I wanted to use for them was Dream by Peter Bić Project but honestly anything goes doesn't it?

After yet another Polkopian top-10 finish, the PNB has officially confirmed its participation at the upcoming Worldvision Song Contest. Prior to this contest, the PNB had teased that they would have a surprise ready by the time WV85 rolled around, and now was the time for the big reveal. The Landa vy Polkopiya would be returning as the selection method for Polkopia's Worldvision entry, however this time, the contest would feature some of the more popular entries sent over the past decade. This method for selecting is rumored to happening every 10 editions from here on out, with the next 'Best Of' edition of the Landa vy Polkopiya being held prior to the 95th edition of Worldvision.

The format of this edition of the Landa vy Polkopiya will remain the same as previous years; two semi-finals in order to determine the running order for a 5-song Grand Final. The two most popular songs from each semi-final will qualify, as determined by an international jury, whereas a domestic jury will hand-select a "Wildcard" song to compete along the other four songs in the Grand Final.

The lineup for this "Best Of" edition of the Landa vy Polkopiya has been officially revealed to the public! As always, the PNB is calling on international juries to submit their votes before the conclusion of the semi-finals, and this result will be mixed with a televote in a 50/50 format in order to calculate the overall winner of the competition. Eljida Returns!

After debuting back in WorldVision 81 in Britonisea, Eljida has yet to return to the contest, seeing its participation as a one time thing. However, changes at Eljida's national broadcaster ERTC has shown a renewed interest in the contest, and the broadcaster officially confirmed the country's return to the competition shortly after Malta Comino Gozo's win in Besen. The broadcaster has already selected the artist who will represent the country, Nadir Doruk, but an international audience will get the opportunity to select the song he will sing at WorldVision 85. Through the Eljida Song Fest, voters will rank the four songs in the running for Nadir to sing. In order to vote, rank the songs from best to worse and then through Discord DM or TG, send your rankings! (Yes, this is Scot's puppet, so you send the votes to me, obvi).

Festival dëla Kanžu Kalosianë is a long-running celebration of Kalosian music. First held in 1962, the festival has become a highly anticipated annual event, with the competing entries reflecting the highest quality of Kalosian popular music.

For the first time in history, Festival dëla Kanžu Kalosianë (FKK) is being held this year in September instead of May, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was also decided that the festival was to consist of 3 shows instead of the usual 4. Typically, the 3rd show would be a celebration of Kalosian music, consisting of cover performances by the competing acts. However, this segment will not take place this year.

As a result of the postponement, the competing acts were given the choice to withdraw their entries without penalty if they felt uncomfortable in continuing their participation amid the circumstances. Several acts reportedly withdrawn, bringing the number of entries down to 16 from the typical 24.

Here are the entries competing in this year's festival:

1° Seratë
(1st evening — Semifinal 1)

01
"Kazë nia"
(Our House)
Madrugado
Čoskoro — Peter Bič Project (alternative link)

02
"La notë"
(The night)
Valentinu Armandi
Je fais passer — Claudio Capeo

03
"Ti segiru"
(I'll follow you)
Le Kontadine
Utazom — Boggie

04
"Toji labri"
(Your lips)
Faózi
Réflexions — Amir

05
"L'amurë di mia vitë"
(Love of my life)
Meliora Napoleti
L'amore della mia vita — Arisa

07
"Dolor"
(Pain)
Mariella Kasanu
Cumbia para olvidar — Mon Laferte

08
"Donë"
(Woman)
Yasmin
Big Mouth — Nikki Yanofsky

2° Seratë
(2nd evening — Semifinal 2)

01
"Lë kaminu dëla veritë (Prometël)"
(The path of truth (Make a promise))
Rita Bonifaťu
Marche ou rêve — Hoshi

02
"Animë persë"
(Lost soul)
Astrid Kalidia
Momenti perfetti — Giusy Ferreri

03
"Ankorë"
(Again)
Ǧuľo Baľarti
Gigante — Piero Pelù

04
"L'orižontë"
(The horizon)
Aíša Mansur
Pourquoi tu joues faux? — Zaz

05
"Ragažë mia"
(My girl)
Domeniko Gaľanu
Young Demoiselle — Josh Stanley

06
"Baľal traversu le strade"
(Dance through the streets)
Alešandru Mireli
Canta toata mahalaua — Aurelian Temisan

07
"Nël garda mi"
(Don't look at me)
Ǧiada
Facile — Camelia Jordana

08
"Rëspostë sbaľatë"
(Wrong answer)
Sator
Arresto cardiaco — Fabrizio Moro

You might notice some familiar names — Yasmin came 2nd at WorldVision 59 and later returned in the 74th edition, and other WV veterans such as Ǧiada (WV57), NEON (WV48), and Astrid Kalidia (WV29) are here as well. Audiences in nations participating in WV may also be familiar with Meliora Napoleti (WHF30, interval act WHF52), Alešandru Mireli (WHf45), and Domeniko Gaľanu (WHF43) as well.

Although FKK is a long-standing event, the first time the winning song (or indeed, any entry) was sent to WorldVision was last year, when World Hit Festival champions Corpus Calosum performed their FKK winning song "Mama Kantera" at the 75th WorldVision Song Contest. Even then, their decision to enter the song in the international competition was not tied to their participation in FKK. This year it is similar — Festival dëla Kanžu 2020 is not intended as a national final for the WorldVision Song Contest, however the acts are not barred from submitting this for consideration for WorldVision.

OOC: Whichever entry wins I will send to WorldVision 86 (both the artist and the song). The WorldVision 85 entry has been selected internally unrelated to FKK and will be to the tune of Lyubov-Karusel by Yaseniya.

How to Vote

ICly, the winner will be determined by a domestic jury panel and a domestic televote. OOCly, your vote is intended to be counted towards part of the "televoting" results, although this is subject to change based on the circumstances. Either way, your vote will count.
