The Empire Requests Summit With Leader of Shnookle

The Emperor of Luxemreich has asked for an audience with the leader of Shnookle In order to discuss the situation in South Anistania. He has propose the 28th of August. The Luxeiem Army has increased its presence along the border.

The empire of Luxemreich has sent troops into South Anistania to try and calm the situation, Luxiem tanks rolled into their neighbouring country at nine o’clock this morning with the Emperor saying that Luxemreich would help its neighbour in any way possible.

The Mighty Shnooklish Military will assist our ally in this time of crisis. Our prime minister, Prime Minister Shasha, would love to meet the Luxemreich leader.

Shnookle is having problems of our own, with various members of the Prime Minister's opposing party in Shnookle calling the Prime Minister "a dictator in disguise". Protests are growing more intense for more civil rights, but the police have that under control, for now.

NEWS: The New Prime Minister has agreed to make Anistania a Constitutional Monarchist Federation. Officially ending the Anistanian Civil War and now with Anistanian Troops entering the Shesseburgian Capital an Armistice is in the Works. Shesseburg will get Special Autonomy and a Governor.

Keoja's governor, Sagunikon Setna, placed the province's capital city under lockdown after a surge in pneumonia cases. As of August 28, the provincial health ministry has reported 7 pneumonia cases in the city's Mingderm district alone. The cause of the cluster of pneumonia cases is still unknown.

Prime Minister Suggests Union

The Prime Minister of The Empire of Luxemreich has proposed a union between the nations of South Anistania, Schnookle and the empire. It is hoped that this union would prevent further conflict and increase trade and prosperity in Europe.

The Prime Minister has also offered aid to Ramayanna to help tackle the pandemic there.

Many more citizens of Dongtan City gets hospitalized due to pneumonia. A while ago, Dongtan's Pajai-ani, and Hujowan districts have reported 2 cases of pneumonia each, and Mingderm district reporting an additional 13 cases, making the total number of cases rise to 24. The nation's health ministry has now classified this issue as a RED ALERT public health concern. Public transport in the city temporarily halted its services in order to reduce possible infection hotspots.

The cause of the clusters of ilness is still unknown.

H5N1 avian influenza confirmed to be the cause of pneumonia outbreak in Dongtan

Yan scientists have detected the H5N1 influeza virus on all of the patient who contracted pneumonia, answering the question what caused the outbreak in the city. Neighboring Ayeurna province, and the nation's capital, Sanyanakepo, also imposed mild lockdowns in order to prevent anymore spread.

Epidemiology experts predict that with the actions done by the local governments of affected areas, the outbreak would subside quickly. Experts stress that people should not go out for a few days, and to always wear masks when going out.

Lockdown on Ramayannan vessels

Ramayannan citizens and ships registered in Ramayanna will not be allowed to enter Luxemreich for the foreseeable future. The legislation was passed in the Luxiem parliament in Luxembourg earlier today and comes after news of a serious outbreak of pneumonia in Ramayanna.

Following Legislation in Anistania all Ramayannan Citizens will be sent away.Trade will be postponed until further notice The PM addressed that "Anistania is stll a happy Ally of Ramayanna but we take these precautions so we don't have an outbreak'. Amidst racial and ethnic tensions amongst Anglo-European settlers and native African populations, a new independent junta has bloodlessly formed under the rule of so-called "Executor" Jason Schulze. Extremely popular amongst both sides as well as the military, the Luxemreich-born nobleman led a contingent of his followers to the palace of the city of Lagos, where he overthrew and arrested the former prime minister of the region, George Erle, and submitted a demand for annexation to neighboring communities and micro-states. Although the dust has yet to settle, no armed resistance has yet been reported.

It has now been confirmed that active firefights have broken out in the cities of Kano and Abidjan between local militia and former Lagosian troops now under the junta's command. Details are unclear, although the Executor has claimed that the majority of the fighting has been from racial supremacy groups who "have no place in our New Republic". Soon after, the Executor proclaimed the formation of the "Saharian Republic," and requested international recognition from all world governments. Since then, over three-hundred independent states have been annexed by the Republic, extending their borders as far north as the Tropic of Cancer. Executor Schulze has renamed the city of Lagos to "Viskova", and has declared it the seat of the new government.

Anistania Condemns the Assassination of the two Minister's and our Minister of Defence is proposing to close the border between us and Shnoolke and we will send a peacekeeping force of 1200 men into Shnookle

All roads, and railways going to and from Dongtan city are impassable to prevent spread to neighboring provinces and cities. Guards are placed on border with Dongtan to restrict entry and exit to Dongtan. Classes throughout Dongtan are temporarily cancelled. Marketplaces and other possible infection hotspots are also closed for the meantime.
