Clause 1c to me reads as if even if you’re disability makes you unable to do your job, you can’t be fired because of that. So if there was a factory worker who suffered a car accident and became a vegetable, they can collect wages forever. I think this could be fixed. (I could be wrong though.)

Clause 1c states that a qualified PWD should be subject to the same terms as a qualified able-bodied person. If it’s too unclear for others, I’ll try to revise it soon.

The only thing I would do is try to specify a bit more on rule 1a. This rule is very important but as it is worded at this current moment could lead to a various amount of loop holes. It states that for instance buildings should be more accessible but does not state in what way allowing for building owners to possibly work around this rule act. I would try to allow for some leeway/grey area but also specifically state how some things should change.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand. Clause 1a states that we must take action against discrimination on the basis of disability by putting an end to or regulating certain practices and laws that constitute discrimination. If you're talking about the first preambulatory clause, I don't think it needs that sort of revision, since it's not meant to be stating certain obligations/requirements. Instead, it states the importance of inclusive infrastructure in the spheres of health, education, and communications. Please tell me if I'm just not understanding what you're trying to help me with.

Alright, so I haven't thought about that, I just went ahead and removed it. But now that I am thinking about it, I don't believe my one clause necessarily negates an entire resolution, but I don't see the harm in removing it if somebody else plans to submit soon.
