CONCORDAT AGAINST LIBERALISM
Across the world, the international situation has been subject to great change. With this change has come new opportunities and adversities for nation-states both great and small. But throughout recent history, one thing has remained constant: the aggression of liberal-democratic bandit-states, and the resolve of alternative regimes to resist their advances. Independent, sovereign nations have been under threat for too long. The time has come to cease our guerrilla campaigns against the neo-imperialists, and instead take up arms, organised armies in our own right. We are no longer battered and plucky rebels -- we are free states and free men! The status-quo of western democracy, liberal interventionism, and other elitist ideological trends has weakened. We have always been the downtrodden, the spat upon, and the undesired. We say no longer! A new age is dawning as the sun rises on a different world; one in which states are their own, free to determine their destinies alone. This is the future man deserves. We will ensure it!
The governments of South Reinkalistan, Revanchist Erusea, Reorganisieren Reichregierung, and Samporna have ratified the CONCORDAT AGAINST LIBERALISM. No longer shall we suffer the infuriating condescension of lesser states. Together, we shall uphold a pledge FOR national sovereignty, self-determination, and resistance to the liberal menace whose tenuous grip still engulfs this world. We are bound by no economic life, no political systems, no ideology; we merely shall defend our birthrights from the decaying liberal order. With this, the Concordat would like to affirm the following principles:

With this, the Concordat would like to affirm the following principles:
- The Concordat Against Liberalism [herein "Concordat"] is primarily an alliance against liberal ideology in all of its forms. This includes, but is not limited to: military intervention upon ideological grounds against a sovereign state, any attempts by a liberal aggressor state to enforce its ideology upon a foreign nation, and any economic sanctions upon sovereign states upon ideological grounds.
- This struggle shall be conducted against "liberal aggressor states" that adhere to liberal ideology. Any attempt by a liberal aggressor state to undermine the affairs of a signatory-state to the Concordat shall be met with proportional response by all signatory-states.
- A military attack by a liberal aggressor state upon a signatory-state is a neo-imperialist slight to national sovereignty, and is thus an attack upon all Concordat signatory-states.
- If a Concordat signatory-state is involved in a conflict otherwise unrelated to liberal aggression, other signatory-states are not necessarily obligated to offer aid in this conflict. However, military co-operation between signatory-states is encouraged.
- The Concordat is given free reign to proscribe economic sanctions and diplomatic condemnations unto liberal aggressor states given the consent of the majority of signatory-states.
- Liberal states and their sympathisers are naturally forbidden from becoming a signatory-state or observer-state of the Concordat.
