The Army of DxD is an armed force of Team DxD, a multi-national and multi-racial team dedicated to defend the world from supernatural threats that aim to unbalance or destroy it. The Army is one of the largest in the world, and the most well-funded and best-equipped as well. That said, it is neutral in world politics, owing to its great power and mandate.
Despite the fact that it is a stateless army, it has territory worldwide, as well as territory in Heaven and the Underworld (in fact, its headquarters is in the underworld.)
Rules and Regulations
SECTION 1: ON EMBASSIES
1.1. Embassies will generally be built in Agreas, the "capital" of the Army of DxD, in particular, the Diplomatic Corps. Embassies that do not wish to have their embassies built in Agreas may instead choose to build their embassies on the following:
- Direct Territory of Urakyoto, Japan
- Direct Territory of Novus Jerusalem, Tertius Empireo, Heaven
SECTION 2: ON CONSULATES
2.1. Consulates may be built in the following territories:
- Direct Territory of Urakyoto, Japan (provided the embassy is not built there)
- Direct Territory of Bran, Romania
- Direct Territory of Novus Jerusalem, Tertius Empireo, Heaven (provided the embassy is not built there)
- Puppet Territory of Kuoh, Japan
- Puppet Territory of Alassio, Italy
- City of Lilith, Puppet Territory of the Greater Lilith Area, Federation of the Underworld
- City of Lucifaad, Puppet Territory of the Greater Lucifaad Area, Federation of the Underworld
- City of Auros, Puppet Territory of the Greater Auros Area, Federation of the Underworld
- Agares Castle, Puppet Territory of Agares Territory, Federation of the Underworld
- Bael Castle, Puppet Territory of Bael Territory, Federation of the Underworld
- Gremory Castle, Puppet Territory of Gremory Territory, Federation of the Underworld

2.2. An embassy must be built before a consulate may be built.
SECTION 3: ON SECURITY PERSONNEL
3.1. An embassy may request the Army of DxD to provide security. If they do, they are to request whether they want a squad (9 men) or a platoon (32 men), and they are not allowed to bring their own security personnel or weapons.
3.2. There shall be a limit of 32 security personnel on an embassy, and 9 personnel on a consulate.
3.3. Embassy security personnel are allowed the following weapons. Magical weapons, with the exception of vessels to cast magic, are forbidden, and even then, the magic cast is limited (this is covered in 3.5.):
- assault rifles of calibre no larger than 8 mm
- marksman rifles of calibre no larger than 8 mm (limit of one per 4 personnel, up to a maximum limit of 6)
- shotguns of calibre no larger than 20 gauge
- battle rifles of calibre no larger than 8 mm
- submachine guns of calibre no larger than 12.7 mm
- handguns of calibre no larger than 12.7 mm
- rifled muskets
- muskets
- musketoons
- crossbows
- bows and arrows
- mêlée weapons (except Grim Reaper scythes)
- shields (provided they are not spiked)
- tasers
- pepper spray
3.4. Consulate security personnel are allowed the following weapons. Magical weapons, with the exception of vessels to cast magic, are forbidden, and even then, the magic cast is limited (this is covered in 3.5.):

- healing spells
- augmentation spells (except damage augmentation spells)
- teleportation spells, provided the destination is within diplomatic mission grounds
- single-person damaging spells, provided that the damage isn't lethal
- single-person incapacitation spells, provided that the incapacitation is temporary
SECTION 4: ON TRANSPORTATION
4.1 Embassies are forbidden from having the following mechanical vehicles:
- tanks
- IFVs and APCs (except 4×4 wheeled IFVs and APCs, and even then, they have to be either disarmed or have their armaments reduced to no more than 8 mm in calibre)
- mechs (this includes mechas)
- trailer trucks
- military drones
- military droids
- military fixed-wing aircraft
- jet liners
- armed helicopters
4.2. Consulates are forbidden from having the following mechanical vehicles:
- military vehicles
- mechs (this includes mechas)
- trailer trucks
- military drones
- military droids
- military fixed-wing aircraft
- jet liners
- armed helicopters
4.3. Embassies are limited to 2 aerial vehicles, while consulates are limited to 1.
SECTION 5: ON ANIMALS, PLANTS AND RECREATIONAL DRUGS
5.1. All animals, plants and recreational drugs are to be declared.
5.2. The following animals are forbidden for embassies to have:
- venomous animals
- non-sentient animals that breathe fire or spit acid or venom
- animals that cause extremely loud noises
- man-eating animals
- animals that are larger than an elephant
5.2. The following animals are forbidden for consulates to have:
- venomous animals
- non-sentient animals that breathe fire or spit acid or venom
- animals that cause extremely loud noises
- man-eating animals
- animals that are larger than a Clydesdale horse
5.3. The following animals may be ridden as mounts by embassy personnel:
- horses
- donkeys (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- mules
- camels
- boars (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- bears (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- wolves (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- elephants
- dinosaurs (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- birds (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- griffons (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- wyverns (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- dragons (provided they can support the rider's weight)
5.3. The following animals may be ridden as mounts by consulate personnel:
- horses
- donkeys (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- mules
- camels
- boars (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- bears (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- wolves (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- dinosaurs (provided they can support the rider's weight)
- birds (provided they can support the rider's weight)

5.4. The following plants are forbidden for both embassies and consulates to have:
- poisonous plants
- man-eating plants
5.5. The following recreational drugs are forbidden for both embassies and consulates to have:

- heroin
