Persecution of homosexuals in Zion Roc

[Zion Roc]

The police in Zion Roc have begun persecuting members of the gay community.They have been harassing the clientele of a gay nightclub and falsely accusing them of possessing illicit drugs.
Homosexuality was recently legalised in 2014.

The Prince-Regent of Sharifistan Khalid Suleiman Khan,Distinguished Gallantry Medal condemns the persecution of homosexuals on Zion Roc. He asks the government of Zion Roc to order a judicial enquiry.

Middle Barael condemns this, and offers asylum to all LGBTQ+ people of Zion Roc. In addition, we will push for trials/enquiries into the actions of the police, and we will ban all of the accused police from entering Middle Barael until proven innocent both by the Zion Roc courts and an independent, third-party enquiry.

The Great President Ekhon Numik fully supports this treatment of “homosexual degenerates”. He will be sending diplomatic support to defend Zion Roc from any condemnation. He himself has had many thousands of homosexuals executed by firing squad throughout his authoritarian presidency. However, Numik demands that Zion Roc makes homosexuality illegal to “maintain purity”. He himself has faced scrutiny at the hands of the international community for his particularly brutal atrocities against ethnic minorities and dissidents. Condemnation for mistreating LGBT members is nothing new to President Numik.

It is claimed that Zion Roc's police are focusing on "the clientele of a gay nightclub" (presumably a singular establishment). How many people reside in Zion Roc; how many are believed/understood to be attracted to people of the same sex; how many frequent this nightclub; and how many have been "falsely accus[ed] of possessing illicit drugs?"

[Shoalhaven]

The Community of Shoalhaven condemns the actions of the police in Zion Roc and urges the Government to intervene and bring those responsible to justice.

Should the Government of Zion Roc require any support or assistance in initiating and conducting an inquiry into this incident, the Shoalhaven Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade would be very happy to send a small delegation to assist.

Announcement from the Capitalist Party of Kyundao:

We have received word that Zion Roc is reining in the owners of a gay nightclub on drug possession charges. To verify if the actions of the local police are justified or not, we have conducted an official investigation into the matter. If the nightclub owners are in the wrong, we will not help them. If they're innocent however, we will offer them asylum. This is our current stance until further notice.

The Crysukon foreign department has issued a staqtement saying they will issue entry permits and provide all necessary paperwork for those looking to leave. Make your way to a Crysukon embassy, or enter the country with a valid Zion Roc passport and the border agency will handle the rest.

Fine. Our Most Serene Eco-Republic shall posthaste commission a third-Party inquiry to investigate these claims. If proven to be homophobic and/or biased, these police officers will be banned from entering the country, and if they are not, we shall then wait until Zion Roc completes their own tribunal to make a decision.
