Economy freedom stuck at 100

I have a maxed out economy freedom of 100 for years now, no matter what I do. Is this a known bug and how can I solve this problem?

That's economic efficiency, i.e. economic power, not economic freedom. This is Economic Freedom: https://www.nationstates.net/nation=fle ... ensusid=48

Once an economy has an efficiency of 96/100 or higher, it becomes very stable and hard to both grow further and to harm significantly.

To add to what the above posters have said...

1) Your economy isn't maxed out. It's now at 100.01 and definitely can grow further with the appropriate issue responses.
2) Changing it significantly is much harder once you're at such high levels. You'll usually only see changes of +.01 or -.01 at your level.
3) Tip - Subsidizing business tends to improve your economy. Always pick those types of options and you should see your economy stat improving. Slowly of course!

Right, Economy no longer maxes at 100, I sometimes forget about that. Mind you though, that this is not reflected in here: https://www.nationstates.net/nation=fle ... rts-134357 even if your Economy is actually above 100.
