While the South Reinkalistani navy was fighting a war elsewhere, tens of thousands of revolutionaries stormed the capital city's fortress, which looked about as Medieval as a fortress could get. It didn't take long for them to capture the fortress and the local garrison was taken prisoner. The time had come for the Capitalist Revolution and the revolutionaries didn't hesitate to take the opportunity.

News of the capital city fortress's capture soon reached the Army officers in every part of the country.

A large chunk of the army had revolted as well and in the cities and military installations across the island, loyalist soldiers and politicians were rounded up and imprisoned with nothing but the clothes they were wearing. With the exception of the capital's eastern outskirts where the socialist ruling class were holding out, the capitalist revolutionaries and the pro-capitalist segment of the army had effectively seized power.

The mission, organized by the nations of a tribunal of representatives from all committees of the Srivijayan Consortium, primarily, from the nations of Pan-Asiatic States (represented by His Excellency, Mr. Thiha Pyay, Senior Diplomat, Pan-Asiatic States Ministry of Foreign Affairs), and Cairene Arabia (represented by His Excellency, Mr. Badri Al-Saidi III); in association with the observer-state of Reorganisieren Reichregierung (represented by Lt. The conclusions and stances of this fact-finding mission do not represent the official views of our home governments, and are views we have adopted given the multitude of information we have observed, debated, and investigated over the past eight weeks of our stay in the Nacrad-Kongsi territories. The mission, agreeing upon generally laid-down foundations of equity in dealing with the delicate situation in the Nacrad-Kongsi region beforehand, submits as of this time an immediate condemnation and call for cessation to the actions of the Nacradian Armed Forces surmounting (1) the terrorization of local women, ethnic and religious minorities in Nacrad-occupied zones of Kongsi territory and; (2) the implementation of a hitherto unreported settler-colonialism system in the aforementioned zones of occupation. First and foremost our encounters with several individuals, anonymized in this report for their personal safety, has reported multiple violations of human rights in Nacrad-occupied zones of Kongsi territory, including violence against women and minorities. This fact-finding body emphasizes that the occupying military must stop using sexual and gender-based violence to terrorise and punish ethnic minorities. The brutal tactic is still being employed in several recently-occupied states, and is so severe in some, that it is a factor strong enough to implicate the Nacradian military’s genocidal intent to destroy the Muslim religious and ethnic Han minority populations in these zones. Specifically, extreme physical violence, and the openness in which it is conducted reflects a widespread culture of tolerance towards humiliation and the deliberate infliction of severe physical and mental pain or suffering on civilians. The international community must hold the Nacradian military to account for the tremendous pain and suffering it has inflicted on persons of all genders across the country. This impartial fact-finding mission, in the conduction of its survey of the state of the general population, particular religious minorities such as Muslims in Nacradian zones of occupation, reports that through the allegations of widespread and systematic killing of women and girls, the systematic selection of women and girls of reproductive ages for rape, attacks on pregnant women and on babies, the mutilation and other injuries to their reproductive organs, the physical branding of their bodies by bite marks on their cheeks, neck, breast and thigh, and so severely injuring victims that they may be unable to have sexual intercourse with their husbands or to conceive and leaving them concerned that they would no longer be able to have children; the Nacradian military has expressed a genocidal intent towards the people of its occupied territories. The ethnically-diverse Kongsi territories are home to all faiths, yet many centers of religious worship for local Muslims in particular have been destroyed throughout the course of the conflict. Mosques and masjids, schools for Islamic studies, and homes of an array of Imams have been destroyed; either consciously or unconsciously by members of the Nacradian Armed Forces. While evidence to suggest that members of the military of Nacrad are directly implicated in the active proliferation of collateral damage, the lack of restraint by its servicemen and servicewomen should be cause for concern by members of the international community. We urge the military institution of Nacrad to exercise this restraint with immediate effect in order to preserve the way of life of the people in occupied zones. Secondly, eyewitnesses suggest that the violators mostly operate on a command-level, whereby top-ranking military officials order their subordinates to commit atrocities under the pretext of peacekeeping in such areas. According to one independent survey, ethnic Han peoples have been disproportionately arrested in districts with long-standing ethnic Nacradian communities of Caucasian descent. Taking into account that ethnic and religious cleansing not only undoes the legal and spatial formations within a given territory but also is a productive force aimed at securing and normalizing a new political order within a contested territory, we examined its impact on settler-colonial geographies. Previous academic works show that the relative completeness or incompleteness of ethnic cleansing helps shape the specific configuration of two intricately tied sites of social management – spatial reproduction and legal governance – within settler colonial regimes. The proliferation of spatial reproduction has been observed in many of the zones of occupation, whereby the aforementioned Han minorities have issued several complaints to this mission regarding their displacement from their homes and their separation from their valuables; forcibly instigated by the Nacradian Armed Forces. This fact-finding mission has received numerous reports of such minorities and their denunciation of the acting military governors in the Kongsi area. We are stalwart in our position that the perpetrators must be held accountable and that the victims should receive justice. In the days that follow, this fact-finding mission, through the authority of the Srivijayan Consortium, vows to commit itself further to unveiling the truth behind many of the aforementioned reports and allegations. Many of these acts amount to crimes under international law, including war crimes, crimes against humanity and acts of genocide. Yet, the Nacradian Government has failed to mention much less cease, prevent and take action against these acts in the country, nor hold those responsible to account. We urge the concerned institutions to remain vigilant of the situation at hand and address the concerns brought-up in this report. With tens of thousands of war-refugees still trapped in zones of occupation, too fearful to return home, this report should serve as an important reminder of the need for accountability of perpetrators and justice for victims. It makes a call to action to the respective delegations of the Pan-Asiatic States, Cairene Arabia, and the Reorganisieren Reichregierung; as well as the international community to make accountability for these grave crimes an urgent priority. We urge our governmental constituents at home to make a dedicated stance against the atrocities clearly being perpetuated by this prolonged conflict in Nacrad and advise all parties to make in due diligence the efforts necessary in ensuring that such deplorable actions are not funded by, or are party to the democratic nations of the world indirectly through free trade with the Nacradian government. Your noble struggle against the imperialists of Nacrad has earned you much admiration from among the Reinkalistani working class. While the military forces of the P.F.R. amass in Asia, it is crucial that you stall the Nacradian advance into Kongsi for as long as is possible. Your protracted war for national survival is currently playing a key part in this new front of the class-struggle; your contributions to the international revolution will not be forgotten. Co-ordination between the Red Army and your peoples' insurgency against the propagandists and war-hawks of Nacrad is essential to realise proletarian victory.

The years of cruel treatment by a capitalist world order have taken their toll on your once-proud nation. Your armies have been scattered, and the Nacradian Armed Forces stands at the precipice of success. The perpetuation of your struggle is reliant upon the resistance's resolve to commit to desperate measures in the greater interest of the revolution. Therefore the following "last stand provisions" against the invader have been suggested by the Commissariat of War. It is strongly advised that the resistance commits to the following:


1. The positioning of indirect-fire weapons in areas of civilian vulnerability. These can then be used to harry the Nacradian invaders and make it difficult for them to remove the threat without sacrificing reputation.
   
   
2. The collection of unsourced, individual reports of cruelty exacted by Nacradian soldiers. It is not necessary that these be wholly factual, only convincing.
   
   
3. Cessation of civilian evacuations in areas experiencing urban combat. The true nature of the Nacradian imperialists will be exposed when their attacks begin reaching home ground.
With this in mind, the nature of this communication is very sensitive, and it is expected that the Kongsinese Resistance engages in measures to erase all evidence of it once it has been read. Under no circumstances can the revolution be compromised by prying, imperialist forces.

Response to the Condemnation by the Pan-Asiatic States

A condemnation put forth by the Pan-Asiatic States was received earlier today upon the alleged mistreatment of locals of the locals in Occupied Kongsi by the Nacradian Armed Forces. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs hereby shall declare the allegations to be entirely fabricated, and hereby also condemn the Pan-Asiatic States' slanderous statement.

First of all, there has been no record of the entry to Occupied Kongsi by any of the so-called "fact-finding mission" members. By the Military Occupied Area Ordinance, any person who enters a military occupation area, in this case Occupied Kongsi, shall be registered on an open registry, which is available for viewing by the members of the public. However, as it turns out, the names mentioned in the Pan-Asiatic States' statement do not appear at any point of time since the commencement of registration on 8 June. Then, may we ask, how does one survey locals and population centers if one does not enter the region?

Second of all, the allegations of human rights abuses were also absent in all mainstream media. Looking back at the various reports made by NBC News, BBC, CNN, FOX News, and various other newspapers, none of them mentioned any human rights abuses. On the contrary, they all have praised Nacrad for maintaining civility in this conflict, treating the locals with care. The allegated "systematic persecution of Muslims" was not carried out by the Nacradian Armed Forces. In fact, by the accounts of local residents, the persecution began during the reign of People's Republic of Kongsi, and ended as the Nacradians took over.

As per the allegations of disorderly conduct, this has been reported at the centers of the various divisions at the beginning of this conflict, despite being directly contrary to the orders of not harming any civilians. Any and all military members found to have violated this order have been suspended or dishonourably discharged. We hereby apologise to any victims of the soldiers' misconduct, but we must restate that any soldiers committing to the acts were immediately suspended and promptly court-marshalled.

Finally, we find it extremely offensive and exceedingly biased for the fact-finding mission to nitpick at the Nacradians' misconduct, but completely overlook the Kongsinese Forces' atrocities. From the declassified combat reports and letters from the imprisoned Nacradian forces, it is made clear that the Kongsinese Forces have committed to violence and torture towards the captured Nacradian forces, and any civilians that dared to speak out against the Nanchang government or its military, which were seen raping a local girl after the capture of a town during the Nanchang Counteroffensive.

We wish that the fact-finding mission can rectify its issue of bias and prejudice against the Federal Republic of Nacrad, and commit to more truthful reporting of any alleged misconduct by either side.
