[Free Stalliongrad]

The Soviet Republic of Free Stalliongrad greets the international community of the human world and the other races of the Multiuniverse.
After several debates, the Supreme Soviet has finally given the green light to host embassies from other foreign countries on Stalliongradian soil and open a dialogue with the creatures of this world. The only countries to which we will deny access will be: fascist regimes, ultra-capitalist countries and oppressive empires of other peoples.
For the rest, the ambassador and his staff sent will have full diplomatic immunity and his embassy will be recognized as his native territory.
Warning: Given the magical nature of our dimension, the ambassador, members of his eventual family and staff will undergo a transformation of his own body. Nothing too serious, of course. They are likely to become ponies, and government assistants will be ready to help get the ambassador and the others used to the new body. The problem will be pets and / or plants. We are not aware of their possible transformation, they could start talking as they could turn into little dragons (There should be no problem with objects). So we demand attention and declare anything that you carry with you.

Once the security issues have been overcome, the ambassador will be able to settle in our capital, Stalliongrad, and begin his diplomatic work.
