During the early 1800s two men would help shape democracy and help fight off the colonists to grant South America their independence. Simon Bolivar and Jose de San Martin were these men, they worked together to lay the foundations of South America and would somewhat succeed. Simon Bolivar would lead Gran Colombia and San Martin headed south. The 2 went from generals to eventual leaders of their respective nations. The respective nations worked well enough together and would keep peace and stability with the Americas. Until the idea of uniting the Americas came. San Martin was against the idea of uniting South America as that would lead to instability and conflict within the different regions, Bolivar wanted to unite the Americas to be able to work more closer and ensure the strengthening of South America. For many months the two would argue and slowly tensions would rise in the south. Then, Bolivar began liberating the neighboring countries of Colombia. San Martin, to combat Bolivar gathered troops and established temporary unions with Chile and Uruguay and would begin fortifications within their territories and begin sending troops towards Gran Colombia.
From 1813 to 1819 the South Americas would be in constant conflict, borders changing regularly as territory would be gained and lost, many lives lost, but those are the effects of war sadly. Bolivar would eventually give in as troop morale and supplies became low. San Martin had Bolivar tossed out to the carribean where Bolivar would eventually pass away. After the war had ended many South Americans believed the territories would be the same as before. But San Martin had a different idea. He established the Confederación de Plata, this nation would stand to become a power in South America, San Martin intended this to be a deterrent for future wars within South America. San Martin led the nation for many years until his death in 1850. But before he had passed, he had written up a constitution explaining what he wanted the nation to be after his death. A democracy similar to what the US had, everyone within the confederation to be free and equal, with slaves and women having equal rights as the white men, the right to protest and kick out a president if his ideas had not matched what San Martin wanted for the nation. However after his death the constitution would be rewritten. Africans would still be enslaved and women would only be allowed the right to work, this along with many other changes would lead to tensions within the country.
In 1861, inspired by the Americans, a civil war within the confederation would be declared by the San Martin sympathizers against the men who went against San Martin. From 1861 to 1863 the civil war would lead to a truce being called and a treaty being written up. Slaves would be free but not given as many rights as the white men. They would still be forced to work, they just would be paid for their labor and live in their own property. Women rights would mostly be ignored in this treaty. The president would be picked by both the people and the government with the establishment of a congress being a new piece of the constitution. If the president is believed to not be living up to their duties the congress can put out a vote for the people to give their say then the congress will vote themselves if a large majority of the people deem it necessary. Women’s rights, followed by African rights, would come in 1899 when mass boycotts and protests would spread across the nation. Women refused to work, making the economy suffer. The protests would last 49 days before congress finally decided to take action. The congress would grant women equal rights as men. Then a few days later to avoid the same boycotts to occur within the Afro-Platan communities, the same ruling would be granted to them.
La Confederación de Plata maintains good relations within South America with Brazil and Argentina their biggest allies because of the borders the confederation shares with the 2 nations. The current president, Leonardo Di Maria, puts plenty of funding into most countries of South America in order to maintain stability as best as possible.

Federation of Aotearoa
History:
The area we know today as “New Zealand” was settled by Polynesians relatively late in History (approx. 1200-1300 AD). While arriving in these islands, they progressively established their own culture, known as Maori, and were divided into “iwi” (tribes). Their first contact with the rest of the world was when some Japanese navigators discovered the northern tip of Te Ika-a-Maui (North Island), trying to establish a colony. However, the tribes there federated and fought violently against the oppressors. While fighting, they discovered that the Japanese settlers had wealth they did not have, so they agreed them to keep the trading post of Reinga, at the northern tip of the island. Progressively, the federation englobed both the islands of Te Ika-a-Maui and Te Wai Pounamu (South Island) and developed a writing system based on Japanese katakana. With the help of Japan, the federation of Aotearoa discovered the rest of the world, integrating Rekohu (Chatham Islands) and Kanaky (New Caledonia) in their country and vassalizing the kingdom of Tonga who sought protection from more powerful foreign countries. Today, Aotearoa has become a regional power with a strong economy based on the exports of naval pieces, wood, fish and local fruits and vegetables (no sheep though, because what is a sheep?). The most important trading partners are in Asia, in the regions of Indonesia, the Philippine islands, South China and Japan. Aotearoa also has a strong navy with both Polynesian and Asian technology.

  • Form of state: Tribal federation, union of “monarchies” (similar to UAE)
  • Motto: Kaha atu ngātahi (Stronger together)
  • Official language: Maori
  • Capital city: Tāmaki (Auckland)
  • Land area: about 300,000 km²
  • Population: around 500,000 inh.
  • Sphere of influence: Japanese (weak), has strong influence on Tonga and weak influence on the rest of Polynesia
  • Culture: Maori, Polynesian, slightly influenced by Japanese
  • Religion: Polynesian 97%, biggest minority Shinto
  • Ethnic groups: Maori 95%, Kanak 3%, Moriori 1%, Japanese 0.5% (unrecognized)
  • GDP: 301,355 million yeni or 2,643 million $ ($5,286 per capita)

The Founding Of the Socialist State of Trekinstan

History:
The history of Trekinstan is deeply rooted with the Nomadic tribes that settled here centuries ago. It begins around 1315 when the Uzbek Khanate gained independence from the ashes of the Mongol Empire, Greatly expanding north into Modern Day Siberia. It started the golden age of the region, where huge cultural and scientific advancements brought by merchants from The Middle East and Asia. It also provided the most stability and prosperity for the people, and the concept of being turkestanian started at that time. The Empire started to decline in 1449 losing vast ammounst of lands from foreign enemies and internal problems in the country as well, what caused this rapid decline was the rampant corruption starting to appear in the government as well as large dust storms that caused famine. the Final nail in the coffin happened in 1462 when the imperial capital, Tashkent, had fell to a coalition made out of, Tajiks, Kyrgyz, Kazakhs, Turkmen and even some persian generals assisting the allies. The city was split between the victors and the uzbeks were often discriminised by local authorities. There were a few times were a rebellion would shortly become a sovereign nation, but the that carved up the empire said that ''no uzbekistani nation-state should become independent ever again so that we could prevent another ethnic massacres, caused by the brutal regimes controlling this place''. But, finally in 1789 a revolution swept across the uzbek region and declared the Uzbek state which was a dictatorship fueled by revenge and nationalism. The new young nation had problems from the beggining such as political economic and social divide, an angry populace, very poor civil rights and last but not least an incapable economy. It lasted another 43 years until it fell into anarchy and a 50 km border zone so that the neighbouring countries will be protected. Even 100 years later, there are almost no documents that are realeased to the public about the area during 1832 to 1884. Finally in 1884 a country rose in the anarchy wasteland and it was, The Anarchist-Communist State of Trekinstan.(the name is possibly the corruption of the name Turkestan, which is an alternate name for Central Asia. A concept of an Uzbekistani nation was largely forgotten during the anarchy times, the name for some represented some ugly scars that had to be removed). it quickly reclaimed the lost land and with the slow growth of the state, the anarchist and some very extreme communist vanished from the only party at the time WAPLU. The year was 1913 and Trekinstan wanted to expand it's influence and power for a few years by then, with the fragile state it's neighbours were reduced it declared war on quite a few countries. The War was constantly switching from Stalemate to huge offensives. In the war, Trekinstan started promoting people based on merit than their personal opinion about the party, which included the millitary. Also by that time they started funding rebel groups to distract the enemy. And finally, the brutal conflict ended in 1923 with Trekinstan winning, gaining a lot of new territory. A new golden age might come after civil and political rights were expanded and started allowing some private industries. Although the road will be unpredictable, They would try their best to survive.

The date when France was born is a bit controversial , some say its when the the francks kingdom have been created in -200, this kindgom was belgium, Luxembourg ,rhénania and south netherland and also north France and the anglo normand island other say thats when the gaul kindgom was create in -300 when the gaul kingdom was create and who owned south France , west switzerland (romandia) and corsica . but the great majority thinks that France was created in 450 when the gaul kingdom and the franks kingdom merged after the wedding of isléirda de châlon queen of gaul and Florian of paris king of the franks kingdom, the two leader was really smart people and didnt marry for no reason . the queen of chalon knew that being a disputed heiress of the throne and knew that some duke were already plotting behind her for the murdered, she had therefore to marry a husband powerful enough to calm down it is vassals greedy for power, the kings frank was clearly the best option, sapling and the frank kingdom was pretty close culturally and was pretty powerful, or at least enough to calm the arrogant vassals who wished to rob her title of queen. For florian it was mostly strategic , florian know that ummayad muslim caliphate was start spreading and have defeated the sicilian kingdom and the napoli kingdom and have already declare war on the toscany kingdom and the vandals kingdom ( who is mostly germany denmark and poland at this time )the war will be long since the venets of the vistule would certainly join . but the ummayad have a huge and powerfull army and will certainly defeated the coalition. The frank kingdom was not really like the toscany kingdom and the vandals, Toscany was a fidel puppet of the vandals kingdom and the vandals have declared war several times for break the rhine natural defense for make the franks kingdom subject to their power but the rhine was impassable, in addition to the river which was extremely difficult to cross, there were numerous defenses along the Rhine as well as fortified cities such as Cologne to name the largest, Cleves, Rotterdam, Arnhem, Mainz, Koblenz, Duisburg….But on the south with no natural defense and the weak military of the Gaul kingdom who will be annex certainly before the franks, even if i twill still be tough to annex the gaul because of the huge mountain of the alp. With the gaul and the franks united they might have a chance to stop the umayyad. Both kingdom have been christianised in the last 200 year , first by spreading among the nobles because of the apostles who came from the holy land to preach good faith. when the first king of Gaul became Christians followed soon after by that of frank the religion spread much more quickly and Christianity quickly became the religion of the 2 kingdoms and many other kingdom. at least until various Muslim caliphate decided to attack the nobles were at the year of the wedding all Christians and the pagan religions being prohibited and Christianity being the only authorized religion the population slowly became Christian, and at the time more than half of the population was Christian.

The wedding happenned in Paris in the new capital city of the unified kingdom and the most largest one, the ceremony took place and the marriage was celebrated the chronicles tell that the marriage was tinged with tension knowing that the future of all of Christendom and of Celtic Europe rested partly in this marriage, an event filled with hope the noble present and the two married at the wedding the sky was cloudy but pierced by the rays of the sun as if gods illuminated the marriage and Paris with its holy light and everyone saw a miracle. For a wedding of this magnitude it was rather short, it must be said that the king and queen (who had by the way become rather close between temp) had little time to prepare the country for war and it was also necessary to reorganize many things who was not going to the country, and also given that the country was new there were several things decided for example the name of the country, after several days of deliberation it was decided that the name of the kingdom would be: "the kingdom of France "while the coat of arms would be a dark blue coat of arms with a fortress in the middle and within it a Christian cross which would be surrounded by lilies of gold symbol of Gaul. After that the next step was to use the current situation to weaken the noblemen, the king already had very strong power over his noblemen compared to various courts, especially if we compare it to the vanished kingdom of sicily, however his royal domain only extended to the city of Paris while the kingdom was divided into a thousand small barronies. the plan of the king and queen was to enlarge certain baronies to harmonize the territory and to make one of the barons of these baronies count of a county who would direct several baronies, the barony from which the count would come would be the capital of the county (one count corresponds to a French department) the count and the barons would be chosen according to the size of the city he headed there would also be some exceptions for cities with a significant economic weight. the county was generally made up of between 5 and 10 barronies depending on the size of it. There would also be the creation of duchy (the duchy corresponds to the French region, rhéanie, belgium + luxembourg and the french part of the netherland) which would be managed by state officials of the king whose objective was to harmonize the territory notably terms of economic zone agriculture of tramsport ect. The Ile de France (the actual region around Paris) would be the land of the king much protests against this but the king ends up convincing them. The baron who did not become count and who saw their function of baron stopped became mayor. This change had of course pissed off many barons who saw themselves demoted to the rank of mayor but the king ended up convincing them of the necessity of this change and also by assassinating the most rebellious of them ...the counts and the baron who saw their land seriously extended rejoiced and did not see that he lost a lot of freedom notably the freedom to declare war between them, as well as the fact that the king could ordered projects in their county / barony without him being able to protest. it was a real master stroke of the king but it took him months to plan and calm the noblemen recalcitrant to these reforms and he was afraid of running out of time the tuscan kingdom had already disapeard and the caliphate ummayad dangerously advanced in the vandal kingdom. France was preparing for war strengthening the fortress already present along the Rhine and adding some to strategic location, but also along the Alps and some in the Pyrenees in case that the soldier of the caliphate manages to defeat the Spanish army. the French fleet had also been increased in the Mediterranean sea to protect Corsica, and the coastal town had been fortified, notably the main ports such as Marseilles, Montpellier, Narbonne, Antibes and Nice. France had also increased the number of soldiers it could have at their disposal. the king also succeeded in forging an alliance with spain, a kingdom which had always been a friendly kingdom whether to the franc or the gaulois, the berber kingdom which it was unified knowing that the caliphate would certainly attack them, to egypt it was more complicated to convince them, his kingdom was proud and imagined himself invincible, it had been millennia that this kingdom existed and controlled the Nile, a very nourishing region which brought prosperity and food to all the Egyptian kingdom. The Egyptian kingdom had preserved this belief for millennia and naively believed that the caliphat would not dare provoke them. however after the caliphate have attacked the ethiopian kingdom and is integrated into the ummayad caliphate of africa and feeling much surrounded slightly egypt started to panic and to build walls and defenses in all the directions and to recruit a larger army and accepted after having refused dozens times the alliance with the Spanish and the French and the Berbers.
the war with the vandals took more time to the ummayad than expected, after having won battle on battle in a year and almost defeated the vandals and wiped out the tuscan nation the ummayad were stopped on the banks of the elbe river and no longer arrived advanced the situation lasted for 3 years , despite several attempts the ummayad had not succeeded in crossing the elbe. the vandals, however after 3 years of fisght with the ummayad, were attacked from behind by their enemy, the goths who they had succeeded in repel the last time but who attacked them in the east at the worst time, the vandal nation and the rest of the vénets of the vistula tried desperately to repelling this attacker without success and the two kingdoms were shared by the ummayad and the goths, the ummayad acquiring the rest of italy, germany and a small part of the west of poland while the goths recovered the rest. the allies had then had 5 years to prepare themselves during which they had improved their army France had greatly enlarged its Mediterranean fleet. after having reorganized their army and also recruiting ever more soldiers, the ummayad declared war on egypt expecting the immediate reaction of the allies who immediately went to declare war on it. the main front was along the Rhine and between the cities of Suez and Giza or the immense Egyptian wall blocked the Ummayad. the fortifications around the Rhine prevented the ummayad from passing and in a thousand men the ummayad were lost. however, they remained much more numerous and despite the fact that the strategic position of the allies gave them an advantage in holding their position. the war lasted during 6 months, the allies supporting each other and holding their position and the ummayad trying to destroy it, however the ummayad launched a great offensive in the south of Egypt and managed to pass the Egyptian defense in the Aswan city burning everything in their path. during this time the ummayad launched a great offensive in romandie and captured the city of laussane and geneva and was about to surge on the hard valley Rhone they were however stopped by the fortified city of bellegarde which thanks to its fortification had succeeded in stopping and completely defeat the army of the ummayad which attacked the city the French army recapturing the lost cities of laussane and geneva which were found plundered. 3 months after the assault, France had succeeded in capturing Sardinia Ummayad with its fleet and the help of the Spanish, while Egypt, which had lost many men during the recent battles. after a while the walls and the defenses of the Suez-Guizeh line killing thousands of Egyptian and Berber soldiers (who also protected the wall) the Ummayad army swept to the Nile Egypt was then only protected by the river, France and spain who fought around sicily by boat and on the banks of the rhine, seeing the critical situation in egypt ordered many ships to go and help egypt, however it was already too late, the ummayad had taken advantage of the new border with the disorganized berber kingdom and having lost half of its army in egypt to encircle egypt and the ummayad army had already taken the city of benguazhi and attacked them all from the banks of the nile to the south of the country and soon all cyrenaica while the Spanish and French warships arrived on the coast of Alexandria the king of Egypt was already murdered in a palace in Cairo and the Egyptian soldiers fought their last battle, the French and Spanish boats evacuated people, but especially the jewels of Alexandria, its library, the French and the Spanish could then evacuated part of the book present in Alexandria (about two-thirds of the library, it took them 3 days to take the books) and so saved part of the knowledge present in this city which succumbs 2 days later and was burned with its lighthouse. the boats succeeded in evacuating some Egyptian and the books of the library of Alexandria. The leaders were shocked to learn the end of Egypt, while the Ummayad advanced dangerously in Africa having no difficulty in front of the Berber which was disorganized and having a civil war on their hands caused a different ethnic group which populated the kingdom, the ummayad then approached algiers while the pressure increased on the banks of the Rhine however the caliphate ummayad had lost a lot of troops and suffered from a great instability within its kingdom the various annexed territory began to rebel so despite the fact that the vast majority of the ummayad fleet and army were fighting spain and france, the situation was beginning to turn in favor of the alliance. during 1 year the caliphat continued to try to pierce the French defense and to cross the Strait of Gibraltar without success losing numerous troops in these attacks.

in december the winter in the alpine mountains was very harsh, the ummayad troops which defended the alps which already had a low morale, was perhaps used to such a harsh climate being more used to fighting in the hot desert of arabia, it is momment that france chosen to make a great offensive in the alps and that spain decided to disembark in the north of morocco, the strategy of the king of France and spain worked and france conquered all the plain Po having been stopped in Tuscany as well as Switzerland while Spain conquered the majority of Morocco. France and Spain then had to face an assault on the part of the Ummayad to reconquer the lost territory but they succeeded in repelling the offensive. the ummayad attempted in a great offensive to cross the Rhine, however it was a disastrous failure. spain and france used their fleet in a joint landing in sicily, after 2 months of merciless war only the north east of this island was under ummayad domination. the caliphate which tried to stabilize its empire and seeing that the war was lost decided to sign peace, France won sardinia and spain the north ofafrica a, the balearic. the Celtic culture had survived his first invasion and had succeeded in showing their strength, gaining territory and the precious books of the library of Alexandria.

France was born in blood and war and had successfully stopped the Ummayad invasion in Europe with Spain. now the nation had to face many problems, notably the wave of emigrants who came from the provinces recently conquered by Ummayad, notably a large number of Christians but also Jews and pre-Celtic religions. the disappearance of egypt and the war having destroyed the fields of the nile, which fed part of europe, asia and africa the french king decided to make the seine as well as part of the Loire (between the town of Saumur and Vichy) the new grain store of the world while in the south, in provence the king wanted to make the region a region very productive in olive oil the king also wanted to take advantage of the dynamism of certain river cities, notably Bordeaux, the second most populous city in the kingdom which already had numerous vines, and the king ordered more plants to be planted in the region, the king also ordered the establishment of market gardening around the Garonne and its afluent as well as in the Langedoc Roussillon. the vine plantations around the city of chalon sur saone, a city which knew a fast development went well, all its investments posed the bases of modern French agriculture.

France then knew an era of prosperity of more than 600 years, in spite of some war with the caliphate ummayad which always had difficulties preserved its empire and suffering from a great political instability and always sought to spread Islam in France, however the fortress and the natural as well as the power of the French fleet had succeeded in pushing back the caliphate.

however in 1150 everything collapsed

the kingdom of france was cold for some time with the kingdom of england due to a diplomatic incident, indeed a french duke on diplomatic mission would have unfortunately spilled wine on the brother of the king of england, the king of england was an extremely angry man, proud and excessive in the majority of the decisions which it thus made the king of england executed the poor noble.

however the noble was not just anyone indeed it was Vincent de Bourges' uncle, he was count of the one of the most prosperous region of France located in the famous French granary and whose capital Bourges had become one of the most populous and economicaly strong city in France. Vincent de Bourges, who was very influential at the court of Paris, succeeded in mounting the king against England, the king deciding to apply economic sanctions preferring to avoid war with a Celtic kingdom.

however the king of england outraged by the french actions was preparing his revenge, it is said that hearing the french sanction the king of england would have spent an afternoon shouting at everyone.

France was not worried thinking it was going to pass, however a few months later the sultanate declared (again) war on France, the caliphate was better armed than before and had mobilized more troops. then the war began the herds positioned mainly on the banks of the Rhine and in the alps, the war unfolded like the other times the ummayad torupe not being able to cross the French line, there was however more French loss than usual. 1 month after the start of the war the king of england in an act of treachery which will dishonor england for centuries, england organized a landing in normandy without prior declaration of war which was inconceivable at the time and very badly seen. the invasion surprised the French and while the English had conquered Normandy and failed to reach the Breton coast the french army remobilize is army along the battlefield around normandy, however the French army present on the Rhine fell sharply because they were mobilized to defend Paris and the provinces which bordered the normandy, for 1 month france managed to maintain its position but after the ummayad succeeded in crossing the rhine and succeeded in invading the french rhénania they arrived with difficulty to protect alsace lorraine and belgium.
the English had won a naval battle around the coast of Saint Malo and after that several land battles which enabled him to take Brittany, Sarthe and Mayenne. for 1 month still France succeeded to stop enemy forces but the ummayad succeeded after the terrible battle of Aachen (aix la chapelle in french i dunno wich name is the good one in english )France lost a lot of troops and the ummayad surged in belgium in alsace and lorraine, and succeeded after passing the alps and invading all the east of the Rhone, while the English, still blocked north of the Loire, succeeded in winning a battle in the North, and pierced the French line and captured the cities of Nantes and Orleans. the situation was getting worse and worse for the french who after losing numerous naval battles in the mediterranean had lost corsica and sardinia.

the ummayad succeeded in overcoming the ardenne and took the nord-pas-de-calais, picardy and champagne ardenne completely isolating paris, a few weeks after romandia and the franche Comté fell while the english had made a breakthrough in poitou charenteet threatened bordeaux the second city of the kingdom. France in difficulty was proof of an exceptional resilience for its survival and succeeded for two months stopped the English advanced and Ummayad inflicting them heavy loss. however the ummayad did finish passing the rhone and surged in auvergne and in languedoc roussillon and the english passed Bordeaux and had taken aquitaine and the midi pyrené and was starting the seat of paris whose troop can numerous would not hold long. ummayad took then bougogne, the english limousin and the center of val-de-loire and finished taking paris and the ile de france it is said that the king while the english had conquered paris remained on his throne waiting for the english king who s advanced towards him sword in hand ready to cut off his head, a servant who would have attended the scene would have said that, before dying the king of france alexandre 2 would have said his words to him: "we lost the war but you you lost the honor of an entire nation, and you should never forgot that we will come back one day to take back what you stole from us ", king alexander 2 was killed by the english king and the peace treaty was signed. england took betagne, normandy, the countries of loire and aquitaine as well as poitou charente, the ummayad took belgium the south of the netherlands (the région was called southern holland ) nord-pas-de-calais, alsace, romandie, franche Comté, lorraine, provence as well as languedoc roussillon sardaigne and corsica.

France had been humiliated during the whole signing, the King of England making fun of them despite the fact that England had lost a lot of troops in this war, the Ummayad were when they were disappointed to have shared France with England . France had lost these natural defenses and thousands of soldiers, the price was heavy and the king was dead and his son Grégoire 1er aged 20 was going to take his place.

King grégoire had managed to convince of his will to remain under the joust of england he also had to insult his father many times as well as his people for convince the king of england that he was loyal to the english king. the king of england who was trusted him made him king of france.
That was the worst mistake the king of england ever made

Grégoire loved his father, his death had shattered him and counted on making his father's last words real
then for 10 years king grégorie the first will discreetly mobilize an army and weave links with the enemy of the king and some nation who was hostile with england like the Irish duke and the king of Scotland. the king gregoire had also placed assassins and spies in the court of the king of england, this one if had great difficulty in managing the new territory acquired the numerous revolts which animated his areas, the king of england answered with arrogance and cruelty and the day in some big city was enlivened by some hanging.

the french when had rebelled against the tyrant english regime notably because they was dont want to be english , was not like their new king and also because of the huge english tax much higher thanthe french one, they all expected a release from this regime by France , however many some desperate because of the wait migrated towards waths remain of France, the city of Bourges, Paris, Blois, Amboise, Chalon sur Saone, Brive la Gaillarde, Moulins, Chartres, and Orleans benefited a lot from this migration

war then broke out, the kingdom of scotland declared war on england as well as the duchy of leinster, a kingdom of southern ireland wishing to liberate the part of ireland that belonged to england, this one controlling the county of louth, meath, kildare, wicklow and especially county dublin. for the scots, there had always been a dispute with england to obtain northumbria and the tensions with england had always been strong.

the war began between scotland and england as well as the duke of leinster and while england began to redeploy its forces present in france to make war in scotland the king thinking that the king gregoire was his ally and that he wouldn't have had the time to create one big enough to attack it. however Grégoire attacked the King of England. the army of the king of england was larger but scattered between the various fronts and the king of england was being of a poor strategist the war was announced difficult for england. France quickly succeeded in invading Upper Normandy, Poitou Charente Aquitaine as well as Sarthe while the Duchy Leinster easily took the part of Ireland which belonged to England and sent its soldiers to take the Isle of Le Mans and support Scotland which had seen in edymburg and the south of Scotland fall and that Glasgow was under siege.

The king of England decided to move to Brittany to command his army, however when it arrived in England the English army was defeated during the Battle of Argentan and the Battle of the Rock on Yon, while the ships English had been defeated in a naval battle north of Cherbourg and also take back the aquitaine. Then the French army, strong in its victories, pushed the English back to Brittany in 1 month. the scotsias had taken over edymburg and were dangerously close to newcastle. the situation in england was very complicated, the pawns that the king gregoire had at the english court had succeeded in orchestrating a rebellion of the noble the center of england had thus rebelled. The king of england did not want to believe in his defeat, it was for the moment in reindeer and when the French army had been stopped in Brittany, it counted moved to the Finistère.
while the king of england arrived around loudéac all the bay of Vannes rebelled against england while france had made an invasion of the south of finistère, the king who was to take the sea via brest decided rather to take the boat via the town of Roscoff. the French army when it had pierced the English defense and conquered the anglo normand island l’ile et vilaine and the coast of Armor and the Morbihan. the objective of the English king, who knew that the outing that awaited him was death and humiliation when the French would get his hands on him, he intended to flee to Ireland to his cousin who was count of tyronne. the English army which had been defeated everywhere in France concentrated on the protection of Leon to allow the king of England to flee. the French army had conquered the majority of Brittany except the Leon where the remaining English army fought relentlessly, while the French fleet had conquered the island of White and Cantia and was approaching London.

the french after 2 weeks of fierce fighting broke the english line in leon the king of england then arrived at roscoff his ship ready to leave for ireland, he tried to discreetly pass the town given the low number of soldiers he had at his disposal, however one of the inhabitants recognized him and then the thousand of inhabitants who occupied the village took out their fork and succeeded in capturing the king, the inhabitants wanted to kill the king of England with their hand, however a wise man decided to deliver him rather to the Gregorian king who was going to arrive with his army.

king Grégoire seeing that the inhabitants of Roscoff had captured the king of england decided to name this city "city of the king" which was an important privilege for a city having made acts having served the crown of france, those city benefited from more money that can be used for their development. when to the king of england after having been exposed by the king to the inhabitants of the city who threw him various object, this one followed the troop in paris, while the others was on horseback the king of england had to walk while following them , the king stopping in certain cities whose inhabitants reserved the same trip for the king of england as those of roscoff. the king of england in poor condition arrived in Paris where he signed the peace treaty then afterwards was executed publicly under the insult of the inhabitants of paris. France had won the war with Scotland and the Duke of Leinster, France was recovering its former territory as well as the Isle of Wight, Scotland it was recovering Northumbria, when at the Duke of Leinster, it liberated Ireland from English and reclaimed the Isle of Man a rich island dominated by the big city of Douglas.

England also had to pay war reparations and was in ruins, many English had perished during this war. France had suffered some damage, the most important of which was the destruction of the town of the Roche sur Yon, fortunately the inhabitants had been evacuated before, it was decided to rebuild the town by merging it with the town of Croix de Vie and Saint giles sur vie, on the river of the Vie. the city of la roche sur yon then one of the most populous cities in france competing with the port of Nantes.

King Grégory wanted however to put an end to the domination of the Ummayad empire in Europe those controlled the Balkans central Europe and had conquered Denmark recently and also take back the land lost by the french

King Gregory then sent diplomats to many non-muslim countries to form a coalition against ummayad, many european countries felt threatened by the expansion of the ummayad caliphate and had seen many allie of them die ,lose land and sometimes have to convert and become vassals of the caliphate. but the caliphate and its vassals were very unstable and this empire was undergoing constant revolution. so there were few countries remaining in europe, of course pain and france which was always a great ally, england scotland and the irish duchy which discussed unification in a great irish kingdom. there were the two baltic kingdoms, lithuania, and the kingdom of pskov and livonia. further south the kingdom of Oleshky Kozak Sich had a large border with the caliphate, while the county of polotsk which controlled only the north and east of belarus was threatened by the caliphate but also another threat ....

indeed in the east there was a union of kingdom called Russian kingdom, it functioned a bit like the holy Roman empire. and his nations had then united into one but was part of different alliance there was the powerful alliance of the south which included many important city of russia and was the main opponent to the alliance moscou-st petersburg, the alliance of moscou was the most powerful and the one that decided the majority of decisions, it included moscow ... the largest city in europe far ahead of paris, moscow was the second most populous and the most powerful economically speaking, this alliance was enslaved by the kingdom who ruled moscow which was also the largest of the kingdoms, however annoyed by moscow's egemony over them the duchy of pskov decided to leave the union and join the kingdom of livonia while ryazan rejoining the southern alliance. even further east the Ural kingdoms were the weakest and had little influence, and to the north in Siberia the northern kingdoms had forged an alliance and was renowned for their feat of war and was dominated by the cities of arkhangelsk and Vorkuta which prospered thanks to fishing and sealing. then the French diplomat had read badly that the other diplomat to convince the Russian alliance to join in the war the Uralic kingdom was firmly opposed to it just like those of the north while the south fearing an attack of the caliphate wanted this alliance, but it was moscow who decided once again, and for liberate poland which had been annexed a few years before he decided to rejoin the anti ummayad alliance.

while the ummayads underwent a rebellion of the german people in germany the ummayads declared war on polostk county thinking to be able to destroy the county easily not knowing the alliance which had been created, so the whole alliance threw itself on the Ummayad caliphate, France quickly recovered its lost territory, the army of the Ummayad being dispersed disorganized and attacked on every front. Corsica was the last territory recovered, then it was the turn of the Sardinia of Sicily and the North and Africa to be invaded. the Sultant seeing that the situation was desperate decided to sign a peace treaty with the alliance and the rebels, france recovered its lost territory sardinia sicily the archipelago of tuscany and the aeolian islands as well as the north of tunisia and north east of algeria. there were also several countries that were created for example lombardy the swiss republic in switzerland, the kingdom of Como, venestia, the duchy of tuscany, denmark, the republic of high holland, the illirian kingdom, poland had been recreated , Slovakia, the kingdom of Bohemia, Austria and Germany were created by the rebels. the Russian kingdom extended to the caucasse, the duchy of polostk recovered all of Belarus and Lithuania recovered the duchy of Warmia and Mazuria and kallingrad oblast . France and the French were reunited again and there were also many territorial gains and the power of the ummayad was much more weakened it only possessed the south of italy and the balkans and a few years after the war the caliphate had cause of rebellion was divided between various sultanates, the caliphate of the indus controlled india and pakistan as well as bangladesh, persia had just turkmenistan in addition, and the sultanate of arabia possessed the arabian peninsula iraq Kuwait Palestine and Israel. the ottoman empire possessed the balkan turkey syria and lebanon, the caliphate of tripoli controlled north africa except the part which belonged to spain and france. spain also gained the balearics. the sultanate of naples controlled the rest of italy which had not gained its independence.

The france then knew a period of stability of 400 years, with various event, around 1100 there was not a lot of Christian church but under the impulse of the king Constantine the just numerous cathedral and church began to be built everywhere in France , France them of numerous incredible church which punctuate still today the territory and numerous city possessed numerous cathedral and church. there were several war with Germany which often ended in equality. 100 years after having conquered the Isle of Wight and having built and a church, the population of the Isle of Wight being was always English, France returned this island to England so that relations with England would improve. Paris continued to grow and became the world pole of clothing production. around 1300 the nobles began to want to live in a large palace or chateau, this period which is called the French follies, the nobles build castles in the cities in the countryside, and often had several personal castles, get annoyed often the inhabitants several times the unscrupulous noblemen destroyed entire sections of the neighborhood to build their home. even if its castle had enormously annoyed the inhabitants of our days of many tourist came to see the luxurious and impressive castles which was scattered everywhere in France. Many city were fortified, and numerous its city having kept it fortification today for tourism. the infrastructure of tramsport and agriculture had been enormously improved. all the cities of france concentrated especially on the food industry France was a great agricultural power, Paris had long been the only industrial center in France which did not focus on the food industry, but from 1300 many diverse industrial center began to develop. the french port was the most important of western europe and was dispersed on all the coast combining commercial port and fishing port as well as tourist zone and important industrial center. there was also during this period the construction of numerous most important canal for the canal of parme, a canal connecting the loire and the Vie river, the loire throwing itself now be in the river the life to join the port of the rock on yon , or then continued on his way to Nantes. the plague impacted less on europe than if rome had existed, given that trade with asia minor was less intense and genghis khan did not create its empire stopped by the arab and persian caliphate. the great powers of the world at that time had remained the great powers of 1950, russia which always extended further east, the persian and ottoman arab caliphate and the great hindu caliphate as well as an indonesian caliphate which knew a strong economic growth, but also Japan which flourished on the ruins of China which had been defeated during the last Sino-Japanese War. the other power was china and various european nation but also ethiopia which prospered in the shadow of the north african caliphate which was struggling to stabilize and to know prosperity.

in 1625 europe was hit by a major economic crisis due to a sharp and sudden increase in prices still unexplained to date. France found itself quite shaken by this crisis, the inhabitants found it more difficult to buy food and there was a strong dissatisfaction among the peasants and the workers but also in the thinking class, there was the emergence of 'a desire for equality. in 1680 the king, a man of culture implemented the bases of the french school system and built the great library of france in paris, where we found works as old as those of the library of alexandria (the originals being of course put away in the archives and copies was accessible to all) it was accessible to all so that you may have a little money this reign of 40 year was a real apotheosis of French culture, painting, art, music, gastronomy , literature and so many other formats made stronger cultural identity in France from Rotterdam to Constantine this true cultural wave was the golden age of the artist. the emergence of a strong intellectual class emerging from recently built universities brought great intellectual change to France. but the king after his great reign of cultivation gave way to a king who did not care about the people and who spent money on various parties more sordid one than the other and built a new palace in Paris and an even bigger one versaille many nobles followed their example. discontent increased during this period, and many thinkers began to criticize the nobles and began to praise the merits of a regime: democracy, which they had heard of thanks to the writings of Theucycides.

so when the king died after 45 years of reign giving way to his son who was even more greedy than him, and to continue his luxurious lifestyle increased the taxes, except that it was too much, the workers and the peasants who I already had a hard time living, saw it as the drop of water that broke the camel's back, the revolutionary idea had already spread everywhere in France, it is revolutionary would be called « les lumières ». the revolution happened as if rome had existed, with the exception of a few nobles were killed, but no longer judging by the law, many lost their fortune and ended up in prison, others only lost their right to command their county, keeping their fortune and their castle. after the french revolution there was 30 years of instability, it was necessary to rethink all the administrative mechanics, after thirty years of vagueness france had solved its administrative problems. the main difference with thewhen rome existed rome revolution was that the law showed a stronger desire for equality, neutrality of justice, freedom of the press and also much more progressive, women then had the right to vote way more earlier

in 1715 when the japanese created their first colony in west america with the city of portland

after 30 years of confusion, the world experienced very significant growth, but france, which had always experienced strong economic growth during its history, was not benefiting from this great boom, indeed france changing government had to build new buildings and France, although the administration was functioning well, still had many problems. The nations that benefited the most from this economic growth were russia, japan, india and arabia.

in 1850 the colonization of japan of the west coast of north america was stopped by the rebellion of this one, japan lost it colony which was divided into two entities california (the state of califonia + nevada, arizona and utah) and cascadia (idaho, oregon, washington, british columbia and southern alaska. the same happened to the colony of the caliphate, so the independent countries were: the united states of america (ohio, indiana, illinois, kentucky, tenesse, both carolina and both virginia) kingdom of florida (florida, alabama, missisipi georgia) and brazil (riode state janeiro and sao paulo esperito santo and minas gerais and bahia) and also the more powerful among them the kingdom of mexico, francehad never colonized america ( not strong and dont have enough money for do it and dont want to provok the califate) however as many european countries people migrated there and founded « city state » which was separated from the original state, the english and the Spanish had been the most numerous to build this kind of city and each one in respective zone. the French had built approximately 67 city which rarely exceeded 700 inhabitants the most populated of them was Burgeo in the new foundland founded by a countess of Cleves in exile and had 6000 inhabitants. The city state town was mainly located in the surrounding area of Quebec and the Lesser Antilles some colony was lost in Guyana. the rest of america was poorly known and dominated by tribes, however many civilizations experienced real technological progress notably la plata the inca and the maya.

1850 was a period of work for France under the influence of the architect Hausmann all the cities of France were redesigned, each was redesigned in its own theme to make each city different and unique while retaining the historic monument, and many statute were built notably of French heroes and symbolic figures (a statute of King Grégoire in Roscoff, of Marianne on the banks of the rock sur yon, a statute of justice on an island in the river La Amrne in Paris ..... )

The Grévin defense line had also been created it protected the entire eastern border of France with modern and powerful fortifications, Alsace was the most protected, followed by the areas bordering the Rhine, there are also fort built in the interior of the territory in case the enemy arrived to cross the Grevin line.

France was experiencing strong growth in its population and its economy, education with school having become compulsory and free was in good shape, but all this was tinted by the tensions with the caliphate of tunis and italy (which controlled all of italy except lombardy, tuscany and the part which belonged to illyria) and germany which had always been a terrible rival throughout the history of france.
In 1905 the eiffel tower, a tower which measured 400 meters high was finished for the Universal Exhibition of 1906, it was the tallest building built by man for a few years.

France then which arrived in the 20th century beginning 2 war with Germany which ended in equality Germany not being able to cross the line Grévin and France despite being one of the largest naval nation of europe was not directly attacking germany so the wars ended in frustrating peace treaties for both countries.

in 1930 italy and the caliphate of tunis attacked france at the same time the caliphate took the aprtie of africa which belonged to france while italia retook sardinia sicily and other little island like the aeolian archipelago and almost took corsica but was stopped, after 5 years of war France signed the peace treaty and lost the islands of Sardinia, Sicily and other small islands as well as the African territory of France. after a terrible defeat followed by a war against germany which ended as usual, france took 15 years to recover from its two wars and after that experienced growth in its army and its economy.

France had always played as a defending shield rather than an attacker, but France had always remained a continental power, but it aspired to become a powerful nation internationaly speaking France was also threatened by adversaries, the European caliphate and the ottoman empire which wanted to dominate europe, russia which wanted to increase its area of influence and germany which wished to have alsace the rhine and who know what else, france inherited an incredible architectural and cultural wealth , strong agriculture and a decent economy really good tramsprot and education infrastructure as well as strong defenses but does that will be enough ?

would France survive at the end of the millennium??

France was not pleased by the great majority of the last event of the world, japan was the 1st international power and with mandchuria will be even more stronger while pakistan a pretty strong nation which is located in the important population basin of the indus and which undoubtedly counted attacked the rest of the Indian nation the final objective being to recreate the Ummayad caliphate, this country had the largest army of the world, Russia dominant power in Europe continued to extend to the east and poland and the baltic country prepared themselves for war at any moment .the middle east was even more unstable than before every state want more land or have their land back and a lot of etnicity problem . a war would certainly happened again in the region.

spain fell into civil war
it was not something that France or any other country, the government fell relatively quickly as the attacks came from all over the country, the different revolutionary and independence groups waged war on each other for several times before that non-separate fronts be created. France did not want to intervene in this war at the start, being strongly impacted by the disappearance of Spain, a historic ally, the country had however send troops to the border for security and after 2 months of confrontation of many clashes with the Catalan fascist army arrived there was some loss of the French side. the Catalans were very hostile to French, they considered that the historically, linguistically and culturally French departments of the Aude, the Foix and the Eastern Pyrenees should integrate the future independent fascist Catalonia thus the Catalans provoked the French whose government did not wish not entered the war. however the democratic spain which controlled the center of the country as well as the north of africa asked for help from the french offering them in exchange for being able to participate in the peace treaty and to take several spanish territory, the government was very divided on the subject, France was small compared to other power in the world and the nationalists with desire for imperialism the senate decided to vote yes to an intervention in this civil war, it took a long time for France to move the troops to cause of the Pyrenees but after that the French troops first secured Catalonia then the north of Spain they had difficulty in passing the city of Valencia and a very bloody rebellion in Algiers which opposed two clans for the control of the city causing thousands of deaths, this revolt was going to spread to all the east of Algeria and part of the center. after months of fighting spain and morocco were stabilized but the majority of algeria was on fire and blood and many people were fleeing the region. Algeria ended up being stabilized and the peace treaty was signed in Livorno in Tuscany, Spain was to grant independence to certain countries such as the kingdom of navarre, the kingdom of mirandela, the duchy of porto, galicia and the kingdom of coimbre, catalonia was divided in 3 different country , catalan kingdom of lérida, catalan kingdom of barcelona and the catalan kingdom of girona. France gained the part of Algeria belonging to Spain, the Balearic Islands and some border territories. Spain had to rebuild and restore its economy Spain proposed the creation of an economic alliance between the new countries created Spain and France, France was not opposed to the project but also wanted a military and integrated cooperation the berber has the alliance, spain and the other state even the duchy of port which was rather opposed to any cooperation with france. algeria was ruined and france immediately began its reconstruction and assimilation just like the balearics.

Aotearoan reaction to the last events

Postby Anorocan Paradise » Fri Jul 31, 2020 4:40 am

Considering the war in Europe and the last actions of Japan, the federation of Aotearoa has decided to reaffirm its neutrality. The federation has also decided to seek distance from Japan by putting the first trade sanctions in Aotearoan history to Japan, hoping it will discourage Japan from following the current path.
Meanwhile, the federation has reinforced diplomatic contacts in the region of Australasia, but also with Alaska, Cascadia and Australia, former Japanese colonies.
Aotearoa cannot assure that a war won't break out in the Pacific, so it has extended its navy which has been occasionally seen patrolling in Tasman Sea and Southwest Pacific. Military service has also become mandatory for young Aotearoans.
Internally, the recent events have shown a political divergence between the Northern iwis, closer to Japan, and the more radical Southern iwis, with Central iwis in between, moderating them. However, all the iwis still recognize being part of the Federation, thus a civil war is very unlikely to happen.

while france was dealing with the spanish civil war the united states took the opportunity to annex the state of newfoundland, they had already done the same the first time with vermont and several francophone provinces. around 1890 the french cities of north america had decided to ally themselves in a nation called new france, but in 1930 the united states taking advantage of the fact that france was at war declared war on this nation, new France possessing no army because the population of the country was very low and the country did not have a good enough economy to buy weapons of war, so the country have show no resistance and lost everything except the islands around newfoundland and newfoundland. the country since its creation knew a strong growth of its population but remained very rural the roads being very rare and each city could live without the other, of course the radio and the television invented by japan and exported all over the world was not present and electricity was only present in the largest cities such as the capital of 32,000 inhabitants, Burgeo. the united states had practiced a strong oppression on the annexed french territory not allowing their development and leading to constant rebellion forcefully repressed by the american government. the united states after gaining independence in 1850 had experienced rapid development especially in the south where the capital charleston was located, however just like the rest of the continent it was a very weak country compared to the rest of the world, the rapid development however would change without doubt that. the united states wanted to control the north and thought that France would not react like the last time. however after the occupation of this country, france who was already mad about the first american conquest sent an army of diplomat, the united states not expecting that and not being able to risk a war with france decided to negotiate. the united states quickly understood that just liberating newfoundland would not be enough, after a week the tension was high, the french diplomat wanted all the areas where french was speaking, but the american only wanted to return nova scotia and newfoundland. the tension in the conference room was growing. after a while we decided to bring the president of both state, the situation was very tense between the two countries, the two presidents spoke for 4 whole day, his 4 days were accompanied by media speculation on the outcome of the discussions and interpreting the least of their sleeping nettle in the room or each of their word. after his 4 days the two presidents was agreed to fix the border at the edge of the hudson river while avoiding the city of new york which would remain completely American the border to the north stopping at the small french town of ogdensburg . the French who were still in the United States could stay and speak French or join the new France. so the problem with the Americans was settled despite the hostility that remained. however what to do with the new France, the old government realizing that France could not forever protect this country, and the fact that with the low number of inhabitants and a weak economy prevented the construction of a powerful army , the former government or at least the majority thought that a union with France would be the best option for the country, he summoned the president and his ministers for a meeting, France was not opposed to it, however, it was necessary first to make a democratic vote to know if the population was opposed to it, the vote took place relatively quickly but to collect all the ballots for the counting in Burgeo was longer given that all the cities were not connected by tramsport route. the results last: 69 percent for, 26 percent against, 5 percent white / abstention. thus the new france integrated france as a region, the former government of the new france imposed certain conditions, they agreed to develop the region notably through agriculture and industry but nevertheless wanted to protect the land environement and landscape and therefore wanted a limited agriculture and which would respect the landscape and nature of the new France he also wanted France to respect the culture of the indigenous people who lived in the region, France respected its terms, the government of the new France was going to join France to represent the new France in parliament until the next election or he would play various administrative roles in the region. the region's capital would be the most populous city, Burgeo, and its sub-capital would be providence 3rd largest city after halifax and an important port of new france.

old and greedy

Postby Estrellmaa » Tue Aug 04, 2020 2:09 am

it was a lovely day in may in the city of paris, the young unoccupied student strolled in the paved streets surrounded by hausmannian style buildings, music came out of some windows, we could see the majestic eiffel tower overlooked the large avenue surrounded by trees, buildings and monuments of all its greatness.

however this postcard image was shattered by a group of black chevrolet who drove in the city of paris, they reached the bourbon palace, in exit the president of the helvetic republic, sometimes called switzerland

Switzerland was a rather powerful kingdom for its size, the mountainous country had prospered thanks to its banking service which was mainly used by the italian states and the states of central europe but also romania. the capital of the country was Lucerne.

* the French president is at the top of the steps as the president of the Helvetic republic advances *

"oh you changed car model, its look like a chevrolet from aubusson, the last time you came with a japanese car"

"yes indeed you have the eye, the model is much more reliable, and the seat is much more comfortable, the Japanese model crushed my old back"

"The siege is made in Paris" said the French president with a smirk.
"well let's go to the serious thing, what is the reason for your coming, it must be very important given that you have not warned of your arrival, normally this kind of behavior is more practiced by the English, I expected better from you Riechmann " said the president of france with a teasing smile

"oh phillip, I really apologize but uuuh ... I'm doing my best"

"well you are not going to stay out is not fit for a president"

In the president office

« so what brings you in our beautiful capital? »

"Well first of all I would like to apologize for not having warned you of my arrival I hope that I do not bother you too much"

"you don't bother me at all we just have one region in crisis, another to fully develop and we are preparing the next anthill operation but except that i have a lot of time!"

"that .... what? an anthill operation really? you have the money ... the financial means .... for?"

"yes riechmann it will start in 3 days, you seem surprised?"

"yes of course! normally this kind of operation is much its much more spaced in time the last one was only 20 years ago!"

"well you will quickly realize that our country is full of resources! well I know why you are there, you are worried about Germany and wanted to join the steel league, didn't you?"

"uh yes, you know that Reich annexed the Sudetenland ... not to mention the Hungarian of Slovakia and Bohemia which are its vassals ...."

"not for long as soon as england turns its back or is defeated germany will annex them just like poland denmark and the netherlands and any country it can"

"....."

"of course the Helvetic republic included"

"......" we feel that the Helvetian president is very nervous

"what? you thought there was a chance he spared you? because just like germany the helvetians are a germanic people? it is by no means a protection on the contrary"

the French president takes a bottle of wine and pours it into 2 glasses, he gives one to the president of the Helvetic republic

"here it is a 1938 libournois a very good wine. so like I said it is in no way a protection the ... what do they call it? their leader?"

"it is the fhurer the gide in German"

"yes there it is, and well he seeks to unite europe and his first objective is the german and germanic people you have clearly seen what happened with bohemia and a few years earlier with the county of Graz, even if he seems more oriented towards the east for the moment they will inevitably end up attacking you "

Riechmann looked even more nervous.

"you too are going to attack you! they have always wanted the valley of the rhine and the moselle for themselves!"

"and its why we have the Maginot and Grévin line to protect us, its the most powerful line of defense in Europe and the Germans have always tried to take us this territory since the creation of the country it only happened once pierced our lines and was centuries and centuries ago. if germany attacks us it will break its teeth «

"huuuum"

"I am not necessarily opposed to your integration into the steel league but I need certain guarantees"

"Go for it"

"First I want you to set up a line of defense as powerful as the Maginot Line or at least the Grévin line along your border with Germany you are too dependent of your mountains to defend yourself, then you diversify your economy , although it works extremely well it is too bank centric and it can be a problem for the whole alliance later on "

"that would cost us a lot we can't ....."

"you can afford it, your people have the highest salary in europe by far and you have the biggest gold reserve in europe to, you just have to increase the tax and explain the reasons it shouldn't be a problem"

the Swiss president seemed tortured by this idea

"hummmph its okay we don't really have a choice alone, we can't resist germany"

"Perfect, I suggest you give us an appointment in a month aaaaaat ....."

the french president looks at a map of france

"huuum cherbourg are you fine with that?"

"yes why not I have always wanted to visit this city, I have been told a lot of good things about it!"

"perfect, otherwise do you have something else to tell me?"

"I had a question, do you also have many Jews crossing your border?"

"indeed, I expected to see some Czechs, Slovaks or Hungarians coming and again we are not the closest but there were also quite a few Jews I believe that the government of the furher promulgated anti-Semitic laws"

"What do you think ?"

"I don't know its not the first nation to do it in europe lithuania abolished its anti-Semitic laws only recently but its true that its does not smell good so far ...."

the Swiss president took a very posed and serious tone

"I think its really serious we should be really carefull of the jewish situation but for the moment we can only wait but I'm afraid the situation will get worse"

"we will see ! "

one of the French president's phone rang we could see various names labeled under the many phones the one that rang was that of "the embassy of illyria"

"I wonder wath they want, have the kindness to wait for me Mr. President" said the French President with a smirk »

"I was done anyway we will wake up at the Cherbourg convention anyway, looking forward to seeing you again and sorry for the inconvenience."

the Swiss president leaves the office

the president pick up the phone: "Hello?"

a monotonous voice replied:

"hello here the embassy of illyria, we inform the kind president of france that the president of the illyrian republic will visit to discuss various business within three weeks, the embassy of illyria please accept their most distinguished feeling and wish you a pleasant end of the day ".

the monotonous voice hung up

"His Illyrian is always in such a hurry, I did not even have the time to confirm the fact that I accepted the meeting, I will have to send a telegram"

Sigh

the French president looked very tired under the evening light.

Pact of Numea

Postby Anorocan Paradise » Tue Aug 04, 2020 8:54 am

As a conclusion to the diplomatic contacts recently established around the Pacific Ocean, several nations have agreed to meet in the city of Numea (on the island of Kanaky) in order to build an economic pact and a military alliance. By the treaty of Numea, Aotearoa has accomplished a huge diplomatic achievement, even if the latest Japanese actions and the instability in China helped for such circumstances.

Treaty of Numea
  • 1. The nations of Aotearoa, Malaysia, Sumatra and Java, Borneo, Indonesia, Sulawesi, New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Melanesia, Polynesia and Tasmania have agreed to build an economic pact with the name "New Channels of Australasia". The objective of this economic pact is to create and promote trade routes across the Pacific.
  • 2. The nations of Aotearoa, Malaysia, Philippines, Sumatra and Java, Borneo, Indonesia, New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Melanesia have agreed to form a military alliance with the name "Pact of Numea"
  • 3. The Pact of Numea is a defensive military alliance. If a country in the Pact of Numea declares an offensive war to another country, the Pact of Numea will not intervene. However, if a country in the Pact of Numea is attacked and is fighting a defensive war, this will be considered as an agression to the whole Pact of Numea and all the countries of the Pact will help the attacked nation.
  • 4. The countries of the Pact of Numea will cooperate and will develop military exercises together, to prepare in case of a war.
Signatories: Aotearoa, Borneo, Indonesia, Malaysia, Melanesia, New Guinea, Philippines, Polynesia, Solomon Islands, Sulawesi, Sumatra and Java, Tasmania

The nation of Australia, even though invited to Numea, declined because of unfriendly relations with New Guinea and Tasmania. The nations of Borneo, Malaysia and Indonesia have shown a strong cohesion, as they are discussing the possible creation of a new state in the Sunda Islands. However, Sumatra and Java has shown some distance with these nations.
Aotearoa still discusses trade agreements with other farther nations, such as Alaska, Cascadia, Hawaii and Tierra del Fuego, independently of the Pact of Numea.

Hanthill spring

Postby Estrellmaa » Wed Aug 05, 2020 7:54 am

France called the operation hanthill, industrial revolution programmed by the government, its name came from the fact of the excitement which then arrived in France starting first in Paris or at the exit of the meeting of the launching of the operation participating in hurried to go to the nearest telephone terminal to launch various calls, launching works and various projects in all the French departments. this period of effervescence could last from one to 2 weeks it was complicated weeks or all the French were impacted by loan or by far generally having more work. From his weeks came many projects, factory modernization, new factory, new infrastructure, improvement of agriculture and installation of new culture .....

of course even if the period of turmoil lasted only a week, the work continued for several months and the economic impact and on the unemployment figures only appeared later on, however its events gave hope for the future. france had always been the fifth or the fourth see the sixth european power always behind germany england and russia and sometimes even poland and greece but it is hard to believe if the president with his new economic plan finally hoped that france would take the first place, england had been the first power in europe it was followed by greece then by germany and finally russia which was the current leader, france was counting on taking the place held by the russians.

the French industrial revolution did not come out of nowhere, indeed the current government had invested heavily in research and had to find methods to have more efficient machines and maximized the yield, the French had also discovered a way to improve the color television screen and also to have better radio connections.

all industry sectors would benefit from the improvement of their machine which should greatly increase productivity.

the government was going of course continued the research the main ones were going to focus on aviation for ten years the japanese had invented the plane and used it in their war to bomb their enemies from the sky, they jealously guarded the secret of its creation to the rest of the world thus keeping a certain advantage over any war waged, russia had succeeded in inventing the plane themselves and kept the secret of its creation from them too. but al france from the toulouse research center (a city where the first balloon was born) had made serious progress and hoped soon to be able to use them in combat.

however with the hanthill operation was accompanied with administrative reform with the creation of 3 regions of the newly acquired territory. thus there was the creation of the region of nouvelle france, of algeria but also of the mediterranean island made up of corsica and balearics. there was also the creation of a new department the area acquired at the border of the Spanish kingdom was going to join one of the departments of current France except for two departments which would be created, the upper catalonia with prefecture Figueras and Roses as sub prefecture and will join the Languedoc Roussillon region, and the Marche of Spain with Benasque prefecture and Parzan sub prefecture will join the Midi Pyrenees. the balearics were going to be divided into two departments: the department of Gymsias with the prefecture palma and the sub-prefecture Fornells, and the department of Pityuses with the prefecture Ibiza and the sub-prefecture la savina. for Algeria it would be divided into 2 departments, the lower telli with Oran prefecture and Relizan sub prefecture and Esperanza with Algiers prefecture and M'sila sub prefecture it was named after the name of a river that passed by Algiers.
for the new france

department: Gulf Island
prefecture: Burgeo
sub-prefecture: charlottetown

department: nova scotia
prefecture: Halifax
sub-prefecture: Yarmouth

department: new brunswick
prefecture: fredericton
under prefecture: caraquet

department: Gaspésie
prefecture: Percé
sub-prefecture: Dégelis

department: Acadia
prefecture: Montreal
sub-prefecture: Quebec city

county: Maine
prefecture: Augusta
sub-prefecture: portland

county: New hamshire
prefecture: Concord
sub-prefecture: Woodstock

department: Massasuchets
prefecture: Springfield
sub-prefecture: Barnstable

department: Rhode island
prefecture: Providence
sub-prefecture: Charlestown

department: Connecticut
prefecture: Hartford
sub-prefecture: New haven

department: Vermont

consequences

Postby Estrellmaa » Wed Aug 05, 2020 11:50 pm

"you are ahead"

the president of france stood in the same place as when he greeted the swiss president

"oh! I'm sorry, I hope you don't mind"

said a smiling young woman dressed in a blue suit

"oh no I expected you to be a few hours early"

the woman couldn't help but giggle

"a late Illyrian is not an Illyrian" says the president of Illyria with a smile
"at least I see you were prepared!"

"indeed, well I guess you would like to come inside"

the two presidents entered the office

"well I guess you can imagine the reasons for my coming"

"germany?"

"yes, but not that let's start with Germany, as you know they were very aggressive last time"

"yes its on, I expect he will annex bohemia in a while"

"what remains of bohemia, and what makes you think its?"

"they have been extremely aggressive with the Czechs and I know from a source that he seeks to culturally assimilate Bohemia they have in addition changed the leader of Bohemia recently for a man from Germany "

"at a point where it is not even a protectorate its directly a region of the reich ...."

there was a moment of silence

"I think you can imagine how badly the Illyrian economy was affected by its annexation"

"yes of course, your nation includes the ports of Piran, Rijeka, Split, Zadar and Raguse which was widely used by countries which have been vassalized or transformed into protectorate, now I guess its nations are forced to take remote ports in Germany"

"indeed and poland is now blocked by the vassals of the reich and therefore prefers to take the port of dacia, as you know our trade port is one of the pillars of our economy so our economy is at its lowest"

"So I see that's why you want to join the steel league ...."

"oh there is also the defense, germany would have a lot of difficulty in beating us because of the alps but we could not last very long alone, germany undoubtedly not refuse an access to the medditeranean sea"

"yes of course ... I am not opposed to your integration you have good defense with your fort along your border with Germany and Hungary, although a small modernization would not be refused and your economy is fairly diversified, I suggest you sign the treaty in Cherbourg in a few months at the same time as the Helvetic Republic?

"yes why not! well you will excuse me but it has already been two hours that I am here and I have to go to Bulgaria to sign trade treaties I have one day before arriving there so we see each other again in cherbourg? "

"yes to the pleasure of seeing each other again!"

"the same!"

the Illyrian president walked towards the exit and repressed her desire to run to reach her car as quickly as possible to start her journey to Bulgaria.

Olbia firework

Postby Estrellmaa » Sun Aug 09, 2020 4:00 am

Sardinia had for 10 years been under the domiantion of the islamic caliphat of naples just like sicily after having been for a whole millennium under french administration. the inhabitants of the sardagine thus spoke French with however a slight accent. the kingdom of the two sicily had two important ally the tripolitania and tunisia which had stole the provinces of bizerte and constantine, its two ally had to prevent a france still worried about a german attack from reclaiming the lost francophone territory despite a armed forces which would have ended up winning France preferred to wait for better conditions to take back the lost territory. however while france was dealing with the civil war in spain a civil war broke out in the caliphate of naples the sicilians and sardinians rebelling, the caliphate immediately thought to appeal to its allies however the provinces of cosantine and bizerte revolted just like the inhabitants of an old kingdom call the kingdom of syrte so the kingdom of naples was in difficulty it concentrated its forces in sicily and ended up taking it back however the sardinians had taken over the island of sardinia as well as the islands of the tuscan archipelago, naples attempted to retake the island but the well organized sardinian forces succeeded in repelling the attack naples which was to help its allies to quell their own revolt gave up and signed the treaty of sassari which removed the tuscan archipelago and sardinia from the caliphate of naples. the other revolts were destroyed after a month of fighting.
the will of the Sardinians and the Tuscan Archipelagowas to join the free republic of France, however France could not organize a referundum being busy negotiating with the USA for the liberation of New France so a feeling of annoyance quickly appeared among the Sardinians, France was sending food as well as various materials to help the ephemeral government held by the Sardinian rebels which could not last very long without a program or a proper constitution. the votes began, the discontented Sardinians remaining in the minority despite everything.

the votes gave the following result:

yes for reintegration in France: 68.5 percent

no for reintegration in France: 28.8 percent

blank vote / invalid vote: 2.7 percent

the result was without appeal sardinia returned to france the province of sardinia was going to be divided into 5 departments:

the department of the Mediterranean island with portoferraio as its prefectureand pianosa as it
sub prefecture
Tirso department with Oristano prefecture and Carbonia sub-prefecture

the department of cedrino with Olbia prefecture and Orosei sub-prefecture

the department of Temo with Sassari prefecture and Fertilia sub-prefecture

the department of Flumendosa with Cagliari prefecture and Murareva sub-prefecture

France to celebrate the return of Sardinia to French territory decided to organize fireworks throughout all the city of sardinia on August 15

* the day of the fireworks off the coast of Olbia on a German army boat on a spy mission *

"um so that didn't work" said a first soldier named Frank

"no it looks like we weren't able to stop the vote ...." said the second soldier named Adolf

"it is only an operation to miss"

"yes we should focus on our next target"

* the fireworks start *

"oh look it's starting!"

"Yes indeed"

"how beautiful is the city of Olbia in all its light!"

"German cities are much more beautiful" Adolf said with a look of reproach

"uh yes of course"

*silence*

"I wonder ...." resumed Frank "why we didn't have some kind of fireworks in Germany

"we have plenty of even more interesting stuff!"

"yes its on but .... it is rare that there are celebration like this in Germany are rare .... as much to say almost never"

Adolf gave Frank a shocked look
"We don't have time for this kind of futility! the fight against our enemies is far from over!"

"I know ... I know .... its just that .... i wish my daughter would see fireworks"

"it will happen when we have conquered our enemies!"

"and it will be WHEN! its been years that we fought we deserve a brea ......."

* a bullet was shot in the head of Frank *

"frank? frank!"

* a German high grader stepped forward *

"he was clearly a French or Serbian spy, we had to eliminate him"

"yes .... yes I guess"

of course frank was not a spy but his slightly divisive ideas led to his downfall and the death of all his family

finish

Postby Estrellmaa » Mon Aug 10, 2020 5:05 am

Milan, a large conference hall, the leaders of the northern Italian states and the members of the steel league present.

"So what is the objective of this meeting" said the French president

"well I think you can imagine it but we are going to talk about Naples" said the president of Tuscany

"So you've finally made up your mind" exclaimed the president of the potugal

"yes the italian peninsula must be reunited, and as naples does not wish to join us under a democratic and secular government .... preferring to transform the whole peninsula into a caliphate dominated by the city of naples"

"and so you need our these?" said the Spanish president

"what do we earn in return? do we gain something in return? otherwise it's not worth it" annoyed the president of the republic of barcelona

"already, an ally? then France could recover sicily and its former territory"

a woman walked up to the conference room and walked in

"You weren't expecting to see me here, am I wrong?"

the president of the republic of illyria entered the room

"I think you are forgetting that the treaties of cherbourg will be signed in a few months and that we are theoretically already allies, and there is no way an Italian kingdom will join the steel league"

"its not true not it!" said the king of venesty
"you still claim Friuli and the rest of the Istrian peninsula"

"you have always been a plague for illyria at all times! you have stolen this territory only a few years ago! You how many times have you stolen dalmatia from us? to control our ports! our fields! and our industry! do not forget the Slovenian genocide of 1689 !!! "

"its territories have been part of venesty for 10 years now we will not give you back the frioul!"

"the people who live there are slovenians! the slovenians are the people of illyria with the croats!"

the two parties did not cease to shout at each other for a good minute before the Spanish president asked the two parties to calm down.

"good" resumed the Spanish president "now that you have finished with your discussion which leads nowhere I think that we can really negotiate, the Italian peninsula I think should belong to the Italians, however the inhabitants of Friuli Venezia Giulia do not the sound not, so for me this territory should go back to illyria "

"but he's a fool!" said the king the venesty

the French president answered

"I think you should be pretty happy with this, illyria could ask for much more after your country has committed genocide on its people even if this is dated, it has weakened the regions where the genocide took place economically and demographically on In the long term, I think that Illyrian demand is more than reasonable”

"out of the question !"

"and what do other Italian states think"

the president / king of the piedmont of tuscany and latium look at each other

"I think we don't have much choice if we want to unite the Italians and the Italian peninsula we need your help and if Friuli is one of your conditions ..... I guess we should accept "

the president of illyria looked gratefully as the king of venesty looked scandalized

"how! it is a betrayal!"

"listen ..." said the president of the piedmont "you are having a hard time controlling the region ..... you better left it, italy does not need to be born with an unstable region ... "

"yes leave this region, italy and the italians first" added the president of latium

"huuuum .... OK! but .." he said looking at the president of illyria "I will have my revenge! and it will be terrible"

"yes yes we will see that" she said with a smirk

"can we sign the treaty?" the President of the Republic of Porto impatiently

"yes so the steel league and the union of italian republic will declare war on the alliance of tripolitania, tunisia and the kingdom of naples"

the two sides discussed the strategy required for the war and 1 month later war broke out between the caliphate of naples of tripolia and tunisia and the steel league, ally of the italian states.

the war started rather badly for the italians who suffered defeats at their border with naples while the french had difficulty in holding their front in algeria

Naples was only stopped in Italy to the south of the city of Grosseto, the Illyrian and French forces (at least the one that was not fighting in Algeria) joined the Italian forces. France had succeeded in taking over the Aeolian Islands and had taken over the rest of northern Algeria

a large naval battle took place off the city of lilybée, the french and spanish fleets had been surrounded by the fleet of tunisia and naples despite the excess of french spanish fleets the situation was very delicate but the fleets of the commune of girona and the communist kingdom of mirandela attacked the naples fleet and successfully broke the encirclement giving their army a reputation for great bravery. the naval battle won france recaptured the south and west of sicily while the itallian-illyrian-french force repulsed the army of naples around the middle city of rome.

a revolt in syrte for the liberation of the kingdom of syrte took place in tripolitania. the french resumed bizerte under the acclaim of the crowd and invaded the rest of tunisia while italy was liberated, the tripolitaine surrendered and the treaty of monastir was signed:

article 1: venestesia, piedmont, tuscany and latium as well as the caliphate of naples unite in the kingdom of italy

article 2: the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia returns to Illyria

article 3: france recovers sicily northern tunisia the rest of northern algeria (constantine region) and the mediterranean islands except malta and ischia which are given to the kingdom of italy as a gift.

article 4: the Berber kingdom annexes the region of Ouargla

article 5 the rest of tunisia become a vassal of spain

article 6: the kingdom of syrte become independent

article 7 the rest of tripolitania become kingdom of libya vassal of portugal

United Sovereign States of Eswatini

Postby Pretoriax » Fri Aug 28, 2020 7:41 am

The Founding

History

The United Sovereign States of Eswatini was born out of necessity. The seven largest tribes in Eswatini formed an alliance to prevent colonisation in the south west of Africa. Overtime these tribes began to spread their culture to one another which created a nationalistic mentality amongst the peoples of Eswatini, After many decades of alliance the High council made up of the tribes leader decided that they would appease their people and the surrounding smaller tribes who are protected by them, they would form an official nation. The nation would still rely on the seven tribes for all of it's power which mean overtime the tribes which later became states were given most of the power in the nation. As the nation grew the people of each state became more wary of the overs as they all had different priority's and reasons for wanting a national government. The people of Eswatini have always seen themselves as superior to others which has made it difficult for the nation create friendships with other nation, in 1946 a movement of globalists protested the nationalist education taught in the schools, after weeks of protests the education was changed which has lead to a divide between the young and old as the young have been taught to be accepting where as the old were taught that Eswatini is the most successful and prosperous nation in the world.

Government

The Eswatini government is officially lead by the Prime minister of the national Parliament. Over time the national parliament and the Prime minister lost their power to the state governors and the state parliaments. The Governors were given veto powers over the national parliament. There are seven states in Eswatini, each has its own Parliament and governor. The seven Governors make up what is known as the Governing Council which has the authority to veto any law the national government makes, this has lead to resentment between the national and state governments.

The capital city of Eswatini is Maputo.

A Night To Remember

News Report

Reporter one "Only days after the election protesters march across the country."

Reporter two "They march against the government's decision to support the Japanese after recent rebellions."

Reporter one "The protesters are stating 'down with nationalism'. We will now go to Faith who is live at the protests."

Faith "Thank you. The people claim to have had enough of this government even though they were only elected less than a week ago. This has lead to an investigation into the results of the election, We will have more on this later tonight. Back to you in the studio."

Prime Minister's Office

Advisor "Ma'am i think you should reconsider your stance on the Japanese issue, the people are becoming restless and are questioning your ability to lead this country."

Prime Minister "You think i have a choice? if i want to change our stance we would have to set up a meeting with the Governing Council which would take weeks and they have no reason to change the stance, they don't care who is Prime Minister as long as they follow orders."

Advisor "So why not just make an announcement and say you do not support the stance ?"

Prime Minister "Because i would lose my job and some irrelevant Nationalist would take my place."

Advisor "Well the Socialist Party have already said they want to help the refugees and they have control of two of the seven state parliaments where as we don't even have 1 seat in any of the state parliaments and they will be able to get help from the other state parliaments. If you think this looks bad, think how bad it will look when the socialists go over your head to stop this."

Prime Minister "Alright! I will contact the governors."

A few days later

The Prime Minister holds a press conference.

Prime Minister "After the recent reaction to our support of the Japanese government we have decided that we will no longer support them and will alternatively offer asylum to any refugees who flee the country."

News Reporter "Is your change of mind due to the rise in popularity of the socialist party?"

Prime Minister "No, Every member of parliament knows that the Nationalist Eswatini party is the most popular party and we will never lose an election. We cannot let the socialist trick us into thinking they are popular because that will make people want to vote for them. Goodnight."

Overnight the Nationalists lose popularity and become outcast by all of Parliament. The conservatives no longer want to be a part of the coalition which means the national government can no longer work effectively. As the Eswatini constitution state if no majority can be found in the national parliament the majority of law making decision will go down to the State parliaments which have 300 seats per Parliament

France made the European discovery of the year, in Cahors, in one of the 3 most important aeronotics research center france discovered how to build planes similar to those created by the Japanese, this technology had been mastered by the majority of Asia but the Europeans did not have it.it was in the city of cahors that the first helicopter was built in 1896 and that the helicopter industry strat to enormously developed the midi pyrenee region, and certain departments bordering the region such as dordogne and lot et garonne and the ports of Bordeaux, Narbonne or Montpellier from where the boats left to be exported abroad. the Japanese and the Asian nation who kept the secret of how build military aircraft to themselves. France, however, was want to exported its military helicopter quickly except to its great British and German rivals to retain a certain military advantage, however they succeeded a few months later in building their own military aircraft, the French planes were faster while those of the British had better firepower the Germans had a heavier engine which made their flies slower and less maneuverable.
the treaty of cherbourg was signed, but italy which was to be signed treated to join the steel league just like the helvetic republic and the illyrian republic, however public opinion and the very nationalist government of italy was opposed to this alliance, the rencoeur of Italy towards Illyria, and several territorial problems with France in particular the fact that this one possesses the Mont Blanc since 1452 but also the fact that west italy have french minority , stopped the process of alliance.

France had known an important tourist season, many French people had decided to visit their country. the French government had started in 1940 installed riviera on the coast as well as ski resorts as well as numerous tourist infrastructure, the French benefited from 6 weeks of paid leave. domestic tourism had thus been very profitable to France, tourism also experienced an increase, the inhabitants of the Iberian peninsula were each year more numerous visited France, and the access of inhabitants coming from other countries of the league of steel being facilitated, the Swiss had thus been numerous in the Vosges and some Illyrian had mainly visited Nice and the big cities around like Menton, Antibes or Cannes. The English although the two nations had bad relations visited Normandy. Paris was the most visited city in France.

algeria and tunisia had experienced a terrible crisis, many people who did not speak French had left their regions either to Tripolitania or to Morocco or even the Iberian Peninsula. the crisis was stopped but many families continued to leave, some cities, however, had regained demographic stability and the industry had returned to its regions, in particular the arms production industry and the industry linked to raw materials. . the city of constantine and bizerte which had been annexed for a short time by tunisia had not known the crisis given that its city and the surrounding provinces had been under french regime for a long time people spoke french and the region resumed their life before the annexation of tunisia. in tunisia the cities of Tozeur, Kairouan and monastir were in the process of developing and had reached demographic stability as in the west of Algeria Oran, Tiaret, Rélizanne and Tissemsiltet in the center, the region most affected by the crisis, Médéa stabilized. even if the African province was in its entirety affected by a strong migration towards Morocco and the Iberian countries stabilized and the reconstruction of some devastated city was accelerating as well as the assimilation of the population. the Mediterranean island had not known any trouble and was developing rapidly and during the summer period had the greatest tourist revenue of all their history for the majority of the island. new france was experiencing very rapid demographic growth and construction sites were increasing to modernize the region.

French scientists had predicted that the month of December would be also terribly cold for all of Europe due to a cold wave coming from Canadian nunavut

the tensions in europe were very high, england had made a union with the netherlands, these could not defend themselves alone against germany and could not increase the number of defenses the country was not powerful enough, despite a good economy while germany had annexed territory to slovakia and hungary, russia was going to win the war against olezshky and the tensions between estonia and latvia were growing, norwegian people also wanted to leave the union with Sweden. and poland saw its military power increasing day by day, serbia was also rather unstable

europe's future looked blurry and no one could predict what the next conflict would be.
