Okay, lemme give it to you straight.

If you really want to get into raiding, it is HIGHLY recommended you read up on military gameplay, the pinned threads such as the Guide to Military Gameplay will at least get you acquainted with the very basics. If you really want to learn, it's recommended you join an existing raider org to seek guidance and training from more experienced raiders before attempting to set up your own op. They can teach you the finer points of raiding such as timing and triggering, target selection, jump points and why they're very useful, and all the other minutia of running a raid operation.

Announcing your raid plans in public on the forums pretty much dooms your operation to guaranteed failure. You've basically put up a giant beacon alerting both your targets and defenders to your plans. Much like real world military operations, raiding operations rely heavily on operational security and keeping sensitive information such as raid targets or time of attack classified. Hence why several people have told you this is a bad idea and that you should be using a secured Discord server for planning your ops, not an open forum thread where literally everyone can see it.

As for your own region, if you really want to secure it against being raided, rather than a password your better bet is to simply remove all regional officer powers besides WA powers from your region's delegate position and to be VERY cautious about who you appoint as regional officers. Passwords can be guessed or compromised, the region could be infiltrated by spies, but if the delegate has no power to do anything to the region and you're careful about who you grant things like border control authority to, then it is basically raid-proof.
