Should I Propose Resolution Related to COVID-19?

I was honestly wondering how the heck this could be. I want to make a proposal that has people required to have a supply of masks and gloves in their homes due to coronavirus. The problem is, I dont know if it is legal or not I won't make people forced into lockdowns or mandatory social distancing or whatever. But I just want nations to be prepared. Do you think the WA will allow preperations for a real-world virus that has us locked in real life? Or will they say no b/c COVID-19 doesnt exist in NS. (It does in RPs!) Share your opinion below! COVID-19 doesn't necessarily exist in NS, but more importantly, is a clear real life reference rule violation. That said, consider changing your focus to all respiratory diseases or something more generalised than the specific ongoing world pandemic.

EPARC stands for Epidemic and Pandemic Alert and Response Centre. It is a committee that generally handles situations involving large-scale disease. The committee is used in Epidemic Response Act, Infectious Disease Control, Rights of the Quarantined and Proper Hygiene for Medical Instruments. Any legislation you propose will have to avoid contradicting or substantially duplicating these four pieces of law, and possibly others.
