telegrams provide two notices

In an effort to ensure I don't miss a telegram, NS appears to have decided to give me two notices whenever one is sent to me.
Is this a bug or an intended feature, and is there a way of stopping it?

I've seen this issue before. IIRC, it's a bug that'll go away after a while.

It doesn't happen on my gvh account. However, it happened prior to reviving coraspia and after it, and there's over a year between when I last actively used this account and now.
