Has the rules changed or is this just a typo? I thought it was participants in the last two world cups with a roster, not the two after the last one.

I'll be closing bid applications for the AOCAF tonight and opening the vote, which I plan to have open until Wednesday. Beyond that, it's up to the hosts, but as entries have tailed off I'd imagine there'd be a reasonably quick turnaround.

Obviously, I can't comment on the World Cup timescale at this time. Bear in mind that there'd be the BoF first, though.

When I decided to come back for the World Cup finals a few weeks ago, I was unsure whether it would be a long-term comeback or just a final chapter that would provide closure. Now that I've accomplished pretty much everything that there is to do here, I've decided that I will be leaving. I decided to withdraw from all tournaments that are not yet in progress as there is no point in my taking up a spot in them for no reason (I also accidentally withdrew from a tournament where the draw had already been conducted though the host decided to honor my withdrawal anyway).

While I'm not going to deny that the fact that the Discord is run by supporters of a group that is recognized by the government of the United States as a domestic terrorist organization who do not tolerate criticism of this terrorist organization (sorry but I'm not going to sugar-coat this any longer) was a factor in my decision, it was not the only factor. I've simply got nothing left to prove here and its no longer worth tolerating the toxic elements of this community or remaining silent about their open support of entities that I (and most Americans) regard as evil. Over the past week or so, I conducted an experiment on said Discord to determine whether it was worth sticking around or not (since I was still ambivalent about that) and I got the answer I was looking for.

I have not been back very long but have been thoroughly impressed by your contributions - hosting, technical, and RP/IC honors - especially as I continue to learn more about the NSS history of the last ~9 years. Congratulations for all that you accomplished, and for having the perfect ending at WC85 many of us could only dream of.

Let me put it to you in a simple way so that you can understand, although I imagine you'll just bollock through the post, thus making my effort pointless but what the hell, I'd like to make things crystal clear to anyone that might come past through this section of the site. Speaking as someone who's been backing away from things due to a sheer lack of interest that I'm making no secret of, you can take your little accusations and shove it. The reason you're departing this section again is that you have been removed from the place the community uses for communication again for what was essentially the same reason you got the boot in the past, being a literal prick to other members and not backing away when told to.

You didn't conduct an experiment nor were you ever in charge of the situation - in fact, one could argue that you're way out of your own head and have been circling the drain for the entire damn year, ever since the pandemic really started. In fact, we had to suspend you from the COVID-related channel (with South Covello as well, must inform for the sake of transparency, so that you don't try to pretend like you're the victim) because you two had been essentially turning that channel into a piss-fit eternal duel that never got solved because of neither side backing away.

Now, South Covello got better. You, on the other hand, just kept going on and on and on. In fact, you (as a cunt), got to the point of calling us terrorist supporters because your inept excuse of a governor can't put up his pants and behave like a sensible person. And apparently, neither can you, who decided to make a little show again because we got sick of your ranting, rambling and getting frisky with other users. As a mod of the server, I got complaints in a regular basis from plenty of other users who were just as tired. So we decided to suspend you from the channel about current affairs, thinking that this way, you'd cool off and maybe, just maybe, get yourself in proper level to talk like a normal person and not some wank puppet.

But instead, let's just go over the rules and take the shit slinging to lounge like a proper mad lad, posting inflammatory stuff at the wrong channel because you were denied from the proper one for being a repetitive anger drone who couldn't get along with other folks. It got so bad that you managed to get me to be fervorous about NSS again, to the point where I saw fit to write all this. Because I'm very much against the possibility of the group of amazing users (and a great moderation team that tolerates so much stuff that I'm amazed whenever I think about it) getting their names sullied by someone who simply couldn't behave well in a community. The reason you're leaving isn't that you got nothing to prove, because you do having something to prove yet: being able to not be a piss-end in public. And so far, you're losing that battle amazingly.

And you'll be back. Just like Nexxus (another user with a problem of trying to blame everyone else when leaving) did back in the day. Hope you're able to pretend this didn't matter then as well, because I'm pretty sure you won't ever learn.

I really don't like the guy behind the FFR, but the fascists are the antifas who actually censor everyone who don't agree with far left fascist views. I consider myself neutral or at the center between right and left. I never had any problems with far right people who respect my opinion except one who blocked me on twitter. On the other hand, the far left extremists have been calling me names a lot of times, they call me fascist cuz I'm least left than them. I said on Facebook that there's no need to demonstrate with the Black Lives Matter in Montréal cuz that's an american thing and we're not racist in Québec. Some idiot trolled me on my Facebook page calling me racist and he even contacted my employer to tell them I'm racist.

I won't mourn the fact that the FFR is leaving, but leaving because the far left on discord don't tolerate your views is really sad.

We held a 3-games-to 2 lead on Nova Anglicana in the WBC 48 championship.
Nova Anglicana had been a non-believer (per discord posts) in Margaret. He then turned to Margaret and made multiple sacrifices and praised her relentlessly.
