My nation is industrial (in a sort of post-apocalyptic, "rebuilding what was lost" kind of way), but the only ways that manifests in the RP are a Wild West-style revolver and a steel-hulled ship. I left the trade goods on the ship pretty vague, they could include weapons like repeating rifles and industrial manufactured goods (think things that would be made and exported in the very late 1800s and very early 1900s) or it could just have textiles and foodstuffs and the like.

Aha is this a bad to mention that while Kalmarnavia has dragons, swords, magic, and a feudal society there's also high speed rail, electricity, telegraph and radios, WW1 era naval tech, sophisticated mining industries and mechanised weaponsied suits of armour?

Well, the tech level is almost WW1 era, so it's fine.

VinoCacao was also in the running for Defense Officer when Duchess Marcella Villa ascended but was ultimately passed in favor of Kuraĝo. But her experiences in the Navy made her a strong candidate for Foreign Relations. She is 7th in line of succession.

Bio: Coming from a sailor father, Roshin always was looking at maps and charts of the world and region. Though having a first interest in weather, after finishing school she found herself working in the Foreign Office as a map maker. Her time in the office had her darting around a lot as a new recruit she also showed a real skill in talking and and negotiating even, though never on any big serious matters. A good head on her shoulders and a strong ability to learn and pick up on other nations and cultures quickly made her a prime candidate to move up in the ranks to becoming Noir's deputy in foreign matters. She's considered a likely candidate for becoming the next foreign officer when Noir retires, or failing that an ambassador.

Bio: Born into a nexus (family) of 3/4 Xixian heritage, the alien race that originally founded Omegaopterix, he had a privileged life, at least by the gruesome standards of the nation. Given command of the Daemon Jaws Sector of the Kraken Strip, a massive stretch of urbanized settlements stretching down the eastern seaboard, he led a populist revolt against the brutal rule of the current Warlord, butchering the entire court. When the Omegaopterixian central government moved against him, he managed to defeat their forces through the use of the overwhelming support of him which manifested in the mass mobilization of the populace on his behalf, as well as hordes of arachno-zombies, human brains kept alive through the use of parasites and implanted inside the bodies of large, vatborn spider monsters. According to the laws Omegaopterix, the government now had to recognized his rule. Of course, as soon as his position was secure, he became a tyrant as well, forcing much of the population to work vast industrial complexes to create ever-more potent weapons and devoting much of the Strip's resources so as to create unholy beasts as a form of religious devotion so as to give birth the ultimate predator, a concept at the center of Zixian theology. His standard weapon is a greatsword carved from the teeth of a zrakon shark and sheathed in steel mixed with blood of sacrificial victims, though his suit iself can be considered a weapon in itself, with the eyes on his pauldron giving him a greater visual range and his helmet featuring a living mouth with razor sharp teeth.

By deities, dang it I'll join. Haven't seen a fantasy-tech roleplay in... probably a year, eh. Anyway, despite the fancy stuff about "multiversal fabric" yadda yadda for Caleb, there's not much thread-breaking that he might do. He has no reason to do anything that powerful, and even so, Elijah is here to manage him. Also, I made some changes in his biography so that he'll have the capacity to not be nearly so... surreal in this thread if you don't want him to be. If you have any issues with Caleb at any point, do say immediately — as of right now, I only plan for him and Elijah to bond at a party, preferably with some offers of tailoring and without any fractalization of persons.
