The following terms and conditions are considered one and the same in regards to the requirements needed in order to submit an application. These are in place to ensure that embassies are being constructed with good-willed and virtuous nations, as they are to be held to a standard that is common in the geopolitical limelight. Common sense should be able to dictate the meanings of the statements below in relation to interacting with the Reich fairly and respectably.
You must also understand that the Reich has the ability to approve or deny any application at its discretion for any reason whatsoever. Such reasons, however, will be explained to you if such an action comes to fruition.
- Applicants shall not be of egregious physical existence. [OOC: Don't be mostly FT or mostly PT. A decade or two of difference from the current year is tolerable. This is done to ensure technological and industrial continuity.]
- Applicants shall not be influenced by preternatural elements of a pervasive caliber. [OOC: Don't be significantly FanT. Some elements of FanT are acceptable - these levels can be discerned through your nation's thematics.]
- Applicants shall not be members of organizations dedicated to the antagonism of National Socialism.
- Applicants shall not be currently in the midst of a major internal conflict, such as civil war or revolution.
- Applicants shall not be dedicated to the idea of spreading social progressivism within Aryan territory.
- Applicants shall be willing to conduct themselves accordingly in diplomatic messages between themselves and the Reich.
- Applicants shall be willing to renegotiate any embassy establishment variables or variables within treaty or agreements forged between their government and the Reich in a fair manner.
- Applicants shall be cognizant of the positive geopolitical situation and influence of the Reich.
- Applicants shall be willing to cultivate a rich and fruitful relationship with the Reich, regardless of cultural or ethnic origin.
- Applicants shall be willing to host an Aryan embassy in their own borders as a sign of political acknowledgement and cordiality, if an embassy program is available to apply to.

The tables of embassies and consulates are divided into four fields. In order:
- The Nation name field refers to the full name of the nation with ownership of the embassy or consulate. The Ambassador name field is the full name of the current ambassador assigned to the embassy, or consul to the consulate. The Diplomatic structure type field refers to the type that the structure is - embassy or consulate. The Location field is the physical location of where the building is in the Reich.

Embassy Application Preview/Template
A fully-fleshed consulate application will be prepared at a later date.
Nations who hold embassies and consulates within the Reich must abide to these conditions below in order to be considered an honest and honorable diplomatic contact. Failure to abide by these conditions will result in punitive action, most likely including the forced closure of embassies or consulates and/or an investigation into possible illegalities. Such conditions are as follows:
- The number of embassy/consulate staff, at maximum, CAN ONLY POSSESS up to fifty (50) personnel. This includes security personnel.
- The weapons used by members of security staff in the embassy must be fully detailed for review.
- No explosive weaponry or materiel will be allowed into the embassy. Similarly, heavy firearms such as HMGs, anti-materiel rifles, etc. will not be allowed.
- No foreign plants are allowed into the Reich without being listed and reviewed.
- No foreign animals are allowed into the Reich without being listed and reviewed.
- No abnormal resources or items, such as highly explosive materials, will be allowed into the Reich at all.
- Any Aryan citizen or ward who seeks diplomatic immunity through staying on the grounds of embassies or consulates after perpetrating crimes must be turned over to Aryan authorities upon request from national law enforcement services.
- Advocacy of ideologies other than National Socialism will not be permitted.
- Advocacy of religions (or lack thereof) other than Aryan Christianity will not be permitted.
- Embassy staff are not allowed to foster romantic relationships with those of the Aryan citizenry unless they are biologically Aryan or have been decreed as Honorary Aryans on a personal or ethnic basis.
- If a member of staff from the embassy (incl. ambassadors or consuls) are found to be legitimately committing espionage, the Reich reserves the right for their instant detainment regardless of location or position.
- Vehicles listed in the embassy application will be reviewed - once approved, they will be issued diplomat-grade license plates. These must be kept on the vehicles at all times during their presence in the Reich and on embassy grounds, and must not be edited or removed.
- If choosing an embassy design from one's own architects, do not submit designs that seem overtly flamboyant (too colorful or alternative) or cumbersome (too wide or too tall). This is to maintain a relatively consistent and aesthetic urban skyline.
- Ambassadors must be of fit health and mind - if they have conditions that are able to be subdued by medications, please list them alongside their actual ailments.
- The ambassador's family must be only close in relation along their bloodlines.
