After the Joyean Storm Commandos attacked a cruise ship from the United Osean States called the OFS Voyager the Oseans declared war on the Peoples Republic of Joyea. The Commandos boarded the ship and shot the guard that was going up to the commandos helicopters then began shooting everyone on board as revenge for the thousands of Joyean soldiers that were killed by Osean Troops in Syria. Later Joyean A-4s dropped bombs on the ship causing it to sink.

I like to make sure I do not accidently make up an organization in a country when that country does not have that organization. This is to prevent any. miscommunication or tension.
