Yeah, that's my point, but the "us" is really never elaborated upon like that, nor is anything else in the proposal.

Underlining is mine. That's actually a key aspect of writing Rule 4 compliant proposals, particularly ones focused on gameplay aspects, because writing in such a way means it can be read as Rule 4 compliant IC language, but also reads fine in the kind of OOC language that GPers are used to using.

Not that I'm saying this particular proposal is well-written (it's not).
