[DRAFT] Commend Tinhampton

Postby Lansaka » Thu Jul 09, 2020 4:42 pm

The World Assembly,

Noting how Tinhampton has written numerous proposals for both the General Assembly and Security Council,

Pointing out that a lot of Tinhampton's proposals have been passed,

Noticing Tinhampton tried a solid attempt at running for Secretary-General,

Seeing that Tinhampton has strengthened their World Assembly position by becoming Delegate of Auctor,

Hereby commends Tinhampton.

Four resolutions is not quite "a lot" (and less than half of the proposals I've gotten to vote have even passed in the first place), my SecGen campaign was largely a failure, and the ten votes I currently wield for Auctor isn't an awful lot compared to most other regions - or heck, even the old Federation of Fictitious States when I was their delegate.

I don't want a Commendation (or a Condemnation :P) yet, but thanks for the thought.

While Tinhampton is definitely more contributing than your average player, that is FAR too short for a Commendation.

Yes, both the GA and the SC are littered with their drafts. We pile them up in one corner called Tin’s Bandwagons.

How many? What are they? What did they do?

Lansaka wrote:Noticing Tinhampton tried a solid attempt at running for Secretary-General,

And failed.

Where?

Okay snark aside, this is a not a very high quality attempt. No details, no research and no support from the nominee.
