ACCEPTING the controversy around banning abortion,

NEVERTHELESS convinced that it is inappropriate for innocent babies to be killed because they were conceived of rape or the reason that "it's not the right time", et cetera...;

NOTING that the resolution in question allows innocent people to be killed for being conceived of rape;

THEREFORE:

REQUIRES the World Assembly to repeal Resolution #128.

"National sovereignty is not a justifiable rationale to challenge existing legislation. If that were the sole basis for your argument, you could easily just take your 'national sovereignty' into your own hands and depart the WA. If you are forced to participate in this august body for reasons you claim we cannot comprehend, then very apparently your own nation does not place much of a priority on its purported sovereignty."
