Parliament may establish no law infringing on freedom of religion, nor may they establish any law creating a penalty for the violation of any religious code or order. With that said, there are no laws on blasphemy and blasphemy may not be punished by any entity of the State.

The offence of blasphemy was abolished after the Communist takeover of 1957, and remained abolished when the old democratic regime returned about a year later. In any event, nobody had been prosecuted for it since Tinhamptonian devolution took effect.

There are no blasphemy laws in Patagonia and it is rather normal for people to insult or satirize gods and other deities.

As a state with its identity tied to religious nationalism, the Empire of Light harshly restricts any criticism of the Manichean state religion. Blaspheming against other religions is however tolerated.

Blasphemy can carry any punishment fitting of either life imprisonment in the dungeon, execution from anywhere to hanging, burning at the steak, beheading, etc, at the most merciful option of banishment.

It is one thing to be of another faith, we allow people of other faiths to reside within the Kingdom, at a cost.

It is however, another thing entirely to act sacrilegious to the Church and to the Allfather.

Blasphemy of the one true faith, Christianity, is strictly illegal and punishable by either a $5000 fine OR up to 5 years imprisonment.

No one cares if you 'blaspheme' for false religions though.

In the Armed Republic of Permaculture Evangelists, there are currently no laws that ban or prohibit the use of blasphemy in any form.

In fact, now that this situation has been brought to the Great Leader's attention, the council of Dirty Hands will immediately convene to formulate a proposal to outlaw discrimination against would be blasphemers.

When prompted for a statement, the Great Leader gave us the following: "No god has ever put food on my table. I have done that. Let the people work, this is what they do best and this is what I expect from them. Let them work to elevate themselves and their nation. Let them work for their food and let them choose who they want to thank for it in the privacy of the homes they have built and on the streets they have paved."

There are no formal blasphemy laws, but there is the Religious Sensitivities Act that prohibits speech which may cause feelings of enmity, hatred, ill-will or hostility between different religious groups or incite religious violence.

In the Spanish Empire, there's no law against verbal blasphemy (or else the nation's jails would quickly become full, given how much Spaniards like to use colorful language). But if you destroy religious symbols or disturb a church service, you can get a heavy fine.

There is no law against blasphemy. If blasphemous words constitute a calumny against a person of religion or promote scandalous public behaviour then it may be in contravention of the Penal Code, but not because of the mere act of blaspheming a deity.

There are no blasphemy laws in Coconut Palm Island. However, openly disparaging any peaceful mainstream religion is considered very impolite. While we are a Christian nation, our citizens try to be respectful of every religion.

Blasphemy against a state-recognised religion is illegal in Theedland and punishable by 1-6 months imprisonment or hard labour, depending on the severity of the blasphemy. Forms of sacrilege (such as desecrating religious buildings) are included within the blasphemy law, not merely offensive words.

There are no blasphemy laws proper. However, criticizing religion with the intent to cause social disruption, disturbances of the public peace, or with the intent to offend can carry a hefty fine and even prison time depending on the specifics of the case.
