[Q] How do people get percentages in their nation type?

I've seen this before. So basically a nation has their nation pretitle as "The %%REGION%% of ...". How do people do this? I've tried it before and it says that my nation type includes illegal characters.

Can someone please help me out on this?

Can you give an example of a nation which has this? Just for curiosity's sake...

Greetings,

Players added those percentages to get the text in between show up as a nation link in the Happenings. This has been prevented since then by making the use of special characters a bit more strict. As a result new occurrences cannot be added in any nation field, resulting in the error you describe.
