You may want to look to their nation and even ask them some questions as this isn't the only project the have.

The big problem is that the NewsStand doesn't produce anything remotely original. They just provide links to other regions newspapers. If they had some journalistic chops and had produced a quality newspaper of their own for a long period of time they might be Commendable. Being the "Reader's Digest" of NS doesn't cut it.

This is just filler. There have been regions operating continuously for much longer than this - it's not a reason to commend.

I agree with what Bhang Bhang Duc said, the region having been existence for three years isn't commendable as there are many regions who have been in existence for three years or more. I also don't think that the actual newspapers from The NewsStand are commendable, since after taking a quick look at it it appears that The NewsStand is for sharing newspapers from different regions, not for making their own news.

Taking a look at the nation behind The NewsStand would be a good idea, I don't know much about that nation (or who that nation is, for that matter) but it'll probably help you find some points that you could use for the commendation.

Hi, slightly off topic, but if you could let me know which regions have been annoyed it would be very helpful. It would allow me to work out how to improve relationships going forward. I don't like the idea that people are upset, but feel unable to speak to me directly about it.
