And what effect will this vote have on Russia’s neighbors such as Ukraine who have been issues with Russia?

I'm also curious about what will happen when Putin passes away. Probably more corruption in Russia than ever.

Honestly, I expect something similar to what happened after Stalin died. Political backstabbing, leading to a more liberal president coming into power, and a hilarious movie coming out about it around 70 years later.

This is probably the best scenario frankly. Putin has no heir, and relying on state institutions after his death is obviously a risky gamble.

What?
There's a reason Belorussians and Russians have turned 'Anglo' into a slur, the 'intervention' with Rasputin and Imperial politics helped in some regards. It be best if England stays a way before we have a worse outcome.

Russia's economy is deep in the crapper and Putin's approval rating has been dropping little by little each year. I don't see anything threatening his grasp on power in the next several years, but let's wait and see. Russia, historically, can be a bit harsh on once popular, long-serving leaders.
