"Well, I do know one thing." The general said.
"What?" The president asked.
"Càbenero has commited something that the republic won't like, and we need to take action." The general said.
"Which was what?"
"They killed CIVILLANS, who did NOTHING WRONG, and YET THEY DID KILL THEM, AND..." The general was on a roll, ranting, but the president stopped him.
"Send a message to them to halt, or face Scandinavian wrath." He said, checking out his latest bombs. To: Cabenero

Look, we have found out that you commited a crime, to us, and preferably the world. The crime was killing innocents. Please, stop, before the military takes action. We would not wish to hurt you, but we will if you don't follow these instructions.

Mr. Eisenhower,
It is an honor to communicate with you. As a former high ranking officer, it would be my pleasure to just psend several days sharing war stories. Unfortunately, my job as Reichskanzelor does not allow for such luxuries always. Instead, this corsepondence is to discuss buissness.
Germany has been neutral since 1945, however the threat of communisim is ever present. As such, Germany would love to contribute it's vast technical and industrial expertice to aid the fight against communisim. If possible, Germany would love to contribute everything to the fight against communisim. All demands are acceptable.
Sincerely,
Herman Göring
Reichskanzelor of Germany

The militarist Càbenerans have sunken a Colombian transport ship, for crossing their water to get to Venezuela and back. Of course, this means American ships would be sank for crossing as well, since Càbenero is in the Comintern. And Ike didn’t like that.
Dear El Presidente,
I have been notified that your nation has committed acts of aggression against a Colombian civilians, and even gone as far as to kill them. You are not in a state of war with Colombia, and they were only transporting food. This unreasonable act will cost you dearly in the future. However, I can understand your complaint with the Venezuelan fascists. I will make sure Colombia doesn’t attack you in your war against Venezuela if, and only if, you commit no more acts of aggression against the nation of Colombia. If you do, consider your corrupt commie nation completely and utterly destroyed.
Now, do not interfere with my economic interests again, or else the Stalin will have a lot more than one Colombian ship waiting for it.
With lots of love, Dwight D. EisenhowerRe: Dwight D. Eisenhower

Ah, Mr. President. Your "economic interests" are no importante, but the protection of my people is. You call us a "corrupt commie nation", when Nazis are just across our bordera, or how you Americanos say "neighbor". The Colombians were not transporting food, they were transporting WEAPONS! Guns, bombs, metals! Get your ass out of where it doesn't belong
Adios,
El Presidente

Dear El Presidente,
Give me proof of the Colombians transporting weapons, since if you had any, you’d know they were transporting weapons. Otherwise, I’ll blow your commie ass out of the god damn water and pin it midair. How is the protection of your people more important when you cannot protect your people from yourself? You are clearly claiming to be for the People, but your people are in poverty. If I was given the job of protecting your people, I’d do it better than you, and you’re supposedly one of them!
If you do not send me proof of them sending weapons, you shall be visited very shortly by my navy. It is already on the way. Do not fail me.
With buckets of love, Dwight D. Eisenhower

To Hermann Göring,
I did nazi this coming. While I hate you and your racist guts, and you hate us and our democratic guts, surely we both hate those damn commies more. I accept your offer, but I want to make it secret. I also want you to make democratic reforms wherever you’d feel comfortable in doing so.

Enclosed is a photograph of a box of rifles stolen from the ship. As you can see there is a Colombian flag on each rifle.

Mr. Eisenhower,
I appreciate you accepting the offer. However the mutual hatred between are two nations is not necessarily so. While your people may hate Germany, the German people are deeply fascinated with the Wild West, American culture, and above all, Hollywood. Shocking you would think considering how may jews work in Hollywood. But this is not Hitler's Germany. Jews are no longer peresecuted and are equal citizens along with the Czechs and Slovaks of this nation. After ten years of semi-isolation, Germany needs to open up, and the USA is our first choice.
Anyhow, I accept the deal. Democratization will begin with the press and media and then follow along with the political system. It was a demand I knew you would make all along. If you so wish, you are always welcome in Germany to pay a visit and tour the great nation and to see the sights.

That’s an interesting photograph, considering Colombia doesn’t use those guns anymore. Weren’t those from the early 40s? Your time is up, El Presidente.
