It's actually pretty simple, basically the idea is it'd be an issue constructed by a whole bunch of different authors; one big collab project.
The details are a little bit blurry, but the idea is once we have a small collection of different folks, we could then collectively choose on an issue premise,
with one person writing the description, and each option written by different folks. Of course, each person could give feedback on another person's part, etc.
Now due to how many authors there are, it'd be kinda hard to make an issue that'd have so many options.
Hypothetically it'd be plausible with a list-type issue, but aside from that, if things go well, it might be a matter of splitting
this collab project into two separate teams. We'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
As for who would get the badge,
who participate in the collaboration, with each individual author listed as a coauthor. The name of the puppet nation will, of course, be thought of and voted upon by the members.
Oh, and one last thing: It might be a lot easier to discuss the draft over on discord. Now I get not all of you may want to use it,
and depending on how many people we get, that might be a way to split groups up (between discord users and old-fashioned telegram users).
Also, to anyone wondering if GI has a group communication platform: Yep, right there.
So yeah, that's pretty much it. Please do feel free to opt in in this thread (I think we'll start the first premise discussion and drafting process this Saturday June 27th),
and we'll go from there. Thank you in advance to everyone who'd like to participate, and uh, yeah, look forward to collabradoodling with everyone.
edit: As of the 27th, the drafting process has begun. If you'd still like to sign up for another draft collab, feel free, but the first one is already under way.
Let me know if you do want to join one, though.
Oh, and not all collaborations would need me either. If you want to host a large collaboration project, or partake in another one that I'm not involved in, feel free!
You're more than welcome to either have it submitted under the same collaboration account as us, or your own. Your call, but you're still welcome to use this thread if you're looking for people.
P.S. here's a link to the GI discord.
