this is very stupid. women don't tend to ask out men first not because being too shy to ask a girl out is an immediate turn-off (sometimes is, but not as much as you think), but because our culture trains women to be submissive and to never make the first move. it's not just something that is, there are actual reasons behind it, reasons that should be changed.
