Its been a long time coming, but we're finally ready for the 19th edition of the Rugby League World Cup! Anyone who wishes to participate can signup here, with each user being limited to one puppet nation in addition to their main. Anyone wishing to host may also post their bids here; here's a link to Darmen's winning bid from the last World Cup as an example of the information bids should include.
