On this program, we offer every nation(s) to establish an embassy and/or consulate in our nation. We hope that with the establishment and exchange of diplomatic mission, will bridging two different nations to a better understanding. This also become stepping point to develop a further relationships, treaties and/or agreements between nations to improve our relationships tremendously.

OVERVIEW

Pemecutan or officially United Kingdom of Pemecutan is an islands country located in south central Melayu Archipelago. It is part of the Palm Islands Group. The country is wholly surrounded by water. It has a maritime border with Eraman to the north and west, with Kencana to the northeast, with Madya Sea to the east and with Southern Palm Islands to the south. It has a total area of 23,400 km² and a population of 10.5 millions. It is one of the densely populated country in Melayu Archipelago. The capital city is Pemecutan Puri while the largest city is Ubung. Other notable cities are Kerobokan City, Kesiman City, Satria City, Jematang, Sanur, Mengwi City and Dalung.

Pemecutan lies just north of Tropic of Capricorn. It has a tropical climate with an annual temperature of around 23^o - 32^oC. The country only experience two seasons, wet and dry, which have very little temperature difference. The annual precipitation reach 2000 mm.

Pemecutan is a federal parliamentary elective monarchy. It consist of 6 constituent states and 1 federal city. The 6 constituent states are Kerobokan, Kesiman, Mengwi, Petang Islands, Tambangan and Satria. While the capital, Pemecutan Puri is created as a federal city. The union was created in 1966 after Giri Federation (which comprised of 4 states in Giri Island) was merge with Petang Islands and Mengwi. The current Head of State is King Mangu XI of Mengwi. The Head of Government or Prime Minister of Pemecutan currently held by Ngurah Agung Kusumajaya. Jaya Mandala Party currently lead a minority parliament in Pemecutan Lower House or Krama Sabha.

The country is considered a developing nation with an emerging industry. It has a GDP per capita of NSD 24,636 and maintain a high Human Development Index (currently stood at 0.907). Its main economy are fishery, plantation (especially coffee, tobacco and clove), mining (especially gold, manganese, nickel, iron, oil and natural gas), tourism, textile, crafting and cosmetics. Although it produce staples food, but it is still continue to import some of their commodities to accommodate the domestic demand. As an island nation with no land border with any other nations, Pemecutan can only be reach via air and/or sea. There are 5 main airports in the country, Puri International Airport which served the capital and Tambangan State, Ubung-Satria International Airport which served Satria State and Ubung (the country's largest city), Sanur International Airport which served Kesiman State, Mengwi Insternational Airport which served Mengwi State and Batubulan International Airport which served Petang Islands State. There are 5 main port in Pemecutan mainland, Port of Ubung in the north, Port of Jematang in the east, Port of Sanur to the south and Port of Dalung to its west with the addition of Port of Mengwitani in Mengwi State.

Pemecutan continue to provide human rights for its citizens which are mention in the country constitution. The major religion is Sanatana Dharma, a combination of Hinduism and local folk religion. The two major ethnic groups are Girian and Mandaran which constitute more than 80% of the total population. Freedom of press and free speech are held high although hate speech is still consider a crime. An anti-discrimination law have been enacted throughout the nation from 1999 which protect the minorities including LGBT community, in every field.

EMBASSY AND CONSULATE LOCATION

Foreign embassies are located in the capital of Pemecutan, Pemecutan Puri. The city is located in the center of Mainland Pemecutan or Giri Island. The city is in the confluence of two major and important river in Pemecutan, Giri River and Basuki River. Pemecutan Puri has only 79 km² of land area with a population of more than 400,000. The city is divided into 6 districts. The city was previously become part of Tambangan Province before it is created as a separated entity in 1966. The city itself is the second largest city in Pemecutan after Ubung.

Every nations are free to select a location for their embassy establishment as long as it is located in the vicinity of Pemecutan Puri. The possibility of Non-Residence Embassy is also considered by the government of Pemecutan. For Non-Residence Embassy, The Government of Pemecutan will have to cooperated with its neighboring countries to give permission for Pemecutan Non-Residence Embassy in their country. Further information regarding Non-Residence Embassy will be provided later on.

For consulate location, Pemecutan Government recommended 5 of their respective cities to be selected. All of these cities are capitals of Pemecutan's constituent states. The 5 recommended cities are Kerobokan City, Kesiman City, Satria City, Mengwi City and Petang City. Nation who already established an Embassy in Pemecutan will gain possibility to open a Consulate Office. A nation(s) are free to select the number of Consulate Office that wish to established.

REGULATIONS

Although the Government of Pemecutan give permission for every nation to establish their embassy, nation(s) who wish to established their embassy in the nation has to know and abide to rules and regulations of Pemecutan Government. Here are the rules and regulations of Pemecutan;
Location
The capital of Pemecutan will be the location of each and every embassy requested unless the requested nation asked for Non-Residence Embassy to represent them in Pemecutan. As of now, application for Non-Residence Embassy is discourage as Pemecutan Government still doesn't have a descent law and agreement to back up this condition with their respected neighbors.
In-Residence Embassy will be place in one of the 6 districts of Pemecutan Puri, the capital of Pemecutan, in accordance with the request specified by the requested nation(s). The exact address will be provided shortly by Pemecutan Government for the building availability.
Non-Residence Embassy are as equivalent as In-Residence Embassy to conduct their diplomatic mission with The Government of Pemecutan. Although the protection and other privilege that being given by The Government of Pemecutan could not be extended towards Non-Residence Ambassador.
For consulate location, Pemecutan Government give recommendation for several cities notably Kerobokan City, Kesiman City, Satria City, Mengwi City and Petang City.

Privilege
The Government of Pemecutan is abide to extraterritoriality of each Embassy. For entering the Embassy, Pemecutan official will have to asked permission towards the Ambassador.
Ambassador as the representative of a nation are given diplomatic immunity but may be fined for traffic ticketing.
Attache and Diplomatic Staff are also given diplomatic immunity but may be fined for traffic ticketing.
Consul are given diplomatic immunity but may be fined for traffic ticketing.
Consulate Staff are exempted from diplomatic immunity.
Service and Security Staff are exempted from diplomatic immunity.

Safety and Security
The Government of Pemecutan abide to law to protect each and every Embassy and Consulate from any assault with the permission of Ambassador and/or Consul in charge.
The Government of Pemecutan give permission for Embassy and Consulate Security Staff to carry light weapon such as handgun (includes pistol and revolver) and taser. Long gun, rifles and shotgun are forbidden.
Individual who wish to carry weapon aside from Embassy and/or Consulate Security Staff must have to give their gun control certificate and registered their gun to Pemecutan Police Authority.
The Government of Pemecutan give permission for Ambassador, Consul and its Staff to use motored vehicles such as SUV, MPV and motorcycle. Military vehicles are forbidden.
Plant(s) and animal(s) that will be brought to Pemecutan have to pass the security and health check from Pemecutan Custom Office.
The Government of Pemecutan forbids recreational drugs such as narcotics and other addictive substances to enter our country.
Requested nation has to informed The Government of Pemecutan for any medicinal drugs that will and have to be brought by their Ambassador, Consul and/or Diplomatic Staff into the country. A medical prescription is required.

High Crime
A crime that is consider High Crime by The Government of Pemecutan are treason, corruption, illegal spying and homicide.
If the Ambassador, Consul and/or its Diplomatic Staff conduct such a crime, The Government of Pemecutan will requested to lifted up their diplomatic immunity for trial and investigation purpose.
If after the investigation and trial by Pemecutan Court, The Ambassador, Consul and/or its Diplomatic Staff were found guilty for High Crime, The Government of Pemecutan has a right to imprison the perpetrator in Pemecutan soil.
For Ambassador, Consul and/or its Diplomatic Staff who conduct treason, corruption and illegal spying, The Government of Pemecutan has a right to closed their representative Embassy and/or Consulate.
