I agree with your point. I think it would carry more weight if you'd used her current, perhaps somewhat more visible office of Delegate of 10000 Islands as evidence. That position is popularly elected and requires people to be active members of TITO with at least a minimal amount of military experience there in order to run, and also plays a role in directing policy in the region.

Of course you're right, but I suspect that if I used her office of Delegate of 10KI as evidence, she'd be obliged to say that she was offering her personal opinion and not speaking in any official capacity.

Until Tinhampton actually answers whether or not this is a repeal-and-replace, I'm going to be operating under the assumption that they don't plan to replace it, which means I am against this.

Really don't think it will matter anyway. Given the fact the only major to endorse it was McM, should mean that most of the major delegates will vote against. If this passes I will be very surprised. Maybe someone should run a campaign telling all of Vandy's bad deeds. Most newbies hate raiders, so that should shore up the vote.

The above was explained earlier in the thread, and I don't -think- you can exactly predict what someone will do whinge-wise. If the defender was in a similar circumstance, I'd see no reason to whinge about it personally.

when I was a Colonel in DEN, the logs of Predator's usage updated into a shared Dropbox folder that i had access to. DEN's top peeps forgot to revoke my access when i went defender and i handed the logs (and other stuff) over to NS staff. i say all this because those usage logs never showed a "Tir-Na-Nog-Ta", so either they were a puppet of someone that was punished when the mods came down on DEN and Predator, or they were deleted for other reasons around the same time

Still not providing any verifiable proof whatsoever to back up your claims Tin. If you had done the smallest amount of research you will note Tir-Na-Nog-Ta had a grand whole sum of 25 posts, most of which were in the original condemnation thread. So when are you going to admit that you weren't repealing this based upon the fact that it was poorly written, but were actually repealing it because of Vandy's so called Predator usage? You went for the low hanging fruit here, and found out it wasn't quite as low as you thought.
