In alignment with The National Constitution of Port Spratly, National Law of Port Spratly, & Port Spratly Presidential Decree on international diplomacy, protection of national citizens, protection of national interests, economic development, scientific advancement, cultural exchange, & national efforts in realizing peaceful world, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Port Spratly carry out the mandate by actively engaging in international communities and establish diplomatic relations across the world.
Port Spratlyan Government represented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Port Spratly is inviting all respective delegations of cordial nations across the world to set up a permanent diplomatic mission on the Port Spratly Capital City of New Taiping. Port Spratly authority successfully set up stable government across archipelagos, increasing people's life quality, and defend the region from Japanese aggression on the 2nd world war. Port Spratly entering modernization as a republic after the rising of republic movement in the mainland. In 1926, the Republic of Port Spratly and the Republic of China (ROC) government agreed that Spratly Archipelago (南沙群島) and Prata Archipelago (東沙島) will be under Port Spratly authority while Hainan Island remains under the authority of ROC that later adopted by the Government of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Republic of Port Spratly respecting domestic affairs of other nations including ideology, political stance, national defense, governing bodies, and other domestic affairs while working together with partner nations in constructive manners. Information about the embassy as stated on Foreign Affairs Ministerial Decree No. 19/1972 :
- All embassies will be located in the International Tower Complex of the capital city of New Taiping City
- All embassies deemed as extraterritorial of respective nations
- Weaponry will be limited for security purpose including pepper sprays, tasers, batons, pistols and assault rifle
- Vehicles may be armored but not armed
- All machine guns, bombs, laser rifles, high power grenade launchers are also consider prohibited
- For practicality reason, the embassy may have local staff with appropriate numbers and functions
