More issues for gameplay !!!

Isn't it suck that we have to wait between time intervals to shape our country ? Isn't it suck that the cases generated per day are so few ? Lesser generating time and more issues per day for the solution ?

Go to your Nations Settings. Scroll down where it says "Issues", then change that setting to "No Throttle". You will get issues a lot faster.

It has been said by the NS admins many times that the minimum six hours between issues throttle will not be adjusted, due to a variety of reasons, primarily:
A. While there are well over 1300 issues in the game nowadays, no nation is going to be eligible for all of them at once, so having an increased rate of getting issues will also result in an increased rate of getting the same issues over and over.
B. That would be unfair for people who can't access the game often and will give an advantage to people who can to go up the WA rankings quicker. Sure, the current option of having multiple throttles does technically give an 'advantage' to people who have no throttle (six hours between issues) vs people who have 12, 24, or 48 hour throttles, but I think it's a reasonable compromise compared to, say, some people being able to have an issue assigned to them every hour.

Also, and I always have to bring this up whenever someone complains about 'we need more issues per day!' 'it's too slow!', until a few years ago, you only got two issues a day, assigned at the time of the minor and major update, with your only options for frequency being: two per day, two per weekday, or no issues at all,. AND you had to wait for the game to update in its two daily updates for whatever choice you selected to process, there was no instant issue resolving like there is now.
