It's been just over a week since the attack on Royal Serpens Land Navy frigate HMSLS Bramber. Throughout the past week, both nations have remained firm on their positions. Although no shots have been fired on either side since, tensions have been heating up. In Serpens Land, public perception of Novyy Krasivaya reached a record low when HMSLS Bramber returned to port Wednesday morning with extensive battle damage. Some in Serpens Land are even suggesting war.

As nations take their side and sanctions and military aid are being sent in every which way, who is to know what will happen next?

The Delageon Royal Air Force 3rd Helicopter Division (The Banshees) has been sent to help aid the defense of Krasivayain territory in the event of war. The women in the Banshees are the most elite helicopter pilots in the Royal Air Force, and their discipline is beyond comparison. They will ensure that any mission is done to the best of their ability. The Krasivayain command may suggest actions, but in the end the Banshees will answer only to their commanding officer, Amelia Aarhus. The helicopters are relatively new Nr.1 Boeing AH-64E's with modern outfits. Delageon hopes to defend the sovereignty of states and adherence to international law, and any further encroachments by Serpens on Krasivayain EEZ's will be met with hostility.

The Republic of Lushansk has sent the Dominion of Serpens lands , the promised surplus of unused AK-47s , CJ3B-J4 Military Jeeps, and Douglas DC3s. It is on its way from Port Luanda to be sent to the Royal Serpens Land Navy , it will be escorted by the Lushansk Navy and will be arriving by 1:56 PM

The recent incursion by your navy into Krasivayan waters is unforgivable. To then compound this with accusations of unlawful conduct by the Krasivayan military is rude to the point of aggression.
On behalf of the FinRussian state, I urge you to redact your previous statement and issue a public apology, along with a promise to honour Krasivayan sovereignty in their own waters.

We beseech you not to aggravate this situation further with reckless military involvement, given your country's recent history with conflict the Finrussian state is concerned that your involvement will cause more harm than good. Might we remind you that Serpens Land is not the only nation with allies and in the unlikely case of escalation, the Finrussian state is prepared to uphold the independence of our friends in Novyy Krasivaya.

We urge you to reconsider your, as we see it, hasty declaration of war and are prepared to overlook this blunder. Should this warning be snubbed, the FinRussian military will move to defend our noble ally.
We wish to avoid having to go to such crude lengths as an ultimatum but in the case of hesitation on your part, we are prepared to create a deadline to speed up your government process.

Outrage sparked is Serpens Land yesterday as two Serpens Land citizens were detained in Novvy Krasivaya for seemingly doing nothing wrong. Increased calls from the Serpens Land people to strike back at Novvy Krasivaya have gotten the notice of the Serpens Land parliament. Earlier today, parliament voted to amend the law stating that conscripts in the Serpens Land Armed Forces could not be deployed overseas.

Alarmed by increasing tensions in the area, as well as the movement of foreign militaries, the FinRussian Foreign Office orders a recall of all non-essential embassy staff members from all relevant centres in Novyy Krasivaya and Serpens Land, as well as rehearsing the emergency evacuation drills for remaining personnel. The FinRussian Air Force is placed on Alert, up from standby, in readiness to execute and escort an evacuation within 36 hours notice from any of the three principal regions of Serpens Land or Novyy Krasivaya. The Foreign Office issues a statement to the city officials in the provincial capitals of Serpens Land proper, Pittisle and the Ajomcae Islands as such:

We request that if such an event seems imminent that you grant priority landing permission to two unarmed FinRussian aircraft to evacuate our diplomatic staff and prevent a violent altercation between our embassy security and rioters. We stress that this is merely out of an abundance of caution and expect the dispute to be resolved diplomatically and for relations between our nations to remain civil. Earlier Today, the Prime Minster of Lushansk , Jean Rideau was visibly upset of this news , he issued a statement saying ''we condemn the illegal detainment of Serpens Lands' citizens as a "vile and ruthless aggression on defenceless children and families, we will use any force necessary to rescue these citizens''. The Prime Minster will be lifting the threat level of Defcon to 2 and will be sending in troops to Fort Charlotte to monitor the situation .

A discreet personal telegram is sent to President Aleksandr Markovsky, warning him that although the FinRussian state was sympathetic to his cause and would do their utmost to diplomatically defend Krasivayan sovereignty, should such unexplained actions continue and escalate, it would be difficult to persuade the Huonedomov to move in favour of overt military action. It was one thing to be seen to defend a nation under incursion from foreign threat, but quite another to openly throw full support behind a provocative aggressor. The note ends "In the worst case scenario, our support will have to be limited to deniable volunteers. The helicopter frigate HMSLS Bramber was attacked on May 19, 2020 by Krasivayan Forces. She maintained contact and returned to Serpens Land heavily damaged with a large hole in the port side of her helicopter hanger.

a commitment to allow Krasivayan Air Force Servicemen to be interviewed by the inspectors outside Novyy Krasivaya .
the surrender of, and explanation of the 10,000 litres of missiles the Krasivayans are believed still to be holding.
a commitment to the destruction of proscribed missiles.
an account of the unmanned aerial vehicles and remotely piloted vehicles or drones.
a commitment to surrender all mobile bio-production laboratories for destruction.
the release of the Serpens Landers from Krasivayan Custody
monetary compensation of the family members of the 19 crew members who died aboard HMSLS Bramber

Joyean Sang-O class multipurpose submarines have begun patrolling off the coast of Novyy Krasivaya and JNS Estoc a Estoc Class missile submarine fired 4 non nuclear guided missiles into the Krasivayain Capital and surrounding areas. 2 of the missiles hit a military base while 1 hit a factory in the Krasivayain capital and the last missile strayed off course and hit a residential area. We believed the death toll is anywhere from 40 -800 people, but we are not sure. The Joyean government and military have called for full blown war with Novyy Krasivaya.

You have forced our hand and this will not be forgotten, nor forgiven, lightly. In the interests of peace we demand that you stand down your forces, withdraw your military demands made of Novyy Krasivaya and await international consensus before moving against our ally. Rogue vigilante governments will be treated as enemies of the FinRussian state. We remind you once again, FinRussland does not stand alone with Novyy Krasivaya. Their sovereignity is their right as an independent nation and any attempt to restrict that will be treated as an unjustified invasion by an aggressor and the Finrussian military is ready,

This is outrageous. Such wanton escalation of an already tense situation is ridiculous and unwarranted. Expect a firm retaliation against your undemocratic, warmongering nation; a nation that we have already had trouble with regards your refusal to accept socialism as a legitimate form of government and oppression of the lgbtq+ community, despite being a nation founded by a discriminated people. The FinRussian state cannot allow such actions to go unpunished, senseless actions leading to the loss of innocent life. Stand down immediately, offer an explanation and you may be spared.
