By the way: IRL Rheinland-Pfalz and Nordrhein-Westfalen were not founded before 1947, Baden-Württemberg a few years later.
And between 1822 and 1945 there was a Prussian province called Rheinland, which covered parts of what is now Rheinland-Pfalz, Nordrhein-Westfalen and Saarland*, as well as small portions of Hessen (around Wetzlar) and Belgium* (Eupen-Malmedy). The capital of the province was Koblenz.

1. Regarding your GDP, will you combined the total gross domestic product of your nation with that of your national companies (storefronts) overseas?

2. Or will you use another system of calculation to your national standard of living?

3. Do your nation has any large and prestigious companies? and if you do, may we review your storefronts for a possible future trade ageement between your nation and Indonesian Empire?

Secondly, our standard of living is how our people live. We do not use indexes or any of that.
