Recognizing, however, that under the leadership of Pierconium, the Pacific Order has issued a public apology for past wrongdoing against other regions, most recently including its involvement in the 2015 conflict in Lazarus;

Recalling that senior nations involved in the Lazarus conflict have been expelled from leadership positions in the Pacific Order, and in several cases expelled from the Pacific Order altogether, by Pierconium;

Noting that the Pacific Order has conducted its affairs with other regions in a responsible and respectful manner in the year since condemnation of The Pacific;

Citing the precedent set by SC#71: Repeal "Condemn Unknown," in which the resolution of condemnation against Unknown for much greater offenses than those committed by The Pacific was repealed, following a change in both leadership and behavior in Unknown similar to that which has occurred in The Pacific;

Respecting the ideological and political diversity that characterizes regional governments chosen by their regional populations throughout the world, and recognizing the sovereign right of these regional populations to self-determination in selecting their forms of government;

Observing that, contrary to the claims made by SC#177, the regional government of The Pacific has enjoyed the support of its regional population for more than a decade, and that many nations actively involved in The Pacific's regional affairs find the long-term stability provided by the Pacific Order conducive to national, international, and regional development, rather than finding it oppressive;

Asserting that the attempt made by SC#177 to impose foreign ideological and political proclivities on the regional population of The Pacific is imperialistic in nature, disrespecting the sovereign right of the nations of The Pacific to choose their regional form of government; and

Repudiating the imperialistic approach undertaken by SC#177, to spread interregional peace and goodwill through rigid conformity and uniformity rather than through mutual respect and tolerance, as inconsistent with the values and aims of this Security Council:

Condemn Macedonia

Observing that Macedon is condemned by this council; however, the arguments presented by SC # 1 fail to outline all the horrific actions carried out by the condemned party, and this resolution wishes to further outline these offense for generations to come.

Acknowledging the impact Macedonia [and the region of Macedon] has held in the greater scope of world affairs, their monstrous actions a major contribution to the creation of this council, and its mission of spreading interregional peace and goodwill, via force if necessary.

Noting that Macedonia was one of the first ever invader entities, adopting a win-at-all-costs approach, and conducting themselves with such extremity that even noted invaders of the time period, such as Todd McCloud, condemned them for their actions.

Recognizing the terrible game over situations that Macedonian agents would impose on helpless regions; they would take power for themselves by pretending to befriend natives of a region, place a password on the region, and then brutally force the native community from their home, often with racist gloating involved.

Appalled that the region found the practice of forum crashing acceptable in order to achieve a means; the Macedonians destroyed a regions hub of communication and commerce, and such practice should be universally condemned.

Encouraging good-natured competitiveness amongst rivals, and conflicting forces; the behavior conducted by the condemnable region is highly discouraged by this council, and the international community; Macedonia will serve as an example to this commitment.

Disgusted by the number of regions Macedonia claims as colonies, and has for more than a decade; moreover, these regions hold a particular interest to the international community, their names having great significance to many nations [Belarus, Czech Republic, Kurdistan, etc.], and should be freed at the first opportunity.

Understanding that when Macedonia was an active invader organization, their destruction of regional communities was described as prolific, and that this horrific activity continued for years without balance, destroying numerous homes in a revolting fashion.

Concerned that CAIN has labeled KAISERREICH as a Nazi region based solely on remarks jokingly made by their founder and emperor, which they rescinded and have since shown remorse for, and the imagery used by one nation in their dispatches, ignoring that it predates the ideology of Nazism;
