Recognizing The Mountains to The East as a peaceful non-hostile community,

Angered The Mountains to The East was invaded by an aggressive multiregional force which assumed the delegacy, and placed a secret password in place, whilst simultaneously beginning to suppress native dissidence,

Shocked that the nation of Sadko, was able to hold the delegacy for over two months, and was able to accumulate sufficient influence to completely empty the region of nations,

Commending the efforts by Spiritus, The United Defenders League and others in liberating the region from The Black Riders, this returning some semblance of normalcy to the region so ravaged by invading forces,

Noting the regional natives desire to secure the region under their own control,

Aware that Security Council Resolution #164, "Liberate the Mountains to the East." while removing the secret password put in place by Sadko, also restricts the natives ability to secure the region under their own control,

Believing Security Council Resolution #164, "Liberate the Mountains to the East." has served it's ultimate goal of allowing the natives to return to their homeland,

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #164, "Liberate the Mountains to the East.

Reproaching The New Inquisition for establishing a formal alliance with The Black Riders and maintaining a close military partnership with The Black Hawks, both previously condemned by this Security Council for their acts of regional destruction, acts at times supported by The New Inquisition;

Rebuking The New Inquisition for the following deplorable offenses against interregional peace and goodwill:

• Support for the Crimson Order, a rogue regime led by Lewis and Clark, which perpetrated a more than two month long coup d'etat against the constitutional government of The North Pacific;
• Support for and formal alliance with the Empire, a rogue regime led by Lady Phedre, which perpetrated a more than four month long coup d'etat against the constitutional government of The East Pacific;
• Declaration of war against The North Pacific to support allies the Empire and Gatesville, which had also declared war against The North Pacific;
• Absurd claims of sovereignty over Valhalla, used to rationalize war against the Founderless Regions Alliance (FRA) and its member regions, including Lazarus and The Rejected Realms;
• Occupation of Belgium to use as a staging ground for invasion of The Rejected Realms, an invasion that included the use of involuntary conscripts forced to participate without their knowledge or consent;
• Subversion by high profile officials of The New Inquisition of the community and government of Lazarus for the purpose of asserting and maintaining imperialist hegemony over the region, ultimately resulting in the expulsion of these subversives from Lazarus;
• Support for the Imperium -- a rogue regime led by The Dourian Embassy, which perpetrated a one month long coup d'etat against the constitutional government of Osiris -- providing significant military support and strategic data to deliberately prolong the coup;
• Termination of an alliance with The South Pacific due to ratification of a treaty of mutual defense between The South Pacific and The Rejected Realms, which has had a chilling effect on the sovereign right of other prominent allies of The New Inquisition to formalize alliances with Lazarus and The Rejected Realms;
• Assertion of illegitimate claims to sovereignty over Concosia to rationalize war against the United Defenders League (UDL), following attempts by the UDL to liberate Concosia from forced colonization by The New Inquisition;
• Use of wars against the FRA and the UDL to rationalize invasion and occupation of countless regions throughout the world, often with little or no actual connection to the FRA or the UDL, including but by no means limited to the following regions that have previously endured UIAF occupation: The True Rebirth, Middle Earth, New Zealand, Australia, Slavia, Scotland, Slavya, Canada, and Eastern Europe;

Recognising that Mahaj has for years been committed to the defence of regional communities against unjust invasion, as a Lieutenant of the United Defenders League (UDL), then as Chief Lieutenant, and finally as Chief of the Band, the highest office in that organisation, and has been involved in many defence and liberation efforts, including more than twenty significant liberations;

Acknowledging that Mahaj was elected to the chieftaincy of the UDL at a time of great turmoil for the organisation, weathered this turmoil with grace and patience, and implemented important reforms in the way the UDL engaged with the most prominent regional communities in the world;

Recalling that despite great uncertainty regarding the future of the UDL within the interregional community, during Mahaj's service as Chief of the Band the UDL ratified a treaty with The East Pacific and a defence agreement with The Rejected Realms, the first enduring formal alliances in the organisation's history, as well as improving the UDL's relations with other defender regions and organisations;

Recollecting that Mahaj was dedicated to Osiris from the region's earliest days and served with distinction in its first constitutional government, the Kemetic Republic of Osiris: first in the Sepatarchy, at the time the region's representative legislature; then as Kai Repat, at the time the region's Vice Delegate and chief legislative office; later on the Council of Ma'at, at the time the region's security council; as well as serving in the Medjai Guard, at the time the regional military, and in various executive positions;

Believes that the new government deserves an opportunity to make their own impressions on The World, and the current Condemnation makes that problematic in their efforts to close this dark chapter in the region's history.

Acknowledging the typical use of liberation proposals, which usually are implemented to free a native community from an unwarranted password imposed by a Delegate with aspirations of tyrannical oppression and obliteration of said community,

Firmly believing that while the international community has long held that liberation proposals should only be used to free besieged communities, also believing that when used under certain extraordinary circumstances as a weapon the benefits far outweigh the consequences,

Imploring the international community to band together and take the steps necessary in hindering extremely violent and destructive ideologies such as raiding undertaken by organizations such as The Black Riders and DEN,

Recalling Kknight's 16 month service as Chief of the General Staff of The Black Riders, a region previously condemned by the esteemed Security Council for popularizing a form of raiding known as "tagging" and for executing heinous invasions, occupations, and/or refounds on innocent regions including Ixnay, Planet X, The Silver Isles, The Mountains to the East, and Atheist Empire;

Suggesting that in their zeal to punish the Bitelyian contingent, the World Assembly and its reputed "Elite" may be overlooking the many good things this member has done for this body and the wider NS community,

Recalling that the space-based crisis set off by Bitely's sponsored World Space Administration provided the membership of the WA a golden opportunity to come together in the name of striking out harmful legislation - and putting the WA's long-dormant Death Star once again to good use,

Noting that in the recent scandal involving an attack on Bitely's ambassador, that the nation having credentialed him, rather than fight for his life, elected instead to let him "die," demonstrating the nation's willingness to adhere to the timeless political wisdom of the maxim, "Never let a good crisis go to waste,"

Reminding members that in seeking to condemn Wallenburg for its reputed role in the ambassador's "death," Bitely unwittingly unleashed a flood of support, notoriety and credibility for a relatively green and inexperienced WA legislator,

Pointing out serious inaccuracies in SC #184 including:

1. "coming to the aid of The Internationale after its founder was destroyed by an act of God in November 2013 and assisting with the successful re-establishment of its community in June 2014." Whilst it is true that The Red Fleet did come to aid of The Internationale when it's founder was destroyed, the region itself was never in any real danger. Fascist forces at the time were not in a position to launch an offensive, and as The Red Fleet is made up largely of members of The Internationale of which Misley is the overall commander of The Red Fleet, as well as Fleet Admirals Timchiland, Proletaire, and Marxist Aequalitatem which are all members of The Internationale, combined with the fact that The Internationale advertises The Red Fleet as their regional military on their World Factbook Entry, it is hardly commendable for a regions military to defend ones own region,
   
2. "participating in the June 2014 destruction of NAZI EUROPE, an aggressive region that had previously been condemned by this august institution." Whist it is true that The Red Fleet did make a small contribution to the destruction of NAZI EUROPE, The Red Fleet never had command or control of this mission, as this was an operation carried out largely by Evil Wolf, Lone Wolves United and The North Pacific. The Red Fleet wasn't even aware of the operation ahead of time, and simply piled in after the fact, making The Red Fleet's participation minimal at best, and hardly worthy of international attention,
   
3. "breaking up the Greater German Reich's false-flag raid against Leninist Russia in January 2015, causing embarrassment to the Nazi military." Hardly worthy of international acclaim, as The Greater German Reich was never in any position to hold Leninist Russia, and it was a simple liberation.

Appalled that a region which is praised by the international community partakes in offensive aggressive actions, including the author Tuvan ASSR, whom is also a member of The Red Fleet, who at the time of this repeal is supporting a DEN occupation of St Abbaddon, which has absolutely no ties to fascism whatsoever,

Disgusted that SC #184 is nothing more than a shameless self commendation authored by Tuvan ASSR, which is a puppet state of New Tuva SSR a Red Fleet sailor, heavily edited and campaigned for by Misley overall commander of The Red Fleet,

Believing that The Red Fleet and the forces that fight fascism, as well as fascist forces are not worthy of international praise or scorn, but should simply be left to fight their ideological war out of the international limelight,

Shocked that The Royal Lagrangian through the actions of various puppet nations continues to harass those who fled from their rule. These regions include

Then, when said region did not function as Lagrangian had pleased (the now defunct "New Congress of Sovereign Nations") the nation created by the founder had all member states forcibly removed and locked the region.
Further Noting that Lagrangian had sent puppets in order to harass regions and threaten their destruction. Even that Lagrangian had openly admitted to a coup within Coalition of Free Governments is nothing short of subversive warfare and actions typical of a dictator.
Disheartened that after a draft of this proposal was written in Coalition of Free Governments Regional Message Board, that The Royal Lagrangian had taken steps to cover up their actions.
Believing that these actions deem The Royal Lagrangian worthy of a condemnation with tyrannical actions committed through multiple regions on NationStates.
