Description:The Security Council,

NOTING that NAZI EUROPE is one of the oldest remaining fascist regions in the world and that it promotes the insidious ideology of National Socialism by its very existence;

RECALLING that NAZI EUROPE has engaged in numerous acts of unprovoked and unjustified aggression against other regions, including acts of regional destruction;

FURTHER RECALLING the history of hostility toward the World Assembly by the government of NAZI EUROPE;

ACKNOWLEDGING the diplomatic relationship between NAZI EUROPE and The Greater German Reich, another fascist region with a long history of unprovoked and unjustified invasion and destruction of other regions;

OBSERVING that on 5 October 2012 the Delegate of NAZI EUROPE, German Dragons, barred free entry to the region, presumably to protect it from potential invasion;

FURTHER OBSERVING that this tactic has been used many times in the past to protect NAZI EUROPE from potential invasion;

REAFFIRMING the mission statement of the Security Council: "Spreading interregional peace and goodwill, via force if necessary";

RECOGNIZING that NAZI EUROPE has historically posed a significant threat to interregional peace and goodwill, and seeing no indication that it will cease to pose such a threat in the near future;

DECLARING that the Security Council must be prepared to use the powers at its disposal to allow other regions to respond with the use of force to threats posed to interregional peace and goodwill;

HOPING that the liberation of NAZI EUROPE, thereby permanently restoring free entry to the region, will better enable other regions to respond to threats posed by NAZI EUROPE and its allies;

HEREBY Liberates NAZI EUROPE.

DISGUSTED by the UDL's attitude towards its former members, and their willingness to do anything to protect their image.

CONCERNED by the UDL's willingness to violate their commitment to the freedom and sovereignty of natives when it suits their needs, and that their commitment to natives is superficial and serves as a means for Unibot to impose their views on the wider world of NationStates.

APPALLED by the UDL's interference in The South Pacific Army's (TSPA) peaceful operation in Warzone Airspace, which was motivated by sheer pettiness rather then ideology. Description: The Security Council of the World Assembly,

CLARIFYING that this resolution refers to the Nation, Cynthia McKinney (CMK), and does not in any way implicate or indict any other similarly-named entity by its claims;

OBSERVING that CMK is the founder of the region, Democratic Socialist Alliance (DSA), which by design is governed based on its ruling Charter. This Charter requires the DSA’s Congress, led by its World Assembly Delegate (WAD), to determine how and when the founder shall use its powers including ejections and bans (E & B) of residents as well as all decisions regarding embassies. This Charter binds all residents of the DSA to its laws while not permitting any resident to have special privileges or immunity from its jurisdiction regardless of any inherent powers or special status that may otherwise be asserted by any resident therein. CMK had signed this Charter, willfully accepting and binding CMK to all of its provisions;

ACKNOWLEDGING that CMK has a proven history of demonstrating contempt for many of the DSA's governing principles, of which include transparent and democratic governance, equality of all residents under the rule of law, and respect for due process of the law, while subverting and violating the DSA's Charter in the following ways:

1) The spiteful, arbitrary and extrajudicial E & B of several residents from the DSA over time who have publicly spoken against the autocratic conduct of CMK; and the despotic attempts by CMK to suppress many criticisms of such conduct despite the DSA’s rich culture of tolerating and encouraging free speech;

2) The extrajudicial removal of executive powers from a WAD so that CMK could unilaterally control embassies sans Congressional oversight. CMK then went on to E & B that WAD despite CMK’s articles of impeachment for that WAD having been resoundingly rejected by the Congress. CMK’s circumvention of the Charter in order to act against a WAD has happened more than once. In aggregate, these flagrant abuses of power subsequently led to a devastating schism and two waves of diaspora.

3) The paranoid extrajudicial E & B of residents for various speculative pseudo-crimes including merely being deemed a “Zionist spy” by CMK and being accused of "disrespecting the founder," among others;

REALIZING that CMK had chosen to cowardly reside in a foreign region for a significant period of time while manipulating the DSA from afar, simply for the stated reason that CMK cannot be subjected to the provisions of the DSA's Charter if CMK does not reside in the DSA; and therefore may evade justice and terrorize the DSA with impunity;

LAMENTING that during CMK’s prolonged absences from active involvement in the DSA, it would thrive while guided by its Charter’s established processes; and that upon CMK’s return to autocratic rule the vitality, size and integrity of the DSA’s community inevitably, acutely atrophied each time;

AFFIRMING the rights of the residents of the DSA to continue governing themselves per their ruling Charter without further harassment, disruption or intimidation from CMK;

BELIEVING that CMK’s numerous aforementioned violations of the DSA’s Charter as well as the DSA’s public trust constitute dishonorable conduct that is far beneath this Council’s standards for rational behavior, democratic governance, and civilized diplomacy for any nation;

Hereby Condemns Cynthia McKinney.

Observing that during the Zombie Apocalypse, this region became the largest among a considerable number of regions accepting "refugee" nations from other beleaguered regions;

Appreciating that the administration and protection of these regions were complicated, time-consuming and thankless tasks;

Realising that these tasks included, but were not limited to:

• Taking measures against nations not complying with zombie anti-exportation policies;
  
• Encouraging nations to adopt policies of research into cures;
  
• Monitoring nations in the region to ensure continued compliance following re-admittance;
  
• Offering advice and support to nations suffering under the effects of the Zombie Apocalypse.

Acknowledging the efforts of the Versutian Federation, its leadership and the wider community in providing salvation for nations often close to collapse due to the outbreak;

Repeal "Liberate NAZI EUROPE"

Description:The Security Council,

Noting that the ultimate goal of Security Council Liberations is to protect the native populations of regions who have become a target of invaders and not instead to help those same invaders destroy said regions by removing the ability to password-protect themselves from the regions' native population.

Appalled that Security Council Resolution #109 seeks to corrupt and manipulate this Council as it is designed to remove the last line of defence against foreign aggression from a founderless region of barely 10 nations.

Recalling that NAZI EUROPE has been rendered to such a state by threats of invasion from the mentioned “readied militaries ” due to its absence of a founder whereupon it was forced to lock itself down to evade destruction. Plagued by the cessation of the existence of its citizens, NAZI EUROPE slowly decayed to the burned-out shell of a region that we know today.

Deducing that resolution #109 is just the conclusion to a plan by the owners of the mentioned “readied militaries” to destroy NAZI EUROPE by means of terrorism (the use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims) that started long ago with the threats of the region's leaders and concluded with the passing of the resolution in question.

Condemning this misuse of the Security Council to resolve personal disputes between regions that are of no concern to the international community.

Applauding the overwhelming support of more than 40 nations who represent a wide spectra of political beliefs: from liberal to communist to authoritarian who have voluntarily come from many different regions and organizations to help NAZI EUROPE against the injustice imposed upon it by resolution #109.

Observing that NAZI EUROPE is now a peaceful region that has never given any reason to suspect that it is intolerant of any social groups or ethnicities.

Presenting the fact that any regions that NAZI EUROPE had previously controlled have long since been recaptured by their rightful owners:

Concluding that NAZI EUROPE is not a threat to the international community and that resolution #109 takes advantage of Security Council laws and conventions to help achieve aims contrary to that of the Security Council's purpose by aiming to finish off a helpless region and presenting little evidence to support this action other than prejudice against NAZI EUROPE's name.

Frustrated with the failings of SC#91 which falls short of what should be expected of a condemnation of a region like The Black Riders including references to "cultural genocide";

Recognizing the intent, but poor draftsmanship of SC#91, and it's obvious attempts through choice of language to portray The Black Riders as grotesque monsters by exaggerating their presence within targeted regions as "oppressive and horrific";

Observing that this condemnation has done little to starve The Black Riders of their desire to continue to be a destructive force within the known world;

Determined not to further a region to which the current condemnation serves little more than a furtherment to continue these actions and as a badge and banner under which they march to their ends, despite the previous resolutions fear that The Black Riders would serve an "encouragement of other allied raiders, raider regions, anti-WA establishments and attitudes" if they were not condemned;

Recognizing the New Pacific Order (NPO, formerly known as the People's Republic of The Pacific) as the legitimate governing body of the Pacific;

Noting that the NPO has continuously served as the government body of The Pacific for over a decade, providing a stability and safety from coups and rogue delegates unheard of in other Pacific regions for its member nations since its inception;

Praising the dedication and commitment of The Pacific's member nations to uphold the Charter of The Pacific and support of the NPO throughout the last decade, especially in its resistance to those that sought to overthrow the NPO over the years, such as the Alliance Defense Network and the Free Pacific Army;

Acknowledging the leadership The Pacific under the NPO has shown against regions and groups that promote discrimination and hate, including invasions of The Greater German Reich as part of the now-defunct Sovereign Confederation, as well as leading a large coalition of regions against NAZI EUROPE (June 2013);

Further Acknowledging the measures taken by The Pacific to combat recruitment via the Regional Message Board, a practice which many nations found disruptive, with a suppression system that has been adopted by the vast majority of all large regions;

Observing The Pacific's efforts under the NPO to promote similar stability and peace in other Pacific regions, as well as Osiris, Balder, Lazarus and The Rejected Realms, through both treaties, such as with The West Pacific (ratified 24th August 2013) and military action, such as the recent Osiran coup (Deployed July 2013);

Believing these successes are due to the "Francoist" doctrine of Francos Spain, who rose to power in The Pacific during the August Revolution of 2003 and subsequently formed the NPO;

Description: STATING that the Security Council and its members have a moral obligation to defend justice and the right throughout the NS World.

INFORMING that The Most Holy People's Republic of Kantanska (DPRK) has throughout its long and storied history been a nation of peace, progress, and prosperity; the benefits of which have been used to further improve the lives of Kantanskans.

RECOGNIZING that the Kantanskans have come under the rule of an illegitimate oppressive government that maintains power by lavishing funds on the DPRK’s Police and Military and giving those forces the spy on citizens in their homes, enforcing a mandatory nationwide DNA database, tracking the movements of every vehicle registered in Kantanska, ect.

OBSERVING that any citizen or Member of the Kantanskan Parliament (MKP Kantanska) who dares to speak out against the regime is abducted by the State Security Forces and rarely if ever seen again.

DISTURBED that the administration of Director-General Diago has permitted the Government of Kantanska to become horrifically corrupt with loyal MKP’s being rewarded with landed estates and piles of Kants. It is known that compared to the world average Director-General Diago’s Administration has lead Kantanska ever higher on the lists of corrupt governments.

FURTHER stating that Kantanska has, under Diago, become an increasingly militaristic country with the government pouring trillions of Kants into weapons programs and stating in government policy “We do hereby state that the right to respond to any aggressive action is reserved and the response to an aggressive act may not be proportional to said action. The Peoples Republic also asserts its right to develop, maintain, and if necessary deploy Nuclear, Radiological, and Chemical arsenals.”

ALARMED that with Kantanskas increasing militancy that the deployment of these weapons becomes ever more likely.

NOTING that Kantanska has intervened or even occupied multiple sovereign nations in a quest for geopolitical power and/or resources.

NAUSEATED that the Kantanskan Parliament (Kantanska) has been stacked through previously illegal methods with Director-General Diagos cronies through an astronomical perversion of the democratic process.

AGHAST that the coffers of the Kantanskan Treasury are proverbially overflowing with Kants yet the Treasury continues to seize all of the average Kantanskans income in taxes.

TROUBLED by the attempts of the Government and the Director-General to brainwash the population of Kantanska by the sinister means of public loudspeakers under the authority of government censors, total control of the press, re-education camps, and the “correcting” of curriculum in Kantanskas schools.

DETESTING that the economy of Kantanska is under near total government control and that economy is almost entirely devoted to Arms Manufacture.

APPALLED that a significant proportion of the DPRK citizens slave in State owned manufactories until their deaths, whether from overwork or an inability to continue; at such time they are eliminated.

ACKNOWLEDGING that that these innumerable actions are an affront to human rights and far outside the accepted norm.

CONDEMNING the use of this council to raise up a nation for participating in a distinctly isolated and non world affecting event as far as long-term national statistics, global events, or anything outside of one particular situation is concerned,

TAKING NOTE that the events described in SC#86 do not meet the illustrious standards of the Security Council and that The NationStates Community did not perform any world-altering or even WA-altering feats,

BELIEVING that such frivolous use of the Commendation has the effect of watering down the significance of former and future recipient's deeds and merits, many of which easily surpass those of The NationStates Community,

ASSERTING that The NationStates Community performed no great service with their actions detailed in SC#86, and that they were indeed one of many nations performing the actions of gathering and consolidating stocks,

FINDING the merits of SC#86 entirely lacking and The NationStates Community an opportunistic figurehead rather than a significant or recognizable nation,
