Double notifications for telegrams

Hi,

I seem to get 2 notices most of the time I get a telegram. Not a huge issue, just a bit odd.

Same for all my nations, although it doesn't always happen. I just disable telegram notices though, because I get a [1] next to my telegrams link anyway so it's kind of redundant.

Still getting this.

Noticed that if I read the telegram fast (just got a new TG 1 minute ago) I do not get the 2nd notification / notice.

I'm not really sure what happen but i once got three notifications about finished building embassy with one same region.
One of Administrators said it is from NS daily Update.
