Jaragupta. Nova Capile. Skyhooked. Tour after tour, Secretary-General Abra has sent his nation's teenagers to war for the glory of the World Revolution. But how much is too much?

Secret operations aimed at destabilizing the capitalist nations and pushing them to the brink of revolution - in the last two months alone, sizeable numbers of battalions have disappeared from the national reserve of soldiers as part of clandestine 'training operations', from which most return dead. The loved ones of the casualties of these 'training operations' are demanding transparency. Citizens call their government to face the justice of the public.

Beyond manpower, there is the question of natural resources. The weapons of war: uranium and oil, are taxing workers in much Southern states to exhaustion. But the last revolt, involving many dissenting Papuans, ended in overwhelming catastrophe. Nevertheless, there are those who dare to once again pick-up arms against what they believe is a largely corrupt Federation dominated by Chinese and Filipino opportunists.

In the last rebellion, Pan-Asiatic States' own deputy leader was killed by a foreign agent. Many more innocents have lost their lives to the continuous instability of local areas and the chaos caused by foreigners in the Pan-Asiatic States. Terrorism, war, or repression - those are the choices of death for a citizen of the Pan-Asiatic States. Perhaps, you would do well to instead aid the People's Federation in their preventive efforts.

In the heated forests of Indochina and Kalimantan, the Neo-Kuomintang sleeps, but they plan a new revolution. Perhaps one instigated by more bombings and resistance to the Asian Communist Party than the world has known so far. The failure or success of their efforts will depend largely on you and your country.

The question of repression is about to be answered by gross civil disobedience. It's time to pick a side.

Tropic heat scorched the entire province, yet festering beneath the green surface of trees which embellished this proud region was an army one-hundred strong - marching undetected by the Special Police Force of the Pan-Asiatic States. For years, this ancient army had lain dormant, scavenging lowlands and begging donors of supplies. But a storm, both literally and figuratively, was closing in on Indochina. And this army, the Neo-Kuomintang Revolutionary Army, would do everything in their power to harness it for their own political gain.

In the near distance, burning embers signalled the destruction of a cattle-herding village. The ground was still hot from the intrusion of the Neo-Kuomintang, who had looted and destroyed any semblance of progress in the city: crippling the town's newly-installed clean water pipeline to ensure that they would remain loyal to the anti-communist cause.

"Company, halt!" yelled the field commander in charge, a stalwart tan-skinned ethnic Cantonese man in his late 50s. His aide-de-camp, a boy of adolescent years, scrambled to follow his superior as he walked towards a nearby cliff, a summit overlooking the distant city of Serei Saophoan. The commander handed his aid a pair of binoculars.

"There is an Igarashi blacksite right below that facility," proclaimed the commander, audible enough for most of the company to hear.

"Can we hit it, kumander?" inquired the boy beside him, whispering.

"No. But we may be able to soon enough," answered the commander.

Unitary State of Melanesia

Since the riots in 2019, the city had been under a de facto state of martial law. When the pandemic hit, barely hitting hard, the routine of the common man differed only in the slightest. Inspections at every school, the right to arms revoked, and a centralization of local soviets were but the least of a Melanesian's concern, for every night, the Federation's list of suspected instigators grew longer. And every name crossed off that list was bound to die.

Every week, the Melanesians are witness to the execution of dozens of suspected anarchists - and if not execution - extradition: the homes of the natives slowly replaced by Chinese immigrants. With a population under social control, its politics was kept stratified. A unified Melanesia strong enough to resist sublime Federal authority in the region meant catastrophe.

Nevertheless, Dili kept itself busy in every way it could. New businesses were being opened by a relaxation of trade laws, citizens lived generally equitable lifestyles, and local courts remained fairer than most other in the world. Perhaps the biggest mistake of the People's Federation was this lax attitude - for through the State-President's opening of new schools, citizens of the archipelago began becoming self-aware members of society capable of radical thinking.

"Extra! Extra! Read all about it! Gahana invaded by an ISVC task force! Neo-Kuomintang strikes again!" yelled a newspaper-boy in the city center. Dili's plazas were often scenes of protest, but today things were quiet.

A man in a brown trenchcoat bought a newspaper from the local Melanesian kid, a man of Russian ancestry donning the badge of the Special Police Force. He took the boy's newspaper and paid thrice the fee, not saying a word. His black boots and scarred mid 40s face was covered by a thick fedora. Another man entered the cafe - one armed with a tucked handgun and wearing an olive-green coat. Resting on his shoulder was the badge of a the Ministry of State and Public Security. They exchanged briefcases, and the man in the trenchcoat promptly left.

In the cafe's epicenter, a group of young adults were intensely discussing the situation in Gahana.

"The last uprising failed because it was badly-led and badly-supplied," explained one of them in cyan shorts and a tropical short. "There's talk of a large surplus of equipment arriving via the Davao-Dili route in Dock 9. It's supposed to contribute to the war effort but... if it were intercepted..."

"I'll do it. I'll bring five of my men from the sailor's quarter," proclaimed another, in sailor's attire. His white-sleeved collar wreaked of dried fish and whiskey.

"Good. Strike in two days, strike hard and quick."

The nation of Bengal is mainly a nation of immigrants, built by people who came from far away lands, and conquered those who were weak enough to resist. The arrival of the Japanese in the 17th Century, and the arrival of the British in the 18th didn't work out well for those whose ancestry has way deeper roots into this land. By the 20th century, they were a minority in their own land. The Post-War Economic Boom brought prosperity to the country, as the industry to Bengal, but this prosperity didn't reach inside far enough to the Natives. Years of marginalisation has sown seeds of discord, and the Apology of 1993 for centuries of injustice came too late as radicalised Natives, backed up by the PAS were waging a Guerilla war in the Prefectures in the North East, mainly along the Kawa-Burma Border.
Rebels can be brought in line by either re-educating them or eradicating them in the name of the Queen. Newer generations of Natives have got no qualms against the Kawanese and welcome this multi-ethnic order so long as they are treated fairly in it. However, there are the exceptional few, who as long as the PAS exerts its influence, will be capable of causing lots of unnecessary damage and deaths of innocents.

In the middle of the night, clouds covered the skies of rural Cambodia. Under the stars, peacekeepers ambushed a frequency repeater previously hijacked by rebel troops. L“I would agree mostly with Councillor Tanaka, however I personally believe that the Nativists aren’t fighting due to 4 centuries of injustice being pushed upon them, they have no reason to, after 1986, we removed legal barriers to them pursuing economic and social opportunities, made hate crime illegal with great consequences for those who still hold themselves to be superior due to the colour of their skin, as well as encouraged equality for them in all spheres of Kawanese society. I think that they are nothing more than puppets for the PAS, and are terrorising the people of the North East with the long term goal of establishing communism in Bengal.
And I don’t have much to say about the heist, other than the evident fact that those weapons will not be used in some Proletarian Revolution to usher an era of Communism in Bengal, no. Rather, they will be turned on schools, malls, offices, factories, hospitals. The list goes on. If this goes on, there will come a day when investors will pull out of the NorthEast, bringing mass unemployment and other crisises in the region, giving the PAS a huge propaganda material.”

H: “Secretary Lau, you’re the Deputy Foreign Secretary, and will become Foreign Secretary next year when Secretary Young goes into retirement. What is your take on the current policy regarding Kawa’s dealings with the PAS?”

L: “I believe we are not being tough on them. Instead of pandering to the PAS abroad while fighting a war with their dogs at home, we should take a stand, and lend vocal support, if not material support, to the freedom fighters in countries currently occupied by the PAS, or as I like to call it, the Filipino Socialistic Empire.”

T: “Secretary Lau, I don’t agree with you here. Sure, we don’t get along with the PAS, but calling it a colonialist empire is going a bit too far is it not? At least people in those occupied countries can elect representatives to take their interests to Manila. We have been in the British Empire for the last 200 years, we have been given limited universal suffrage for the Legislative Council, which only legislated on local affairs in 1920, but London held the final say in what went on in this country until 1969 , and also, legally speaking, continues to hold that final say for we never signed the Statue of Westminster. Unlike the PAS, we never had a representative in the British parliament for the last 200 years. So I think calling it a colonialist Empire is wrong on your part. I’d rather say that it’s a democracy that took Marx’s words too seriously. As I believe, Marx was a great thinker who had great ideas about workers’ rights and identity, but he wasn’t too bright about politics.”

L: “Of course, I agree with you on that one. But nevertheless, all of the representatives are vetted by the Communist Party, mainly its politburo. So, in other words, say if you’re a citizen of one of the occupied PAS republics, you’d have the privilege of voting with your eyes closed because all of the candidates eventually represent the interests of the Communist Party. And also, I think that the PAS is far from being a democracy. A country where elections are rigged on a mass scale, but the government respects citizens’ right to personal opinion to a degree might be called a Flawed Democracy. But over there in the PAS, if someone came to a talkshow such as this one, went a little bit out of the Party line, he may not end up back at home later that night, rather find himself in a jail cell. Now, over here, it doesn’t matter whether my party is in power or your Worker’s League is, we can always have a civilised discussion like gentlemen, without any risk of public shaming, extrajudicial arrests and censorship. Several hundreds of men of the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces had barricaded themselves at the heart of Ou Chrov, having built a military complex to house the Army and the Ministry of State and Public Security both in order to stage a major defensive theatre in Banteay Meanchey. At the center of it all, a large tent drab in olive stood overlooking the many smaller tents meant to house individual soldiers sorted by regiment.

"Good evening once again, everyone. I see some new faces in the crowd today... For the newly-arrived, my name is Colonel Phon Rothanak - commanding officer of F.O.B Sparkplug. With that out of the way, gentlemen, this is the situation," spoke a tall man in his late 50s, pointing at a graphic of the region behind him. He wore yellow-green fatigues, was fair-skinned, and donned a thick beard. When he did speak, he spoke with a rough Malaysian accent, in an English spoken fluent enough to be understood by his men, but one still latently indigenous and Moluccan.

His badge was that of the MSPS Special Police Force, Task Force 5: a Colonel of the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces, and a veteran of several previous tactical engagements - which one could, and indeed everyone did, surmise by his heavily-decorated right chest pocket, filled to capacity by medals and field proficiency awards.

"It would be an understatement to say that we have lost control of this region. Despite our best efforts, attacks continue to be made on the central highway here," pointed the commander towards an orange line spanning nearly the total width of the SPF's area of operations - beginning in Ou Chrov in the West and ending on the far East of the map.

"This national road has been the only reliable means of transporting supplies and distributing them to our outposts across the region since we increased our presence here nearly 8 months ago. Since then, we have had our runners subjected to a countless number of re-appropriations either by local syndicates or the Neo-Kuomintang," explained the Colonel. The briefing room, filled by at least a dozen other section commanders, reporters, and noncommissioned officers proceeded to scribble, snapshot, and record the Colonel's words, duly noting the road in their respective reports.

"As you all know, in the time that has passed, these brigands have hijacked everything from radio sets to rations to even high-grade military equipment. The more that they do, the more they pose a threat, the more equipment we have to haul in - it's a cycle and it keeps us in the mire. Just last week, Neo-Kuomintang rebels destroyed one of our IFVs, killing the five men inside. This is clearly a wake-up call for us all - we must launch an all-out offensive, or else the insurgents will drown us out of this place, and these terrorists will continue to galvanize the local population against our government projects here and across Indochina," further explained the Colonel. "It comes as a consequence of operating in a low-infrastructure, high-conflict area such as this one. However, I am confident that we will be able do what is necessary in order to diffuse the situation here and soon, all of the Cambodian region, by at the end of, at least, 10 to 11 months."

"Colonel," inquired a reporter from the Neo-Manila Post, "Will the Special Police Force be implementing any new strategies in launching this new offensive? What is your response to the State Soviet's call for a re-examination of local PASAF counter-insurgency tactics?"

"Our first move," interrupted the Colonel, "is to mobilize a workforce to construct a secondary supply route spanning Serei Saophoan to Thma Puok. I have already been authorized to give this announcement by the Secretary-General himself... In the coming weeks, he will brief us all on this matter further, but what's important for now is that we plan on protecting these workers and getting this piece of key infrastructure up and about within a month at most. This will streamline supply routes and pave the way for further reinforcements and the introduction of new garrisons.

Aid committees will also be formed to scout surrounding villages to survey their social and economic conditions. We'll not only improve our own military infrastructure but also subsidise civillian infrastructure. Once this new road is up, local businesses in this region will have access to the rest of Indochina. In this way, we will win hearts and minds.

Finally, I have a message to those both local and foreign groups—and I hear there are many—who still continue to condone the acts of the Neo-Kuomintang: today we are faced with a modern army of terrorists who use an asymmetrical modus operandi, who are ready to facilitate the destruction of civilized society if they are not stopped. Our own head of government was killed by a sympathiser to the Neo-Kuomintang. Tomorrow, it could be yours.

No one is born a terrorist, but we know that factors such as prolonged unresolved conflicts, lack of the rule of law, human rights abuses, poverty, lack of opportunities and socioeconomic marginalization can all play a part in transforming ideas and grievances into acts of terrorism.

Therefore, if we can win a big civil victory for the people here, we will also win a small battle in the war on terror for the whole of the Pan-Asiatic States and the world."

Good day. It is my earnest hope that this communique finds you well. As you may very well know, the situation in Banteay Meanchey Province, a Cambodian holding of the Tri-Interregional Popular Republic of Indochina (TIPRI), one of the many states I have been elected to represent as Secretary-General, is perhaps one of the most precarious in today's world. It is a hot-spot for terrorism, one where many innocent civilians have lost their lives in due to the prevalence of organized violence, terrorism, and crime.

Terrorism, especially that conducted by the so-called Neo-Kuomintang Revolutionary Army - the largest and most prominent armed group in Cambodia - in this region of our country, and in many more such areas, has caused a significant stagnation of local social, political, and economic development. These terrorists divide communities, exacerbate conflicts, and destabilize entire countries. They hamper our efforts to promote and protect human rights and are an obstacle to sustainable development. This is a complex global challenge that has reached unprecedented levels.

The New Quebec State, as I understand it, posses much economic investment in Indochina and much of Southeast Asia. While the efforts of the Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces (PASAF) is tireless in combating factors which hamper our cordial relationship, and as much as it is within our best interests to protect Quebec's properties here inasmuch as it is your country's, we are unfortunately, overextended in our short supply of military intelligentsia and experts capable of discerning pragmatic solutions towards combating modern terrorism.

While the situation in this region has been much of a concern for us for a long time now, we believe it has become extremely critical. We regret to inform you that at 1930 hours yesterday (GMT), five (5) journalists, of whom we are certain, are of Quebecoise descent, were attacked by a company of Neo-Kuomintang Revolutionary Army militiamen near Phnum Srok. It is believed, according to several travel manifests, that they had visited the region under the pretense of reporting developments on the conflict, and that they had, perhaps, lost their way while they were heading to our main camp in Ou Chrov.

Despite our attempts to garrison and blockade this area, and whilst how exactly our garrison was bypassed by these Quebecoise remains under investigation, two (2) of these individuals have been found dead whilst three (3) of them appear to have been taken prisoner, possibly as hostage. The whereabouts of the missing are unknown at this time. The remains of the two journalists found near Phnum Srok have been arranged to be returned to Quebec.

We suggest that you initiate an investigation into the identities of these five individuals on your end. But furthermore, given the multipolar character of this situation, we would more than welcome assistance to our teams in Ou Chrov currently in pursuit of the captors and the whereabouts of the captives.

On that note, you may be aware that our own commitments to national security and justice against the perpetrators of the events of March 25, 2019 and the assassination of former head of government Fernando Lawrencio III have led us to the development of the Special Police Force (SPF), under the wing of the Ministry of State and Public Security (MSPS). The SPF is a multilateral counter-insurgency force composed, at the moment, of legations from myself, Bruke and Amenria. In this sense, I formally invite the Quebecoise military to join our initiative to combat terrorism in the long-term. Immeadiately, should you agree, we will organize the attachment of Quebecoise personnel in both the case drafted by the MSPS searching for the missing Quebecoise journalists aforementioned and the peacekeeping efforts being conducted by the Pan-Asiatic States and its allies in the status quo.

Further details can be discussed if you could take us up on our accord. By the grace of God Almighty, we thank you in advance for your support in the fight for justice against the Neo-Kuomintang Revolutionary Army and terrorism not just in the Pan-Asiatic States but across the world.

Good morning. Thank you all for coming today.

It is rightly for Ministers to speak and account for Government to the Federal Congress, the workers' councils, and the public. The Supreme Commissary, to whom I am accountable, does so regularly on security and other matters. As does the Secretary-General. My predecessors have made occasional public speeches over the past 25 years to help public understanding of our work. I’ve done so several times myself. I’m doing so again today to offer my perspective on the current threat situation, particularly terrorism and what we are doing about it.

In 2020, with all that has happened and much that has not, it is clear that we are contending with an intense terrorist threat from Nationalist extremists. That threat is multi-dimensional, evolving rapidly, and operating at a scale and pace we’ve not seen before. But so too is our response. I want to tell you today about what that looks like.

I’ll begin with the threat. We’ve seen a dramatic upshift in the threat this year. It’s at the highest tempo I’ve seen in my 34 year career. Today there is more terrorist activity, coming at us more quickly, and it can be harder to detect.

I said in a speech to this same body two years ago that I feared that even after a string of successful disruptions we had not yet reached the high water mark. Sadly that has proved to be the case. Terrorism, especially those funded by foreign entities, those conducted out of religious greviance, those fueled by an intense hatred for our benevolent People's Federation, is an acute and enduring challenge that requires a sustained and comprehensive approach.

I know that I spoke on behalf of every member of the Ministry of State and Public Security when I wrote at the time about our hearts going out to everyone affected by these terrible events. There has been a similar picture across our allied Communist states, and beyond where we have seen a steady drum beat of attacks. Attacks which pierce the heart of our revolution, aimed at the internationalist cause, carried out to destabilize regimes akin to ours and our proletariat dictatorship, to make us look weak.

The scale at which we are operating is greater than ever before. We are now running well over 500 live operations involving around 3000 individuals known to be currently involved in extremist activity in some way. As well as those we are looking at today, risk can also come from returnees from Jaragupta and also the growing pool of over 150,000 individuals that we have looked at in the past in our terrorism investigations. And there will be some violent extremists not yet known to us at all.

This upshift is driven by murderous strategy and online propaganda - in particular, outlets from imperialist countries such as Americae Roma; Bengal and Assam; as well as the Reorganisieren Reichregierung. Western organizations directing mass casualty plots. Western organizations encouraging particular extremists in the Pan-Asiatic States to kill. Western organizations inspiring attacks generally, by lone actors or small groups or anyone who will listen to their poisonous message.

We are seeing the genesis of new terrorist organizations, such as the Papuan National Front and the Free Philippines group, as well as the reinforcement of old threats such as the Islamic State and the Neo-Kuomintang Revolutionary Army taking foot holds from Xinjiang to Neo-Manila to Cambodia; banking on the stagnation of economic growth, lack of infrastructure, ethnic tension, and outrage towards the People's Federation over even the slightest of political mishaps.

We’ve also seen that terrorism breeds terrorism. Would-be attackers take encouragement from the acts of others and can be galvanised into taking action themselves. Acts of violence become normalised in their twisted thinking. The threat is more diverse than I’ve ever known. Plots developed here in the Pan-Asiatic States, but plots directed from overseas as well. Plots online. Complex scheming and also crude stabbings; lengthy planning but also spontaneous attacks. Extremists of all ages, gender and backgrounds, united only by the toxic ideology of violent victory that drives them.

These threats are sometimes now coming at us more quickly, whether crude but lethal attack methods - for example using a knife or a vehicle - or more sophisticated plots when in today’s world terrorists can learn all that they need online to make explosives and build a bomb. Attacks can sometimes accelerate from inception through planning to action in just a handful of days. This pace, together with the way extremists can exploit safe spaces online can make threats harder to detect and give us a smaller window to intervene.

I’d like to say a few words about our response to this situation. I’ve always been clear that we can’t hope to stop everything. But I can tell you that we and our partner agencies are bringing the full weight of our growing capabilities to counter this new intensity of threat. Day in and day out we are identifying and disrupting threats: stopping terrorism. Our response is unrelenting. Those that wish our country harm can expect to meet the Ministry of State and Public Security together with the People's Police. And they will face the full force of the law and be brought to justice.

It may well be that for as long as the drivers persist, there will remain a high risk of terrorist attacks. But most attempts will continue to be found and stopped. And the terrorists will certainly fail in their aim to change our harmonious New Society. Our glorious revolution shall not falter to the violence of the ethnonationalists - nor anyone else.

To conclude, the challenge that we face is undoubtedly a stark one. More threat, coming at us more quickly, and sometimes harder to detect. But it is a challenge that we and our partners are rising to and are facing down. We are committed to this for the long haul. Our unrelenting focus will remain on doing everything in our power every day to keep the People's Federation of Pan-Asiatic States safe.

Mankind and peoples seem to stand helplessly against a confusing and senseless game played by mysterious, unknown forces. Yet behind all the senseless rage of destruction stands a single power whose aim is to destroy the culture of the peoples of this earth and build its bloody world domination on the ruins, the world domination of Bolshevism. That this is in fact its goal, which is clear in the words of Guanyu Abramovich Florante which proclaim to all the world:
“In this world, evil can arise from the best of intentions. And there is good which can come from evil intentions. Perhaps we must spill yet more blood, so the blood already spilt will not be in vain!"

Communist uprisings throughout the world serve this goal, especially the horror of Bolshevism in Jaragupta. A thick network of communist parties and conspiratorial centers spans the globe, assiduously ready to follow Neo-Manila’s bloody orders absolutely and without question. Thus, organized Bolshevism plays with the fate of peoples and states, with the fate of many hundreds of millions of people who wish only to live and work in peace. Peace, however, is Bolshevism’s worst enemy, which it must destroy in order to realize its plans for world domination. Thus, Bolshevism’s ever-repeated life and death declarations of battle against the whole of the world become all too understandable. Where the poison of communist subversion is not directly at work, the united fronts of Marxist parties in every people work to make them ripe for the bloody seed of Bolshevist destruction. In Bengal and Assam, this new tactic of international Bolshevism is in its early stages, but in Jaragupta it has already reached its epitome. With a bloodthirstiness of insane horror, Bolshevism is erecting the dictatorship of Bolshevist subhumanity on the ruins of the Jaraguptan people, its culture, and its economy. Bolshevism and Neo-Manila are two words for the same thing. Neo-Manila is the string-puller of Bolshevism uprisings, and the leader of Bolshevist criminality. He who wants to write the history of Bolshevism must write the history of the Pan-Asiatic States in the world, since he will conclude that Bolshevism is not just a phenomenon of our age, but rather the expression of Pan-Asian rule over foreign peoples and states.

With some astonishment, people always ask how this Satanic doctrine of dissolving all ties of blood and of a people’s community could work so quickly and surely. The times themselves provide the answer. The cricital moment came in May 1995, when the leading Bolshevist of the Pan-Asiatic States, Sison, was terrified of the best of people, who were upstaging mediocrities like himself and were threatening to restore the natural order. To avoid the danger from an attack from within, the self-aware forces among the Asian peoples were exterminated in horrible ways. An insane bloody tyranny raged in the Pan-Asiatic states, explicable only from the horrible nature of the Bolshevist character.
"In the violent struggles that ensued across the country, millions of people were persecuted and suffered a wide range of abuses including public humiliation, arbitrary imprisonment, torture, hard labor, sustained harassment, seizure of property and sometimes execution."

After this first attempt to establish Bolshevist world rule, which had been successful in the Pan-Asiatic States, Neo-Manila began a systematic campaign to subvert and destroy all national order throughout the world. To carry out these plans for Bolshevist world conquest, the International Socialist Volunteer Force was formed. As Lenin said, it was “nothing other than the first step toward an international soviet republic and the victory of communism in the entire world.” Since then, the Neo-Manila central office has sent its hirelings and murderers to every nation on earth, paid for with the last penny of the raped Asian peoples, to inject the poison of Bolshevist subversion into the peoples, robbing them of the strength needed to defend and protect their national independence, their own cultures, and the foundation of their economies from the threat of Bolshevist world rule.

Year after year, Bolshevist uprisings, terror, uprisings, and murder shook the lives of the peoples. Thousands upon thousands fell victim to Bolshevist destruction. "Comrades, stand up and follow your work-captain when their names are called! Refer to your work permits for the name of your work-captain! Double-time, I want this section done before noon!" - bellowed the Work Commmissar from his loudspeaker, speaking in Mandarin. He repeated this in two other dialects, as columns of workers marched to their designated areas alongside trucks loaded with cement.

Work on the construction of a secondary supply route was heavily underway. Two days prior, several work brigades had already shipped-out of Southwestern China, one of the regions of the Pan-Asiatic States with the highest unemployment rates, to be used as manpower for the infrastructure project. These workers now laid asphalt and cleared jungle in the scorching heat of a Cambodian early June, humming and singing socialistic songs every step of the way - although mostly because these songs were some of the only ones they had been taught to sing and had listened to since birth.

Meals, often packaged foods in styrofoam, were served fresh in the afternoon. So long as vital pre-established routes kept functioning properly, there would be no shortage of food to eat nor water to drink. Equipment used was always operated by skilled workers, and maintained by a crew of extremely capable engineers. The streamlined efficiency of this construction as well as the surplus of both consumables and material eased the process of building by a significant factor.

Tailing tree-clearers and road-layers were always companies of Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces "peacekeepers" with their rifles holstered and their eyes staring into the distance, awaiting for the inevitable attack of opportunistic Neo-Kuomintang terrorists. But beyond external threat, these highly-trained guards also set their eyes on the workers - ensuring none of them could break contract nor dare to wander off - in case ideological training simply wasn't enough to keep the workers in their places.

For if love of the Motherland did not get you to work, men with loaded rifles surely could.

Today I was at the mall and saw someone in the same uniform talking to another (young male) shopper I assume, giving the same spiel. Both these instances happened in the Laurel District. Americae Roma Indian-Pacific Command(INDOPACOM)

With the news of the Pan-Asiatic States nuclear tests, once again, the Indian Pacific Command has elevated it's readiness status. In addition, additional military assets has been located to the Pacific sector, the number of carrier strike groups has been increased from 2 carrier strike groups to four carrier strike groups, for a total number of 44 ships and 384 combat aircraft in these carrier strike groups, with the lead carrier strike group being CARSTRKGRU-2, the flagship being USS George HW Bush. The continuous bomber presence in the Pacific will be strengthened by deploying an additional 18 B-1 lancer strategic bomber, 12 B-21 raider stealth bomber and 10 B-2 spirit stealth bomber to the Pacific Bases of Guam. In addition to increasing the number of carrier strike groups to four, American naval patrols in the Asian-Pacific region will be intensified in order to maintain a forward readiness posture against any possible future PAS aggression. RE: Official Diplomatic Protest Against American INDOPACOM Naval Mobilization

The PEOPLE'S FEDERATION OF PAN-ASIATIC STATES, seeking to preserve its political dignity as well as its maritime à titre de souverain in the Pacific, deeply protests the blatant attempt at political intimidation by the Respublica Imperatoria of Americae Roma. From their unprofessional and underhanded insinuations on the dignity of the Pan-Asiatic States' political governance, to its recent provocational mobilization of the Americae Roma Indian-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), it is clear that Americae Roma seeks to undermine the established global peace and stability of our territories.

At 0506 GMT, satellite images forwarded to the Office of the Sixth Administration by the Ministry of State and Public Security (MSPS) revealed that in addition to the regular reinforcement of its garrison, the significant addition of two (2) carrier strike groups to their naval bases in Guam (totalling a number of 44 ships and 384 combat aircraft in these carrier strike groups) was noticed as well.

Significantly, the US warships currently in the area are being accompanied by nuclear-armed Pershing III Intermediate Range Ballistic Missiles and BGM-109 GLCM Gryphon ground launched cruise missiles to its Pacific bases to increase strategic firepower in the region - as well as Marine legions which, over the past few days, have engaged in integrated live-fire exercises, coordinated helicopter operations and small boat force protection drills, command and control integration, and maneuvering interoperability.

We, the Pan-Asiatic States, have no choice but to issue this diplomatic protest. If a state keeps silence in a situation where a protest is duly expected to avoid acquiescing in the legality of an act by another state, such silence may perhaps be interpreted as acquiescence. In other words, protest is a means to rebut the presumption of acquiescence. A state is under no obligation to protest, but in circumstances in which failure to protest is tantamount to acquiescence, protest is necessary to preserve the rights of the protesting state. That degree of freedom - our sovereignty - is clearly being targeted by Americae Roma. They have expressed insults against us and our allies, showing no interest towards a remedy of American-Asiatic relations:

"The Pan-Asiatic States and communist alliance of the ISVC constitutes a new Axis of Evil, rogue states that once again tries to undermine international freedom and prosperity."

There is no doubt that America is preparing for war. The changes in economic policy make it plain to see that the so-called "American Rome" is not a nation of peace, but rather their people are waiting for the right opportunity to strike against us. Will we stand idly by and watch them arm themselves? Or will we disarm this threat before it grows beyond our power? This is the question I pose to the idle international community.

The targeting of the Pan-Asiatic States is not new. The American trade war measures and continued military build-up against our peoples, a blatant confrontational stance, reflect the determination of American imperialism to use all methods, including military force, to prevent any single other country from undermining its economic and strategic dominance in the world.

Far from easing tensions and encouraging international cooperation to combat the ongoing global pandemic, Americae Roma is being deliberately provocative as the pandemic has exposed the historic decay and decline of American capitalism. The resort, once again, to military operations in close proximity to the Pacific archipelago is a sharp warning that America will stop at nothing to prevent any challenge to its global hegemony, including a devastating war between nuclear-armed powers.

Henceforth, together with this protest of American hostility towards the Pan-Asiatic States, our patrimony, and our people, I am issuing sanctions on the importation of first-degree goods and services imported from Americae Roma, including the American state oil company, government, central bank, gold industry, and other entities, and in the coming weeks, we shall increasingly turn to secondary sanctions if the American government does not demobilize its Navy in Guam and its Pacific holdings, or at the very least, agrees to negotiate its presence in the region.

I am also decreeing the status of persona non grata to at least 186 officials, civillians, and military officials from Americae Roma - many of whom will be listed by the foreign affairs ministry in the days to come, alongside details on American goods and services outlawed for entry into the Pan-Asiatic States.

I personally call-on the right honorable members of the international community, the International Socialist Congress, the Asian Irredenta of the Srivijayan Consortium, and miscellaneous partners and allies of the People's Federation of Pan-Asiatic States to do the same; both as a sign of goodwill and as a sign of solidarity.

The Pan-Asiatic States re-affirms its commitment to the sovereignty, independence, national unity, and political integrity of its territories from Western interventionism. We will not give-in to their intimidation.
