This forum will be fairly free form unless a demand emerges for more structure. So there will be no map, no set-up, no mod-events, and no enforcement of military/population ratios (though do try to keep this sensible) unless such a thing is requested by participants. The goal here is to familiarize yourself with how nation RPing works, to interact with other regional members, and to have fun!
This opening post is liable to be amended over time, so be sure to check on it every now and again! A post will be filed in the thread to describe any major updates.

Follow the NS guidelines on post content (no flaming, hate speech, trolling etc).
As above, don't be a jerk.
Don't use knowledge acquired Out of Character to determine your In-Character actions.
Don't take control of any part of another person's nation without permission.
In-Character actions can be described however you like, and quality posts are definitely encouraged!
To avoid any confusion, Out of Character actions should be prefixed by OOC: (preferably in bold text).
